    Total Air and its representatives were lifesavers. After my furnace went out in January in the middle of the recent cold snap, and after a horrible experience with another well-known company in town (who promised one product but installed a less powerful one that was required for my homes heating needs), Total Air came to the rescue.Chris came to my home and helped recommend a unit that would fit both my homes needs and my budget. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Knowing that I was without heat, Chris, Orlando and Irvin came within 2 days (and on time) to install the furnace.They did a wonderful job -- paying attention to numerous details I hadnt even thought about. They made sure all points of possible drafts were covered, that the unit base was sturdy and secure, etc. They uncovered some blocked vents, explained my warranty, showed me how to change my filters, etc. They vacuumed all the work area and left it spotless and of course hauled away all the trash.They were professional, courteous, and friendly -- but most importantly -- to this customer -- they were ethical and honest.The next time I need cooling/heating help, Total Air will be the company I will call.     Just had Rudy from Total Air come out to our remote ranch to fix an old non functioning propane heater. He had come earlier and diagnosed an upstairs heater and cleaned it and now I have heat! He finished another one and brought the right part to fix it. So warmth is back in the house! Very nice and professional technician. The company sent him to us quickly and very good communication when he would arrive. Very happy with Total Air and their technician Rudy.

    I got estimates from three A/C companies to install a mini-split heat pump system for my garage and one bedroom. Chris answered all of my questions to my satisfaction during his visit to my home. He is very knowledgeable, professional and congenial. Chris mentioned that Total Air offers a very desirable financing rate and term through Wells Fargo Bank that sounded too good to be true. How could I resist? Everyone arrived on time on the installation date. Plan A for my desired location of the air handler in the bedroom was in jeopardy when it was discovered that a wall I thought was hollow was not hollow enough. Brandon, the owner, offered a brilliant solution on the spot! Brandon Jr. installed the air handlers and Orlando installed the plumbing and electrical. They were receptive and cooperative with my aesthetic idiosyncrasies. The review space here is not long enough for me to totally air the millions of Thank Yous I am expressing for an outstanding installation. I am a customer for life!

    I believe that once you convert to refrigerated air you should have cold air blowing in each and every room of the house. I am a home renter, and its like pulling teeth to get the landlord to fix anything. Total Air installed refrigerated air back in 2015 in this rental home. I understand things happen along the way and maintenance is needed. My office room was hot as hell to say the least, because there was a limited amount of air coming through the vent. I called Total Air myself and stressed my concerns. I spoke to Luis, and he asked me to please give them a chance to see what they could do to fix the problem. The next day not only did Luis show up, but Brandon the Owner/President, and Orlando the technician. Not even an hour and problem solved! Plus they explained everything they did, which is rare with most companies. Not to mention, they also added a new copper line to the existing one that was hanging from the roof. If you want clean, professional, honest, and respectful people to work on your a.c. or conversion to refrigerated air, call Total Air, you wont be sorry!!

    Thank you to everyone at Total Air for your customer service. We had been without air over a weekend. We had first called the company we had a service contract with as they provide 24/7 service, no answer. Monday morning I had called and they were booked, I was willing to pay after hours as we were having company for the holiday. The girl I spoke with was rude and never offered after hours service. So told them that I’d find someone else to do a service call. I called Total Air, explained what was going on and they immediately said they were booked, but offered us an after hours call. She said it would cost more than a standard call, but the could come that day. So the service tech Joe showed up a little after 5:00 that evening. Found that our compressor had gone out, he went over some options with us and we decided to have a new system installed. He then said he would see if sales was still at the office and he contacted Christian, and he was able to give us an estimate for a new unit. By 7:00 that evening we had approved the estimate and set up an installation. Even though the installation didn’t happen until after the holiday, which we totally understood. It was just great to know that we had a scheduled date. The techs came out and stayed until the job was done, they explained the maintenance, the new thermostat, and cleaned up before they left. We really appreciated the good service, as it’s hard to get good customer service these days. So Thank You everyone, from our first call speaking with Diamond offering to get someone out that very day, to Joe the tech, for diagnosing our problem and explaining our options, to then contacting Christian to get us an estimate and scheduling an installation, and the great job the techs did during installation. We will be keeping Total Air for all of our service needs. We definitely recommend them for their good service.

    I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came out multiple times after hours to try to repair an AC unit for a house we bought. We were mislead in to believing the AC worked by the sellers of the house. The techs name was Luis and he was fantastic.Luis (the project manager) was 10/10 with customer service, his knowledge, and he came to our home the day total air replaced the AC unit and furnace. The entire staff that day was phenomenal. Brandon, Orlando, and manny were also 10/10. They were all so nice and kept us up to speed with how the job was coming along. They even walked us through step by step on how to operate the thermostat before they left.After traveling 1500 miles and walking in to a house with no air in July we were miserable. Now we have a home that’s livable and an AC unit that works. We named the AC unit air-ica and we haven’t had any issues with it working. Thank you total air for keeping us cool.

    I had a great experience with Total Air. Reported a problem with my AC not working and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Joe, the service technician, was excellent. Very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and fixed the unit within 1/2 an hour. The whole time he was positive, courteous and explained the entire fix. I highly recommend Total Air and Joe.

    After real frustration with another local HVAC company I had done business with for 16 years, I called Total Air for a quote. Luis came out the next day looked everything over, gave me a quote found inventory, and 48 later was on the schedule for installation. Installation day crew showed up (on time) and installed the new unit, thermostat, and made sure the system was operational. I dont write many testimonials but they earned this one.

    There are not enough words that can express how amazing this company is. I had my AC installed by Total Air about 6 years ago and they did a wonderful job. My upstairs AC unit started having some issues and they quickly accommodated me with an appointment. Their communication was on point from the start. They text and message you from the start until the actual appointment time. Joe was amazing and explained everything. He was very honest and very detailed about everything. I dont know if everyone working there is the same as Joe but I feel very fortunate to get Joe as my technician. Thank you for everything guys!!!

    We have been Total Air customers for several years (since our conversion, which was my original review (5 stars)).Fast forward to today. Total Air continues to be great to work with. We now do the annual maintenance contract and could not be happier. Tony (Antonio) and Joe (the technicians who have always serviced our AC/furnace) are awesome to work with. The attention to detail and just overall great service is so hard to find these days.Total Air does it the right way and really makes us proud to be their customer.     Our technician, Antonio, arrived early and immediately started to work on our broken AC. As most of the country is experiencing, the ongoing heatwave has stressed everything and everyone to their limits so we were very happy just to have someone show up. Antonio quickly determined that our condensation pump was the issue and explained in detail what te issue was and how he intended to repair it and how much it would cost. I won’t say it was fortunate, because it would negate the prior planning that took place, but I was happy to know he had a replacement part in his company truck. After the replacement was installed and the AC started working again , Tony went a step further and conducted a preventive maintenance inspection of the rest of our system, including trekking onto the roof and cleaning the condenser. The invoice he prepared after completing the inspection included a highly detailed description of his observations and status of the complete system. We are very pleased with the thorough service and complete professionalism of our technician, Antonio, as well as the people we spoke with from his company. We highly recommend Total Air in El Paso TX to anyone in need of AC repair at a good price!

Orlando and the installation team worked quickly and professionally. The payment plan through Wells Fargo was helpful and allowed us to move forward with this project this year.     We had to get our old machine replaced. We spoke to several other providers, but Chris took the time to explain what the process will be and worked to help us get what we needed taken care of before, during, and after the install.Alejandro and Ernie were our installers. They were great! Once they had the machine installed they walked us through how to use the thermostat. Very good guys.After a few weeks we noticed that the machine was making some rattling noises. We called and they sent out Joe! Joe is a cool guy! He has serviced our old machine before. Joe came out and tighten everything back up getting rid of the rattle. From the people who answer the phone to the techs that come out, this company is top notch! We highly recommend Total Air!

    Our a/c stopped working in June during the hottest days. A/C was under warranty with another company. The company kept giving us the runaround for two months. We decided to give Total Air a try because we were dying from the heat and the electricity bills running portable fans day and night were eating into the budget. Total Air employee Raul arrived on time very polite and honest. They made us feel more informed on the situation explained everything throughly. Excellent service will continue to use Total Air for our a/c needs.

    So several days ago, in the midst of 100+ degree temperatures, my AC decided to throw a tantrum. Of course these things only happen when it is well over 100 outside, why is that? I had used Total Air a number of years ago and was happy with their service so I gave them a call. The office staff member who answered the phone was just THE most pleasant person possible. I had assumed that it might be a kinda long wait to get a service tech visit but she was able to send a tech in only 2 days. That really made my day. The service tech, Raul, arrived right on time and I was kept apprised of his arrival bu text messages. Raul immediately told me that he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was based on my description of the symptoms and that it would be a quick and easy fix. That was just what you want to hear (but really never expect) sweltering in the heat. Raul had the system up and running in about 30 minutes and then checked that everything else was working properly. Seriously that was the best experience a person could have. The Total Air experience showed complete competence, super customer service, and Raul was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain *everything* in great detail. I do not give recommendations lightly but when you need HVAC service, please dont hesitate to call Total Air.

    Total Air is an outstanding company! The service and professionalism of the staff and installers was outstanding. I had a very good experience with the sales person, the installers, and the office staff. They actually listen to what the customer desires and then they provide solutions that meet your needs. Other companies I have dealt with would always try to push what they were interested in. Total Air did not do this! The install was excellent. The team was very professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They clearly explained everything and I was most impressed that the owner showed up to checkup on his crew and to talk with me about the install and my overall experience with the company.     We recently had problems with our AC unit in our apartment and our rental office choose to go with Total Air to find out what the problem with the unit is. Total Air sent out techs Joe and Raul. They arrived, asked some questions and quickly got to work. They found the problem and got our AC working quickly. They reassured us they warranty their work and if we have any further problem let them know and they come back again. I highly recommend techs Joe and Raul and Total Air.

    Had a great experience with Total Air. My home has two AC units and unfortunately both units died in the beginning of July. I started gathering quotes from various HVAC companies around town. A lot of the other companies didnt return calls, I had to essentially be chasing them around to give them my business, and some didnt even show up to give a quote when they scheduled. Total Air had sent someone out either same day or the next day and they showed up exactly when they said they would.I ended up replacing both AC units and fans. I have an older home and Ive found that a lot of the work that the previous owner had done on the house was done poorly, at best. So I already figured the crew would encounter some kind of setback or issue to correct. Sure enough there were some setbacks but the crew was very professional and did a great job with the install. Especially considering they were doing work in a home that was approaching 100 degrees during the day. Big shout out to Andrew, Luis, Orlando, Brandon, Ernie, and anyone else from the team that may have stopped by to help with the install. I expect this new system to run strong for many years to come but Total Air will be my first choice for any repairs and maintenance that comes up.

    A few days ago, we noticed a problem with our upstairs AC. We had called Total Air in the past when we had an issue with our AC, and they had done an excellent job then with fixing it. So we knew who to call this time around! When we contacted Total Air, they responded right away and scheduled an appointment (giving us a 2-hour time range for arrival). Total Air was great about confirming the appointment and then keeping us apprised of when the technician (Raul) would arrive. Raul ended up arriving right within the scheduled appointment time, and he knew right away what the problem was. He was so efficient at getting the problem diagnosed and fixed, and he went the extra mile in explaining what went wrong and what needed to be done. He took care of everything in a timely manner and made sure to tell us what to do to reduce the likelihood of this problem happening again in the future. He was courteous and professional but also friendly and personable. He wasted no time in getting our AC problem resolved, yet he also took the time necessary to get it done correctly and make sure it had been fixed. We cannot say enough good things about Raul and Total Air. They came to our rescue and got the job done! Raul sure was our hero today, and we can get a good night’s sleep again tonight (with comfortable, working AC!!!!!) thanks to Raul and Total Air. Yay Raul – you’re the man!

    My experience with Total Air has been a very positive one. They are definitely about honesty and providing the best customer service possible. Janette and Jackie were so nice and informative over the phone. The techs Joe and Gabe were friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to explain everything. For the 2 appointments I had, they showed up on time (once I was even called to see if I wanted them to come earlier than the schedule time). They diagnosed an issue that had been missed for many years. Joe even took pictures of the unit on the roof so he could show me what the issues were and then showed me the actual materials he was going to use before installation. I was happy with the work that was done, the way I was treated, and the fair pricing. I highly recommend this company.

    On June 6, 2017 I had an A/C unit installed in my home by Total Air, Sean the sale representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the installation. when I called him he always returned my call in a timely manner. I was so impress with Brandon, who is the President of this company, he deliver my unit, took it of the truck, and ensure that I conduct an inspection for any damages. the team that did the installation and the electricians were very respectfully and professional, they answer all of my questions. Angel instruction on the use of digital thermostat was very easy to understand, The site supervisor did a fantastic job explaining the process to me. You customer service is amazing when ever I call them or they call me they very polite and professional. I have served 26 year in the military and Total Air is top notch organization. if you are looking for a A/C unit for your resident our business. I highly recommend this company you will not regret it

    Hired Total air to clean my air ducts after remodeling. When they went to see my ducts I wasn’t told they couldn’t use the equipment used usually to clean the duct cause it could mess up my flex ducts. Had a call with manager Luis Hernandez who was kind enough to go back to my home and took care of my as far as a better price for the service provided due that I wasn’t fully satisfied with the cleaning. If I have any HVAC problems I would definitely call them up again.

    We used Total Air for our conversion from evaporative cooler to HVAC system. They are professional and reliable through and through. Their front office is well organized and responsive.     My Refrigerated A/C went out so, I contacted Total Air to send a technician to troubleshoot the problem. Mary, was so courteous and professional setting up my appointment for a technician to visit my home the next day. The technician named Joe showed up right on the time schedule and was thorough in isolating the problem found to be the fan motor. He quickly submitted an urgent request to order the motor. He did inform me that it might take a couple of days due to finding a motor that matched my 15 year old York A/C unit. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday went by when I received a text that a Technician was scheduled to do the final fix and testing of unit on Monday between 12 thru 1pm. Monday at 11:30 am the Technician Raul showed up eager to fix my A/C unit and get me back up and running. I was very amazed at the quality time and effort the Technicians Joe and Raul provided to me and, explained everything so that it was well understood by me. The outstanding professionalism provided by the current Total Air team of El Paso is honestly appreciated. They are highly recommended to all my family and friends. Thank you for everything.

    Total Air has the best prices and service.The owner, Brandon Brooks, is absolutely the best.We bought a combination A/C and heating unit and because Total Air did such a great job, we also bought a tankless water heater from them.The owner (Brandon) personally came to our house, made sure the installation was done properly, registered our product warranty and took care of all registration and warranty paperwork. Total Airs after sales service is also outstanding. I highly recommend this company--very ethical, excellent customer service, and the best prices. You cant go wrong with Total Air. They are the best.

    I’m never going to use another company. Every last person that works for this company are the most kind, knowledgeable, and efficient souls. Louis went above and beyond every step of the way, and is just a darn good representation of that company as a whole. I love my AC/radiator combo they installed, and they taught me sooooo much about so many different things. 100/10, I’m calling them back to replace my other unit in a few months because they did THAT good. Even their crane operator was so kind and fast! I do not have a single complaint about the service they provided. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the blue collar field.

We use Total Air Services for our Heating and Cooling maintenance. Not only did Total Air have a better price, their installers and everyone did a great job and the AC works way better than the one I had.     I submitted a request for a quote online to convert from refrigerated air to AC/Heater. Within a couple of hours someone called to set up an appointment for the very next day! Luis was on time and very professional yet personable. He was clearly proud of the business but not pushy or trying to hard to sell me a product. He was thorough in describing the options they could offer, the work to be done, and how the process would go. The estimate was not cheap. It was more than what I had saved for this, but they do offer interest-free financing. Total Air was my first estimate, and I got several more. Some were cheaper, but I kept coming back to Total Air because I felt like I could trust them. It turns out, I could. The work was done in one very full day. Angel and Octavio were here exactly on time and worked from around 8 am steadily until about 6 pm. They were moving and working hard the entire time. They removed my evaporative cooler and furnace, installed the AC/Heater unit, smart thermostat, new intake and vent covers, and hauled away all of the old parts and trash. Alpine Electric came to do the electrical work. They all knew exactly what they were doing and made it work smoothly. The only difficulty was the Honeywell app did not want to pair with my thermostat--which had nothing to do with Total Air. It was a problem with the app, which I was able to resolve with a Honeywell customer service agent. Total Air has been very responsive even after install with any questions I have had, and they were even persistent in following up with me when I missed an email they sent with information I needed for the City inspection. (Adriana was super friendly and helpful on the phone.) If you want a professional company that does good work by the book, I can certainly recommend Total Air. Everyone has been so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have no regrets and am finally looking forward to a hot El Paso summer!

    We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation which included a new range and hood. I had called several companies before calling Total Air, nobody was willing to help. Total Air was up to the challenge. They did such a great job, we will be using them in the future for any AC issues that arise.The owner, Brandon Brooks, personally came to our house right on time, personally installed the hood and the range, and filled out the registration and warranty paperwork. Brandon was very helpful and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond making sure everything worked properly, was level and left a clean workspace behind. I highly recommend Total Air.     I trusted Total Air with my historic 100 year old home. I’m so glad I did. Not only have we been comfortable all summer long with refrigerated air but when we started to experience unprecedented rains this summer and my roof began to leak Total Air sent out a technician every day until they found the leak and repaired it. They repaired all damages caused by the leak and were always available to answer my calls. Every single employee I dealt with from Total Air was very polite and professional and genuinely concerned about my home. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

    Last spring Total Air replaced my evaporative cooler and old heating system with a refrigerated unit and new furnace. My experience with this company has been outstanding every step of the way. From initially setting up an estimate with their technician Luis, who is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process clearly and professionally. Their installation process was quick and very professional. Ive also called them when I had an issue with my furnace (issue from manufacturer)on its initial use. They sent out Joe and Manny who were both great and made sure they fixed the problem completely, which was free of charge because of warranty. Also today, Joe came out for spring service. Joe consistently goes above and beyond to inform me on best practices to ensure longevity of my unit. Overall, I highly recomend this company for all your cooling and heating needs.

    Joe came out to assist me with my refrigerated air issue.. I want to start by saying, he is one of the friendliest people you will ever speak to.     Ernie and Andrew were my technicians for today. They showed up very early in the morning (7:30am) making sure to have plenty of time to go through the repair to my complete needs.     Amazing service! We have been having problems with our air conditioner for almost 3 months. Two different companies came to look at our system with one company making 4 visits to our home....and the issue remained unresolved. Joe from Total Air came in and within the hour, had our system running without any problems. He was able to detect what was wrong when two others had been unsuccessful. Total Air will be my new company from now on for service. If you have a newer generation thermostat, this is the company you want. One technician from another company almost runined my Nest thermostat. The truth is not many technicians feel comfortable with these newer thermostats but Joe felt very comfortable working with our system. I wish I had called Total Air earlier!

They were more concern on getting the unit install so I wouldnt suffer the heat than me signing the contract. They performed a clean job. The workers were professional and friendly.     This is an awesome Company if you need anything HVAC related. Beginning with my first interaction via phone; The customer service from the office {Mary (?)} was extremely courteous and helpful when I needed help. She didnt brush me off (as one of the competitors did) but did inform me they were booked solid, but she took the time and looked to see where she could get us in. She sent Joe Barragon (hope I spelled it correctly) the very next day to my house who arrived on time, he was extremely professional and courteous. Listened to me and my wife as to what we identified as the problem. Joe went to work in diagnosing the issue, made the appropriate repairs and provided relevant tips and hints on how we should be maintaining and operating our system. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions always talking to us and not over our heads as he provided his explanations. Wish every one would provide this level of customer service. I highly recommend this company especially if people like Joe Barragon and Mary exemplify the core values, customer service and work ethic of the company.     I was in need of replacing a 4 ton roof top mounted air conditioner package unit so I started looking around. I hadn’t heard of Total Air before but saw they had great reviews on Google. I decided to give them a call and get a quote from Luis. Luis showed up on time and was very personable and professional. He displayed pride in the company and their capabilities but did not try to sale me a product I didn’t want or need. He was thorough in describing the options they offer and how soon they could complete the job. Before I made a decision I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies. I decided to go with Total Air because I liked their sense of professionalism and customer service. Having dealt with 3 other HVAC companies in El Paso in the past, Total Air’s customer service far exceeded what I had previously experienced. As for installation of the new unit and thermostat it was as painless as can be. The technicians showed up in a timely manner and worked diligently until the job was complete. Total Air is by far the most professional HVAC company in El Paso I’ve dealt with this far. I would absolutely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

    Total Air Services is amazing! Joe called before he headed to the house and asked several questions regarding what the symptoms of the problem were. He and another gentlemen were very friendly and spoke great English. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong to me.     Total Air has been our go to for repairs. We have had our system (installed by another company when the home was built) go out and Total Air promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The price is reasonable. We used them to vacuum our dryer vent on the roof when we moved in. It was surprising what was in the vent! Would recommend them strongly.

    Excellent experience! Originally, I was told over the phone that there was no one available to service my AC by staff that was genuinely kind and understanding. An hour later, they called back because they had a last minute cancellation and arranged for Mike to stop by within 2 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had the issue fixed in under 15 minutes (replaced a bad contacter causing no cool air to blow). There was an added weekend fee, but it’s totally reasonable and still very affordable. High recommend Total Air!

    Wheres the 10 🌟?! After 10yrs, my swamp cooler finally gave out. Were DIY & I grew tired of the maintenance and knew I wanted refrigerated air. Total Air was highly recommended and I see why...1. Luis Hernández came to my home, assessed what was needed, explained various options and cost based on the square footage, and provided me with the brochure and a written estimate & warranties for all options.2. I did my homework, found Total Air to be the best and so I proceeded with the online financing via their website. This is Awesome!3. On the scheduled date, a crew of four arrived by 7:30am followed by the electricians. By 6pm, the refrigerated air system was cooling my home. As I walked around throughout the day asking questions, the personable staff and level of highly qualified workmanship, knowledge, and expertise and was obvious.4.     We worked with Fernie on a difficult space. He and his crew did a courteous, quick, and professional job of installing two systems at our property and we will likely have them come and install a third for our residence. Terms, Conditions, financing were all clearly written, and adhered to rigorously.No hidden fees or unaccounted costs. I recommend getting any required electrical duct-work prepared prior to install day – We nearly had an incident where the electrical work was not complete in time for the systems and it would have cost to have the crew revisit.

    This is the best service I have had with an AC company. The other companies I have used in the past always want to sell you something, and you get to where you dont know if it is necessary or not.     Last week my AC went out and after extensive research I choose 3 AC contractors and received a quote from each. After reviewing my options with each contractor I decided to go with TOTAL AIR. My decision was based mostly on my interaction with their associates. Upon my first meet with Fernie who provided expert advice and was the most friendly and honest salesman Ive known to the technicians Joe B, Orlando and the young apprentice Miguel. They arrived on Friday at 0745 hrs and completed the install of my new 5 ton with evaporator coil and an immaculate clean up of the area by 1450 hrs. Orlando even went the extra mile and filled in and insulated some minor cracks in and around the tubing going thru the wall and even insulated the piping on my existing upstairs unit. Believe me Im a very picky customer and Total air exceeded ALL my expectations.

    Outstanding customer service. Brandon, the owner, clearly takes great pride in his business and is responsive to client concerns. Our HVAC unit was installed by another company, since out of business, in Sept 2009 so when it started icing over in Sept 2015, we were pretty upset about it. Total Air sent Joe and Mario out on three different visits, progressively troubleshooting. Things seemed to be okay but we only used the unit a short time before autumn arrived. 2 weeks ago, when we tested the AC in advance of the summer heat, the same problem arose and this time Luis stayed for hours, at no cost to me, to track down the problem. I think its finally sorted and if it isnt, I know I can count on this company to deal with any further issues. Add in a fantastic office admin named Christina who is the patient and friendly first contact and you have a local business that I hope will be around for many years to come. Highly recommend!

    I was very impressed by the professionalism from Fernie with his estimate, to the promptness & excellent work performed by Total Air. They installed refrigerated HVAC refrigerated system in my mothers house in less than 2 days.     5+...This company is the best in HVAC! I set up a Gmail account this morning just so I could leave some great feedback about Total Air Services. I converted my system from a swamp cooler to air conditioning back in 2012. Best thing anyone can ever do in El Paso! After getting several quotes, I went with Total Air because of their honesty up front and the time spent at my home providing me options for the best system to meet my needs. My system has performed perfectly! I arrived home from Europe Friday (07/21) and my system stopped blowing cold air and for the first time I needed service (and it was 100 degrees out). I called Total Air on Saturday morning and got Brandon directly. He was a job site not far from my home, left that in the hands of his guys, and came to my home within 40 minutes to check my system. I never had the pleasure of meeting Brandon previously. Upon arriving, Brandon quickly determined my system had frozen up. Come to find out, I had purchased one of those high end allergenic filters and it restricted the air flow to my system, which caused the issue. Brandon stayed with me the entire time as the system thawed and we got cool air flowing again. Unbelievable customer service! I travel globally for business and know what great customer service is...it just doesn’t get any better than this.     Service was good, Raul was very professional and explained the issues the system was having. Unfortunately the original installers made errors that also factored into resolving the current problems, which will cost more time and money. The price is extremely concerning because it does not include the cost of the parts. Nevertheless the company is currently working with us to find a solution to resolve this issue. I will revise this post and change the rating after our issues have been resolved.
