We have a sunroom but due to some remodeling we lost an air conditioning and heating vent to that room. The heat in summer made this beautiful room unusable. Having no idea what to do and where to turn, we happened to ask Jason from Transparent Air about it when he came to service our HVAC system. He knew just what we needed, just where to put it, and just how to get it done in a limited amount of time and space. Brilliant work!

He immediately worked with the tenants and went way above and beyond and handled all aspects of the unit replacement in a thorough and efficient manner so that the tenants werent stuck in the heat during the brutal summer heat wave. I hired Transparent Air when my furnace gave up in the middle of the crazy winter storm. Jason was incredibly professional and showed up on time, diagnosed the issue very quickly and advised to replace a motor. He went to the store picked up a brand new motor and replaced it in 15 minutes the same day!! He was in my house for a maximum of 30 minutes overall to diagnose and fix the issue, he was really quick!! I have hired at least 3 other companies in the past to fix issues related to HVAC, and all of them had to come back multiple times to resolve the issues, and I can say Transparent Air was incredibly outstanding and Jason is friendly, professional, highly technical and is really knowledgeable too. I will hire Transparent Air for my HVAC needs in future!

Installed hvac fan controls in under 15 min.Jason has helped my family out so much. Of course we had a 20+ year old system that he tried to keep running as long as he could. When it finally went out on a 103° day he came out same day. He got it running temporarily until parts came in, which only took a few days. He let me know same day when parts came in and was out by 8am for install. I have nothing but good things to say. Awesome experience altogether. Would recommend for sure!

I hired Transparent Air to retrofit my home from gas to electric. They removed my old gas water heater, gas furnace, and outside condenser. They replaced it with an electric two-stage heat-pump AC. Finally, they installed a 18kW electric tankless water heater. They capped the gas lines, and pulled new 240V wires to support my new appliances. I am going to list all the positives, and there is a lot: 1. quoted price was very competitive, 2. I paid exactly what they quoted, despite encountering some installation issues, 3. they were punctual (none of those horrible 9a-5p arrival times), 4. installers were skilled (when work was finished, they turned the machines on, and everything worked the first time), 5. they worked with me on custom requests without hesitation. Now the negatives: ...cricket sounds... :-) Five stars from me!
