    We have been using Veterans AC since we moved to Texas in 2020. They have always been good to us, and when we have a problem, they get out to us quickly. Veterans AC has great rates, and they only recommend what you need, not the upsell.Their service contract is definitely worth it too.All of the techs are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. That said, Matt is our absolute favorite.This is an outstanding company with great service, and we highly recommend them.

    Great Experience. Smaller, Colleyville-based company. I got lucky. The owner was the on-call tech on Saturday. They came out quickly for my non-cooling AC in July. Transparent in the diagnosis and repairs. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.

    The office manager at this place is A+. She knows her stuff and is exceptional at call handling + scheduling.I have used Veterans on multiple occasions and share a very similar (consistent) experience that David Hauck describes in his post below.Kelly, the lead tech at Veterans is knowledgeable, fair, honest in his dealings. Likely, by far the most honest AC company in the metro. This crew is like a breath of fresh air.Was so excited to see their truck in front of my house!

    Very kind and helpful staff. Called to schedule a maintenance appointment (to learn where my furnace filters are and how to change them). The receptionist was able to confirm they could work on my two systems and Jesus was quick and answered my questions on site. (He also wore boot covers inside the house, which was a nice extra touch.)

    Matt and his team delivered as promised. Our old system was replaced, up and running in a day and his team was professional, courteous, clean and we appreciate the work they did.     Admittedly, prior to working with Veterans, I thought that all of the 5-star reviews for this company were complete BS and their rating was gamed to make them look better than they are. After working with them, I can see why they are rated so highly. From the prompt scheduling and helpfulness of their office staff, their friendly and candid service tech, and their top-notch installers; I could not have been more pleased.Their techs are informative and honest and lay out the options without bias and their installers are timely, professional, efficient, friendly, and funny. I hope the Veterans management/ownership reads these reviews and appreciates how important employee culture is and how great the team members they have are. Culture wins always and they have something special.Sure - its never fun to have a builder-installed system fail, and of-course it would have been more ideal to have replacement parts available (not months out - thanks Carrier) so it could have been done under warranty; but none of that is on Veterans. They made the best of a bad situation and made the process as simple and painless as possible to get my family back up and running quickly.I cant speak highly of them enough and they have my business and referrals for life.

    Y’all! You won’t believe this. Our AC went out yesterday, on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. Talk about bad timing… We called Veteran’s AC at 9am this morning, the second they opened. Would you believe they had aN amazing technician here within ONE hour and didn’t even charge us that steep after hours fee?! I was sick to my stomach all night bracing myself for a huge bill. When it comes to air conditioning problems, I think everyone’s normal inclination when something goes wrong is to worry and then that inescapable dread that you are going to be taken advantage of and nickel and dimed to death. Can you believe after everything was said and done, our bill was ONLY $244!!! On a Saturday! I cannot say enough good things about this HONEST, CARING, INCREDIBLE, EFFICIENT company. Matt was our technician and he was positively amazing. He shared with us a lot of good tips and couldn’t possibly have been more knowledgeable. He sure does make that company look good! If you encounter AC issues, you would be crazy to use anyone but then! Coming from a realtor who sees AC issues often, these guys are simply the best! Thank you for everything, Matt! We are so very grateful for you!!

    Veterans was on time and the technician walked me through everything he did, including showing me pictures and explaining what they showed. About an hour after the repair work was completed, the system quit working again and the technician came back out and fixed a hose that had blown. Great service! Nice to know we can trust this company to fix our system and when it finally dies that we can trust them to do the installation of a new unit!

    We need more companies like this locally! Professional, fast, honest, fair, and every other positive word you would want with an AC repair company! Showed us the problem and fixed it- even with the crazy Texas heat and probably limitless jobs to get too, they never made us feel like just a customer- we felt like family! Matt was our repair man and cant say enough great things about him! Plus he shared a story from his military experience- we need to help our businesses that hire our veterans!

    Both my Dad and I have been using Veterans AC for years. They have always been honest and give me ways to save money when possible. They have helped me out on a number of occasions when my AC went out in the summer by showing up fast and getting us back on line. When it was time to replace our AC they gave us a competitive quote and installed quickly. I am a customer for life!

    I called several places and all said the same thing, it would be 2 to 3 days before they could get anyone out to look at my ac. Called and actually spoke with a lady that said she would try to get someone out the next day. He arrived during the window of time for the appt. Kelly was very polite and knowledgeable. In about an hour or so he had done a complete check of my ac system. Kelly had it up and running. I would highly recommend and have put them in my contacts for future use.

    A great company that understands and utilizes customer service! Put in a call on Saturday when it began to smell like burning plastic in the house. Within a hour Kelly was there and had the unit fixed at a very affordable cost. Friendly, neat, clean and definitely not giving us a sales pitch on a Saturday when we just needed heat! We reached out to this company over the summer and received a very competitive quote for replacement of the unit after receiving an unbelievable quote from another company. We will be using them for the replacement soon and I have full faith they will do a great job.

    We have used Veterans AC a few times and every time they are so great. Very professional and honest. Our AC units are builder grade and over 13 years old. I am quite sure they could have sold us new units if they wanted to, but I appreciate they didnt take advantage and just told us what to watch for. We 100% will be using them from now and and when it finally bites the dust (I am sure we are on borrow time) we will absolutely use them to replace our units.

    Great experience. Called and they sent a tech out the same day. My unit was low on refrigerant. They took care of it and gave me recommendations moving forward. There was no pressure and I didn’t feel like they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Will use again.

    Weve trusted our HVAC systems with Veterans AC & Heating for 9 years. Weve had duct work, repairs and preventative maintenance. Theyve installed as well, air purifiers on two of our units to reduce dust, bacteria and mold. The service techs are friendly and professional. Many of the techs are veterans.

    Veterans AC & Heating to the rescue! Our old AC unit stopped working and I called Veterans (our go-to AC Company). Katie helped me setup an appointment for later that same day with Matt, a great AC Technician. Matt quickly found the issue was a failed Capacitor without trying to upsell me on any other repairs or replacements. It was all repaired quickly, by the friendly and trustworthy people at Veterans. If you can not tell, I would highly recommend them!

    Kelly, the business owner, came today to fix the clogged A/C drain line. I cannot recommend this business high enough for having the personnel prompt and efficient, courteous and polite, all at a very reasonable cost. We have used their service for years and I see no reason why we would look elsewhere.

    Outstanding and FAST service! Our AC system was about 3 years old when it would not start. I understood it was a busy time of the year and that they would try to come see it even after 9 PM at the end of their day. It turned out to be a simple replacement of a start capacitor for the compressor. They had parts on the van and had us up and running in no time.I really appreciate how quick and honest the service was. These problems are not fun to have but when they come up its nice to know who to call and who you can trust. Thanks again guys! Blair Walker

    No A/C in Texas in the summer is the pits. I called Veterans A/C and they came out, same day. Kelly was amazing and was in and out in under an hour. We will definitely be making Veterans our A/C company forever. Great service from the initial phone call to them until the problem was resolved.     We found ourselves with our AC dying last night and after a very hot Texas summer night with limited sleep, this morning we called Veterans who were able to come just a few hours later.Kelley was able to assess the problem on the spot, pop up an itemized estimate on his phone app, source the critical part needed off his truck and have us up and going in a matter of 30 minutes or so. There was one non-critical part that he did not have on hand that he will have a colleague Matt follow up with tomorrow.Beyond the repair, we had a nice chat while the work was being done ending with a few free service tips including what we could do on our own between a suggested annual check-up.With the cost of a new HVAC system, I had intended to have someone come out for a service check but Kelley recommended that if I followed through on his suggestions, we should be good til next Spring before the heat wave hits us again at which point we might want to call to be sure all is ready for summer.Two thumbs up for Veterans and Kelley :-)

    Veterans AC & Heating was recommended to me by my realtor when I bought my house 4 years ago. I knew Kelly and his team must be awesome if someone like a realtor would call them repeatedly...I had services performed on an old unit, and when it was time to replace the until altogether, Veterans was the only choice for me. I have never, ever, ever been disappointed with Veterans AC & Heatings service. I have recommended them to friends and family, and everyone I know who has used Veterans AC & Heating says the same thing: that theyre honest, transparent people who really work with you to find solutions that fit your family.

    I highly recommend them, I dont think that you would be disappointed. I hired them a few years ago after firing my old HVAC maintenance company where I was a client for 10 years. My old company grew too big, overpriced and inexperienced. This company is smaller and reasonably priced, with employees and owners who know what they are doing. Give them a shot!

    Ive been using Veterans for several years for my AC and heating system needs. They have always been available, prompt and met my expectations for customer service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. When I ask them questions how the equipment works, they answer in terms that I can understand. They also let me know all the options as to timing of any major repairs needed, so I can plan my budget for them.
