    Sergio did a fantastic job serving my AC/Heater - its never been serviced before and apparently something in the heater was turned up to high that could cause a potential CO2 leak, but Sergio caught that and was able to adjust. Super friendly and awesome heat contractor.

    Wow! Incredible experience with Too Cool. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He Came by a few days ago, on a Saturday (his father in laws birthday) to figure out why our AC stopped working. He was quick to find out it was a major fix. Luckily our property manager approved the fix two days later. And Too Cool were quick to repair. Huge thanks to these guys 👏👏👏

    I called Too Cool Air yesterday and was thankful they had availability the next day. My upstairs unit wasn’t blowing out any hot or cold air. Sergio found the issue, fixed it and ensured both units were running properly. Super thankful that he was able to get it fixed with colder temperatures at night.He was very transparent and I can tell he values integrity, especially with his customers. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends!

    Absolutely rock star service! We had to replace our main HVAC system and they gave us the best price of three companies locally. They were extremely communicative and worked quickly. They finished a removal and full install in 5 hours, attic to outdoor unit. They evening installed an awesome fancy new thermostat for no extra charge, dispite having to come out another day. They go all over the DFW Metroplex so dont hesitate to reach out to see if they can hook you up.

They installed my new unit right after I bought my house and the old one broke down, then they came out about 7 months later when I had a clog issue (within hours and had the issue fixed in about an hour), and just did my spring maintenance. They are always friendly, responsive, and professional. When it was urgent, they responded quickly and got my issue taken care of right away. The owner knows his craft and takes the time to show you things and thoroughly explain everything. They are incredibly reasonable too!
