    Excellent communication, Levi who came out for the consult was very professional. The system installers were very friendly and respectful, and they worked hard to get everything done in the stated timeframe. New system works great and they didnt charge us nearly as much Jon Wayne did 10yrs ago! Highly recommend this company!

    I’m never calling another AC company as long as these guys are around. They did what the others couldn’t—or just wouldn’t.     Awesome service, and Joseph was a pleasure to speak with! They came out first thing in the morning and repaired our AC unit on the outside of the home no problem. He showed us the issue (shorted wires that were burned up) and fixed it without any issues. He stayed to ensure it was working and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this service.

    We called Two Brothers A/C to come by my Daughters place to repair her heater unit. It was cold and rainy even though it was late in the day Joseph still came by the house. He was a very polite individual and knowledgeable. After doing a diagnostic test on the unit he was able to determine the possibility of a dirty sensor that was causing the issue. He remove the part and checked and cleaned it and reinstalled it and everything was working the way it was supposed too. Some companys would of taken advantage of our situation but Joseph was upfront and honest. Kudos to Two Brothers A/C and to Joseph M. for doing an outstanding job.

    I tried Two Brothers A/C for the first time and Im impressed with the knowledge AND thoroughness of the technician. My tech was Joseph Munera!!! Shout out to him for an excellent job!!! My HVAC was clogged, drain pan was rusted really bad (it had been like this for years). I even had low refrigerant. All of this was taken care of in a Professional manner.     I called Monday morning after spending the weekend with no AC. They had me on their schedule immediately and someone was at our home by 2 that day. It did require 2 days to make the repair. But that wax expected and not unusual. The price was fair. The gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend.

    Highly recommend these guys! Talked to several companies before landing on Two Brothers. They helped us re-architect our entire ductwork and did all new insulation in our attic.     My ac went out on a Saturday called two brothers on a Sunday only ac place answered and told them what was going on two brothers sent someone out the very same day told me other issues I had and gave me options in what can be done to prevent the ac in the future breaking down but other than that they fixed the ac in no time .

    My old HVAC was going out. I called and when Levi showed up to repair it we had a visit about options. The old unit was probably 15 - 16 years old and starting to need fixing twice a year... Levi offered me three options with a lot of information on plus and minus for each one.Very professional installation, cleaned up inside and outside when finished. Justin provided and good explanation of how to use the new thermostat and connected it to my WiFi so I can control the new HVAC system with my phone.I dont know of anyone who can beat the price and the service of Two Brothers in this area.

Originally here for a 1st year check-up, I signed up for the yearly service, covering costs associated with the warranty on my A/C system. Covers everything except filters and light bulbs, they will clean and maintain it once a year.

    We sought out numerous quotes from some of the larger HVAC companies in Austin to sanitize/clean our ducts, insulate our attic, and other measures to increase efficiency and keep our home cooler in the summer months. All the quotes that came in were too high, and the sales reps wanted to throw the kitchen sink at our issues as opposed to thoughtfully address and advise how we could best achieve our goals.Within a half hour of meeting the professionals from Two Brothers, we knew we were going with them and we couldnt be happier. They worked their butts off even when our older home threw them curve balls and went above and beyond to fix the core problems and not let us waste our money on short-term fixes. These guys are the best, truly. If you need anything done to stay cool this summer, save yourself the time and dont get any other quotes - just call them.

    I don’t even know where to start with these guys! I noticed my AC unit in the attic wasn’t draining properly and the pan was completely full. I randomly found them on Google and immediately noticed all the 5star reviews, so I got on their website and decided to contact them through their online form. This was on a Saturday, but I received a call within an hour to be scheduled for the following Monday! They called and asked to come out a little earlier than scheduled due to high temps (working in the attic for an unknown amount of time in 105° heat) which was totally ok with me. My wife was at home during this visit and they had me on speaker phone explaining all our options and pricing. They were very knowledgeable and professional and explained the issues and prices. They gave us four or five different options (with excellent prices) for repair and recommended fixes, and it was all taken care of during that visit! We also asked them about getting some insulation added in our attic, and once we approved the price, they added it into the total quote and scheduled it for the following Saturday with no extra charge for weekend work! They came out at about 0830 on Saturday morning and knocked out the insulation job in under two hours. This was the first time I met them in person and these guys were super friendly and did a great job. They even interacted great with my crazy, curious young kids! I am very excited to continue working with these guys in the future and will absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Came to install a blower motor and blower wheel, the motor was defective, no fault of theirs. The next day they returned with a replacement motor installed & now we are back up & running again.     First time working with the brothers, they were our second opinion on our heat pump repair. The other company wanted us to buy a whole new system for 10,000.00. 2 brothers found the leak in the system and added coolant and cleaned the system and charged just a bit over 800.00.     New Unit. I interviewed 3 HVAC companies and ultimately chose Two Brothers to install our new HVAC system. And it really is two brothers Levi & Justin who run the company. Levi came out and went over our repair options as well as the selections for a new HVAC system. We decided to replace our existing unit with a new system, and glad we did because the air feels amazing, not humid, not too dry, just right!     Cannot describe how happy I am to have found Justin & Levi. They were so pleasant to work with and came up with the most brilliant solution for the ductwork in my homes reno/ addition. I met with 4 HVAC companies and the reasons I moved forward with Two Brothers are 1) they were great listeners 2) they were empathetic and helpful 3) they made me feel like finding a solution that I would be happy with was important to them. 4) they are a locally owned, small business. And ultimately, they did come up with a brilliant solution that I would have never come up with on my own! My contractor was at the house while they were working and he echoed my experience with how knowledgeable and pleasant they were to work with. There was even a miscommunication about a design preference regarding the placement of vents and one of them was placed in the wrong spot (to absolutely no fault of theirs). And they were so gracious to reset it to my preferred spot. I am just so grateful that I found Two Brothers and I will happily refer them to friends and family needing AC work done!

    One of my employees recommended Two Brothers AC. I called in a little late and was scheduled in for service the next day. Technician was on time which is huge for me and had diagnosed the system accurately with options of repairs first with an honest assessment and informed me the failed evaporator that was leaking actually had a part warranty.     We just bought this home last September. Two Brothers responded for an A/C service call in about an hour. Our Tech, Justin, conducted an extensive review and we discovered HVAC items that were not even found by our initial home inspector.     Patricia was amazing setting up the appointment my AC was completely out so they came by the same day. Unfortunately I can not afford a new unit right now . My AC is very old so the part needed was special order, it took five business days but as soon as it was received just in came over at 5:00 in the afternoon installed the part, the system and made sure it was all running perfectly.     Before I had central heat and air conditioning installed in my 103-year-old house, I got estimates from 8 other companies in San Antonio, including most of the big names. Some I liked, some I didnt, but none were as good a value as Two Brothers. Levi is a well-spoken young man with an ability to explain the process and make a person feel at ease. He and his brother and their crew showed up on time, did exactly what they promised, and finished soon than expected. They left the workspace clean, and the work looks very professionally done. My new unit has tight seams, square corners, and ducts that are properly hung and well organized. The vents are flush in the ceiling and square to the walls. I made a very good decision in selecting Two Brothers A/C.

    I absolutely love and swear by this company. They have AMAZING customer service. They explain exactly what is wrong with your A/C and they give you multiple options which I love. They will also show you photos to better explain your A/C situation. Our A/C started having problems on the weekend and wanted to come out as soon as possible to take care of us. This is the third time we have used them and will continue to do so. We plan on getting a new A/C unit this winter with them. The owners and other employees are so kind.
