I recently had an amazing experience with VAL -Air for my AC service. They did a fantastic job explaining the issue and what was needed to fix it. Throughout the whole process, Christian displayed professionalism, respect and transparency. He was quick to respond to my calls and texts. Made the whole situation stress-free and seamless. I first called Val-Air for an after hours need I had and Christian arrived to resolve the problem quickly and the unit has never failed again. Since that day I’ve used only Val-Air for all AC & Heating needs including my bi-annual unit tune ups. As a client you are kept informed and given a run down of what to expect from the moment the technician arrives. If their’s a problem you can rest assure the technician will get it repaired without unnecessary up charges like other companies. Christian is professional and an expert of his craft with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend Val-Air, once they come out you’ll never use another company again.

Ac stopped working called Mr. Christian around 4.30 in the morning answered my call right away, told him my ac wasnt working told him I could wait for him to go in the morning since wife and kids,were asleep. Great response and service. Called them with an emergency at 2:30 am and they got here at 2:55 am. Christian got straight to the point and also showed me what was wrong with my ac. By no later than 3:45 am he was done and had my ac running great. Highly recommend them!!!!!

I highly recommend Val-Air. I am local Realtor and I have many clients from throughout the years who rely on me for referrals as they need to maintain their homes and businesses. I know that can completely rely on Christian and VAL-AIR LLC. Day or night they answer the phone! VAL-AIR has helped so many of my clients, family and friends with their AC issues. The heat this summer in Texas has been no joke and VAL-AIR has come to the rescue on weekends and evenings. Being a 75 year old living alone, I usually use someone I know or recommended by others. Christian saved the day for me after a plumbing backup washing machine flood that also knocked out my A/C. And he showed up very quickly! He helped me with much more than he had to. Very impressive and nice guy!
