These guys are the best! My APU is working again. The technician found a wire that was grounded out behind the control panel and went on to find a burn in the motherboard underneath the bunk! An awesome job! Thanks! -

Tri-State turned a horrible situation into a pleasantly positive. I had a load of frozen turkeys that was supposed to be shipped at -10 degrees. When I picked the load up Friday night, it was already at 13 degrees and rising. Saturday morning it had reached 20 degrees. By then I had made it to Shreveport La. Tri-State Refrigeration was in the area so the technician, Danny met me at their facility. He is an incredibly nice guy and has a way of talking to you as if heβs known you for years. I know they say nice guys finish last but not this guy. Danny explained step by step what was wrong and step by step how to fix it. Even made a wick call to his boss to double check his own work. He took the cheapest way out first. Sealed it up and within minutes, the temp dropped from 20 degrees down to -1 before I even signed the bill. I will definitely make Tri-State my go-to repair facility. They are a Thermo King dealer but they work on Carriers as well. -

Having dealing with thermo king in other areas I put off going in to have my APU repaired. Reading the review before calling this one I was hopeful it wouldnt be a bad visit! Boy was I shocked great service and great price! I will be back! -
