    Titan is efficiently the best. Our AC wasnā€™t cooling and from making an appointment to the repair only took a day. Our condenser coil had a leak and they contacted Carrier for the warranty replacement and luckily they had an available in stock. Fom their admin to Justin, everyone is top notch and you can feel their honesty.

    Sergio was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and the most helpful service provider I have ever met. I am currently recovering from a surgery, and he needed access to my attic to finish the services (which was blocked in the garage by two vehicles, a bike rack, a ladder, and a couple boxes). So, as I was moving the vehicles out of the way, he actually moved the rest of the stuff for me! THAT is above and beyond service (not to mention he swept the areas where he worked)! I hope I never need to use his services again...but if I find myself in a situation where his services CAN be requested, you better believe I am going to give Titan a call and request Sergio!     After having used another company (which I thought was very good but turns out they werenā€™t), I decided to do some research on my issue and look around for recommendations. Titan came highly recommended by multiple neighbors and after having used their services I can see why. Justin was thorough and informative. He walked me through every step, actually showed me the problem, and then went over multiple solution options with me. He really went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my home and budget. They will certainly be the only company I call from now on.2nd Post: Titan came back out again because I noticed a second issue. This time it was Sergio. Again, awesome, awesome, awesome.     I am so glad I took Glennā€™s recommendation from Cross Roads after he came out to make sure my ac problem wasnā€™t an electrical problem! He recommended this company highly and the tech who came out was wonderful! He told me my 8 year old unit did not need to be replaced, was under warranty until 2026, needed one item and found two faulty parts that he changed out, and as of 6:30 pm I now have ac again! Isaiah was the tech who came out and he was incredible in diagnosing the problem, itā€™s costing me far, far, far less than a new unit, however, when I do need one I will be calling Titan Comfort Solutions! Forgot to add that another ac company came out first and told me I needed a complete new system! Thousands of dollars! Thank goodness I didnā€™t believe the guy and had Titan come out!

    Iā€™ve gone through many AC companies. I used to utilize one main person who did it on the side. The original company who we had put in our replacement unit in 2017 didnā€™t do the best job.Last summer we went through 4 different companies who couldnā€™t figure out what was going wrong with our AC as it would completely stop. We then got a referral of Titan.Titan was like we hired the Astros of 2022! Within 5 minutes the technician, after having a week long fight with our ac, said,ā€Your blower motor is completely frozen up and needs to be replaced.ā€Ever since then weā€™ve had extremely excellent customer service from Titan.Earlier this week we had an issue where our AC quit working and the condenser was blowing cold air. I did a quick fix on the unit and got the condenser blowing out hot air again.Today the technician was so courteous and polite to my wife. They just checked over everything. They suggested we do a couple of things. There were a couple of things the technician said could be the culprit on why we have the condenser quit working. One of them was possibly the control board. The technician was so honest and transparent that he said,ā€With the weather though I donā€™t want to replace it until the next time the condenser is blowing out cold air. I suggest just keep replacing the air filters a lot more often and kick up the ac.ā€That is customer service at its finest. Iā€™ve even had this company walk me through tricks over my mobile in order to save money.When it comes to AC companies there is only one company and that is Titan. Titan is head and shoulders above any other ac companies.Titan excels at customer service and professionalism. I wouldnā€™t even consider calling any other company than Titan!

    It can be a very overwhelming experience when you find out you have to replace your entire HVAC at once. Especially when itā€™s partially due to previous work done wrong from a home warranty sub-contractor. I had at least 8 quotes and inspections from other HVAC companies. This is a huge investment and you want it done right and when I first communicated with the Titan team I knew they were it! When you contact them you will communicate with the owners who actually work for their company and send out their employees not subs to do the work! I had exceptional communication from day one. Transparent, honest, dependable, fair pricing and they go above and beyond. Some of the best customer experience I have ever had! They truly treat people right and I will not use another HVAC company as long as they are around!! If you need any HVAC assistance call them and you will see what I mean!

    Serigo was our tech and he was great!! On time and very efficient with getting the work done on time. He went above and beyond and even replaced my air filters with no additional charge. Several years ago our central heating stopped working and we were told the heat exchanger was rusted and cracked and we would have to get a new heating system.     I cannot recommend Justin and the team at Titan Comfort Solutions more!! They deserve all of the stars!! The team was very responsive to emails and promptly schedule my inspection and answered all questions. They showed up on time. And upon inspection I was given honest advice, prompt repairs at a reasonable price. Earlier in the spring I had Rotor Router do an inspection, I was quoted $1300 for ā€œimmediate repairsā€ and nearly $2700 in suggested repairs. Titan found one necessary repair, advised me on what needs to be done in future, installed a new thermostat and did an inspection at a fraction of the $1300 quote I received. Iā€™m addition, I was alerted to arcing in my breaker, he re-routed the wires to avert a fire until the electrician can come out and do the repair. Crisis averted!
