I signed up with CPS Energy to have my A/C serviced, Carlos came out today and let me know everything was running in top shape for my A/C. I actually work for a large insurance company doing property claims, so I was really worried that CPS would send out a contractor or tech who would mess up my system and might damage it. Carlos came, serviced my unit, let me know that the capacitor is on warning but he’s happy to come back when I’m ready to do the replacement. He told me the refrigerant looks good, & he explained that I have an older system but everything looks good and recommended I go to Home Depot to buy some insulation for the outside pipes that connect to the unit. He was friendly, respectful, was in and out. 10/10 will hire Thermacool Heating A/C in the future. Thanks again.
