Brandon came out to look at my furnace and diagnose what was wrong. The office got back super fast that the part was local and we got an appointment for repair in a very timely fashion. Brandon came back for the repair and did a fabulous job and cleaned up everything. He was friendly and communicated great with me and took the time to call my husband to explain the repairs. Josh ensured that we had the information needed to make a plan for our replacement that met our needs. The professionalism and service from this crew is top notch and prices were very reasonable. Our less than 1 year old system had an unexpected problem and could not be fixed in a timely manner. Next morning most of the staff were at my house and replaced the outside unit and had us up and running soon after lunch. These guys are great and stand behind their work and products. 2025 Update: so the display indicated a need for maintenance. Turns out the computer had glitched and required a reboot. About an hour and the technician had it rebooted and tested. Working fine now. Got a follow up text from the owner to make sure everything was working properly. These guys are great, they treat customers like friends 👍🏻

On such a cold and rainy day after calling Universal Climate to check out my broken heater Brandon came within 25 minutes. One look and he instantly knew the main breaker was the problem and with other associates gathering parts had it fixed within the hour. Excellent company. They will always be on my house maintenance contact list.

Leah and Cody were awesome. Diagnosed the problem and double checked for other issues before changing a weakened capacitor. They conducted a cleaning service for the drain pan and condenser coils on top of the repairs and told me what to keep an eye on. I love that this company is training up the next generation and demonstrating professionalism with integrity. I wish that young man all the success in the world. Leah is a great mentor. The company is committed to open and easy communication in many forms - voice, texts and emails. Same day service at a reasonable price is hard to come by in the dog days of Summer.

They identified the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. I was nervous what the bill was going to look like but was very surprised at how affordable it was! Met Darren the service tech told him what my issue was 45 minutes later he was shaking my hand and told me I was good to go. I asked him about the age of my unit and he told me I did not need to replace it even though it’s got some age on it Truthful and honest and took care of business I look forward to doing business with them again

New A/C unit installed. The installation crew worked in 115+ deg. heat in the crawl space above the second floor. Wow! I was impressed at the level of professionalism and tenacity shown to finish the job right. And they did so with NO MESS and a clear explanation of the tasks completed. This morning, the upstairs had cooled from 96 deg. last night to 75 deg. Special thanks to Josh and Joey. You did exactly what you promised, and in record time under extreme circumstances. I highly recommend using your company!Today Medrick came out to replace one part that had a small defect. It was replaced and the system is now cooling quietly in 30 minutes. Professional, on time and no mess.Thank you, Medrick!Yesterday, Leah came out to check the system for a reported ‘sour milk’ smell. She said it was Dirty Sock Syndrome. Then she cleaned the coil, drain pan, etc. and sprayed all those parts with anti fungal spray that kills the fungi and coats them to keep them clean . It worked perfectly!Thank you, Leah!
