    Talk about fast, friendly, and professional. They didn’t pull any fast ones. I told them what was wrong and what I wanted and they nailed it. They were recommended to use now we are paying it forward and recommending them to everyone. Andy was amazing. They did a better job installing the unit than the builder.

    I wanted to take the time and share how incredible of a job Thoro Air has done with our AC UNIT. A part was on back order since the summer through Lennox and through out the whole time the technician Andres Navarro stayed in constant contact with the AC company Lennox for about 5 months. He spent countless hours calling and trying to find an alternative part that he did have to look for but chose to since the back order part was taking so long. The level of dedication and service we received is rivaled to no other AC company I have experienced working with.Even at times while I got frustrated with the process he still provided excellent customer service and did not treat me any differently. I look forward to continue working together in the future.

    Excellent service, gave us a window of time that they would show up and kept to it. Called ahead before showing up. Did the diagnosis, explained the problem. Luckily had the part to fix the problem, was done at the end of the same hour of showing up. 10/10Second time I called up this company, same quality service. Showed up at the time he confirmed, sent a message ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. Fixed the issue within the hour, wires were burnt out due to the compressor overworking in order to cool down the house. Gave me estimates to those repairs if I so chose to have them done. Excellent work, Ill be calling again if I have problems with the A/C.3rd time I called up Thoro air, coming in clutch in a bind. Found out that a swarm of ants had melted a wire head, and consequently the unit didnt work. I called right before closing time and I was able to have the job done all before 9. Great company, will call again.

    Would highly recommend Andy. On a hot summer day my AC stopped working, Andy came in and diagnosed issue unfortunately the part needed was not available… He shifted into MacGyver mode and improvised a fix so my family wouldn’t be without AC while part arrived.

    Andres Navarro was our technician today, and without hesitation (the day before Easter Sunday), he said he could check out our air condition unit within a few hours. He found the problem quickly, fixed it, and then went above and beyond to make sure our A/C unit would be ready for the summer. I highly recommend Thoro Air.

    We called Thoro at 11 am, and we were given a time for them to come at the end of the day. Which is incredible, seeing as the summer months are the busiest. He was able to check and diagnose our problem and fix it in the 1 hr he was in our home. Incredible service, and extremely professional. We will definitely be calling Thoro and recommending them from now on.

    Within an hour of placing the order ticket through Old Republic Home Protection, Andy was quick to call and schedule a same day appointment. He came sooner than he anticipated and was able to check our AC. He not only informed me on what the AC was failing at, but also notified me of a roof leak we werent aware of.Our AC did not have any heating elements, so he quicky called to order one and came to fix it the following day. He was quick, clean, and professional at everything he did. Would definitely recommend Thoro Air to any of my friends and family.

    Arrive on time as scheduled, they inspected my system identified the issues and offered repair options. I was quoted for the repairs and time it would take to repair.
