Outstanding service! Honesty, which is the key to integrity along with excellent customer service, is what you will receive from USA Air. My house is 67 years old, which presents certain challenges when repairing or replacing major units in the home like an air conditioner and furnace unit. I appreciated the honesty when they gave us an estimate and how they still factored in a discount for the fact that my husband is a blind veteran. Additionally, they guaranteed their work and made sure we were satisfied by scheduling an inspection to be sure all work was done to specs. My husband and I were very pleased and will refer USA Air to all our friends and family!

After struggling with unresolved HVAC issues, we reached out to USA Air on a friend’s recommendation. From the first interaction, USA Air demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism. Gina at the main office was warm and attentive, quickly arranging a next-day appointment with Aldo, who came prepared and well-briefed on our situation.Aldo listened carefully, thoroughly inspected our existing system, and consulted with the owner, Robert Quiroz. They determined the existing system wasn’t adequate for our home and developed a plan for a new Trane 5-ton Heat Pump that would meet our needs. Gina promptly scheduled the installation as soon as the unit arrived, and the USA Air team was on-site the next day.The crew was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home, working efficiently and leaving everything clean and tidy. They even made the inside of our 30-year-old air handler closet look brand new. Their attention to detail was so impressive that the city inspector, who came to check the installation, praised their work.Owner Robert Quiroz took the time to explain the system setup and the reason behind his configuration choice, addressing our previous humidity and performance issues. What an amazing company!! I was given their contact info. from a friend who highly recommended them, as my upstairs A/C was not cooling.Robert did not disappoint!! It was after normal work hours when I sent my first text and he responded immediately!Aldo, came out between the hours they gave me and found the problem almost immediately! He was very thorough and explained everything very well! He was also very good at making sure I didn’t have any questions. My experience with USA Air was top notch!! I feel very blessed to have them to be able to call upon again if I have any other issues!!

Excelled in every aspect. I was in the market for a new Air Conditioning unit, after calling three different well known contractors, went with USA Air. They were at my house the next day and on time. Didn’t know much about A/C units, but Robert explained everything about them clearly. I explained to him that I needed a new unit that would be energy efficient. USA Air had Trane unit(15SEER) on deal, though they did not enforce anything on me that I did not want, instead gave me different option to choose from at an incredibly reasonable price. I ended up getting a Bosch 20SEER unit that I picked myself, which Robert installed at an astonishingly low price compared to other contractors. Best of all they did not charge me a single dime till they were complete with the installation and ready to step out the door after making sure I was happy with my install.Very professional, on the day of installation came well prepared. They used shoe covers to make sure my carpet didn’t get dirty, put rugs inside the house where they needed to work and walk. The whole installation process took about 6 hrs.Robert also helped me fill out CPS energy rebate form of $1000 for my particular unit.I am very pleased with their service and will be using them in the future for my needs and also recommend them to everyone including family and friends.About the Bosh IDS2.0 system that I had installed, it is a 4-5 ton out door compressor unit, with a 4 ton air handler and is one of the quietest system I have ever seen or heard, mostly unheard. I actually had to go up close to see wether it was running. It beats or is at par with the Trane’s best unit.

Wonderful company to work with, great communication, very honest, explained everything thoroughly. They were quick and efficient along with great pricing for an entire new system + ducting & insulation. Again, would recommend them 10 times over!

Wonderful company to work with. They installed a new system into my house and also moved my air handler from a closet into the attic for a super reasonable price. Aldo walked me through all of the different options available, what their advantages and drawbacks are, as well as the prices for each of those options. This is the only company that suggested adding an extra return for better circulation. The price for this was inexpensive, a no-brainer when compared to the cost of a full system.Best financing of any other company that I talked to.When installation day came, I was able to ask questions and we had many discussions over the details. Eduardo was very helpful on the second day. He showed me how to use the system and gave me a lot of information about the decisions that were made in the install. There were a couple of minor issues but theres always something with a big job like this and Eduardo, Erving, and Edgar addressed everything until it was perfect.

I called USA Air after the previous company I had called to look at our heating unit after the cold snap failed to complete the job. The other company stated they would come back with the part later on that day and fix the unit. However, they called and said that they wouldnt be able to come until Thursday. So, we were going to be without heat for several days. I called on Thursday to get an ETA and was told I would get a call back and never did. I called several times using both numbers the previous company had, but no response.I reached out to USA Air and told them the situation and they gladly came out to help me out. The diagnosis the previous company had was completely wrong. USA Air was able to get the correct part and get it installed in the same day. This is a great company with great values. I would highly recommend this company for your heating needs.

Our AC unit stopped working sometime last night. I called USA Air first thing this morning. They were extremely nice on the phone, scheduled to have a tech come to my house the same day (no extra fee for the same day service). After the call, I received a text with an arrival window that was late morning. Close to 10 am, received another text with my techs photo and arrival time.The tech was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote. We authorized the repairs and the work was completed as promised. After the repair, he checked both of my units, cleaned them and ensured that they were up to par before leaving.Thank you for the great service!

Our downstairs AC Unit was not cooling and Aldo quickly submitted a new work order to replace the malfunctioning compressor. They immediately came the day after and switched it out with a new one. He was honest and straightforward, kind and courteous; hardworking He explained the issues with our air conditioner and then explained the solution. Adrian was in constant contact with me, keeping me updated on everything that was going on. He was always on time. Adrian showed up early today with our new blower motor and fan. He completed the work in a timely manner. Before he left he gave me some tips on how to keep my A/C maintained like how to clean the outside coils. They were very dirty and I cleaned them. I feel the difference inside our home. Our home is cool again.USA Air is the company you need for any of your HVAC needs and Adrian is the guy you want repairing or installing your HVAC. I was on the market for a new a/c after reading positive reviews for USA Air I decided to give them a call for a quote. I spoke with Roberto and he gave me a quote better than others I had already received. I accepted and we scheduled the installation date. He said the crew would be here between 9 and 10am. They were here at 8:50am and we were very pleased with that. The crew laid out a canvas cloth to protect our indoor carpet and they didnt leave a trace outside from all of the boxes and materials they used. USA Air was efficient in the installation and Roberto came by to ensure we were satisfied with the new AC. I highly recommend USA Air because of their professionalism, great price, efficient installation, and attention to detail.

I heard about Robert and USA Air from my brother who highly recommended him for his honesty, high level customer service, competitive pricing and professionalism. I called him when my A/C went out (came home to a very hot house) and he was at my house within minutes of my initial call. Robert was able to get the A/C running again however given the age, I decided to go ahead and spring for a new system. He quoted me a fair price on a new A/C and heating unit. Contated Home Adviser, they recommended Robert at USA Air, I received a call from him, set-up appointment, he showed up on time to our appointment, provided me with a very fair price for our central air units, agreed on a price and availability he showed up with his crew on time. Worked all day and did not leave until work was done, had a minor issue with one of our unit, called him, advised me that he would be here to resolve issue, showed up 1/2 hr. later took care of a minor adjustment. I will always recommend this outstanding company. Last night my wife advised me that heaters were not working, called Robert to advise him we needed his assistance, he was here within 30-40 minutes .... Simply WOW, his service is second to none. We were looking to replace both of our a/c units and after reading the reviews for USA Air, I called Robert for a quote. He was at my house that afternoon and gave me a very competitive quote on a 16 SEER Trane system. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never tried to upsell me. Just gave me an honest opinion of what we really needed and a promise to follow through. I let him know that day (Friday) that we wanted to proceed, and he scheduled us for installation on Monday. He even came by on Saturday to make sure that our existing units (which were failing and couldnt keep up) had enough freon to get us through the weekend. Installation took 1 day and we couldnt be happier with the results. Robert and his group were always on schedule and kept me informed at every step of the process. He has since followed up to make sure that we have our warranty information and also that we have what we need to request our CPS rebate. I would highly recommend Robert and USA Air. Its rare to find an honest and trustworthy HVAC company like this.

Call these hardworking, honest, respectful and friendly guys! I had several quotes and these guys had both the best price for the best equipment (Trane 16 seer) as well as the single best warranty. I heard about them from a friend who also had a great experience with USA Air. We were a little leery because several other quotes said it would be 3 days (we have 3 units) and Robert said he could do it in 1 and at most 2 days. Well he finished in a day and a half just like he said. The other thing that really impressed me and put me at ease was that he didnt want any money down and wouldnt ask for payment until he was completely finished and I was happy. (the other companies asked for about 50% up front) In fact, after the first day they were nearly done, 2 of the units were installed and working and all of the equipment, probably about 13,000 worth was in my house. At the end of that first day I tried to at least give him some money for what he had done already. He simply wouldnt take the money until the job was complete and I was satisfied. Also after they completed the work, he took time to walk through everything that was done, explain how everything worked (anything more than changing the filter is outside of my skillset) and then he sat down and filled out the CPS rebates forms and helped me to send in those rebates. All I had to do was sign the form, like pressing the easy button. Long story short, great price, wonderful trustworthy people and my house is cool. Thank you USA Air!

This was the first-time calling USA AIR and I couldnt be more pleased. As soon as I spoke with Mr. Robert, him and his team came in promptly, identified the problem and immediately started working on the issue. I ended up having to replace the entire system Air Conditioner and Furnace. The installation crew, Mr. Vincent and Mr. Edgar showed up on time and were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Mr. Robert, Mr. Vincent and Mr. Edgar were thorough in explaining the installation process. They tested and ensured I was aware that the cooling and heating was functioning according to specs. I am very satisfied with how each step of the installation was done and explained. Mr. Robert was very polite, honest, courteous and professional throughout the entire process and attentive to my questions and concerns. The new A/C and heating system works great and is much quieter than the old one. I am extremely pleased with my new system and the $ price I paid which by far was less expensive than what I thought I would have to pay. This is the type of people you want working for you. I’ve had ac problems for years and a couple months ago my ac stopped working for a 3 or 4 days before it came back on. I was tired of dealing with it so I hit up USA Air and they replaced my old ac with a much newer one by Train. I believe it’s the 20 seer system and I got it done for a very reasonable price while also getting my rebate from CPS shortly after. I just want to thank Robert and the rest of his crew for there help and hard work. The quality and workmanship doesn’t get much better then this.

I have an older unit for the upstairs and am so glad I came across this company for a second opinion cause they saved me $1,600 to replace/repair 3 parts (condenser, control panel, etc) that I was told by another company needed replaced. When Jay came out he found my problem right away and was honest in telling me it was a simple fix and just lack of inside unit getting signal to outside unit. All the parts I was told needed replaced were not bad and in need of replacing.....everything is working great!!!!This company is honest and could tell Jay is really knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend this company and will know who to call first next time any issues.

My wife and I were out of town looking at houses her parents were hanging out here watching our son and dog. The day before we were supposed to come back, the air conditioner mysterious to stop working. My father-in-law owns an HVAC company that works on yachts, so he was able to figure out that it was a blown capacitor. Unfortunately we couldnt find any stores selling that part and it was later in the evening so most companies were closing down. Some of the bigger companies in the area said they wouldnt be able to come out for at least 48 hours.USA air was more than accommodating! My father-in-law explained what he thought the problem was, they understood it was a very simple, quick fix and said they would head over shortly. I didnt catch the name of the technician who came over, but my father-in-law said he was amazing, knowledgeable, and very quickly fixed our problem. We went from the AC not working at all very quickly putting out cold air again. The pricing was extremely reasonable.I wish we would have considered using these guys earlier. Weve lived here for about 3 years and we had been using John wayne, despite being a five-star service member or whatever their program is, we were told it would be about 48 hours before they could send someone out. The customer service from USA air and their willingness to help us quickly solve this problem would have me coming back here again if we werent moving.

This was extremely helpful as it gave us A/C for 5 days until the parts were ready.They were very good at staying in touch to make sure the A/C was still working and were very good at showing up at the time they said they would.I would definitely recommend them for this type of A/C issues.

For the quality and SEER rating of the units - Robert had the fairest price IN ALL of SAN ANTONIO.Roberts bid on two 18.5 SEER BOSCH complete systems (4 ton upstairs; and 2 ton downstairs) was better than Jon Wayne ACs bid to replace just one of our AC units!

My home warranty company sent out some repair guys to fix my A/C a few days ago. The diagnosis was that it needed a new motor. The guys replaced it but my house was still hot. After having them come out again and several calls, they determined that the unit was fine and there was nothing they could do.Found Robert’s phone number and he came over to my house immediately. The team from USA Air were prompt at returning calls, and punctual on every appointment.The team did fast work of removing our old system, and installing the new Bosch 4-ton 20 SEER unit, and cleaning up nicely. They updated a duct area that was inefficient, and we have better airflow in the house.They made quick work, were very efficient at making hard work look easy, and that reflects their experience and focus.The entire team worked as one, they allworked hard and delivered everything without any surprises, a job well done! I highly recommend them!The USA Air team was in touch almost immediately, and we soon arranged an appointment to evaluate the replacement of our air conditioning system.The team arrived on time to install, and remove the old equipment.They installed a new system, efficiently, leaving no trace of the old system.The USA Air team also replaced and improved an old junction and we now have better air circulation, the old system was built inefficiently.All USA Air staff were punctual, personal, took time to explain any questions, and made the hard work look easy, which few can do.There were no setbacks or surprises, a job well done!
