The Solution Finders far exceeded my expectations. I cannot express how grateful I am to have chosen them to do our new HVAC, duct installation , and weatherization work. During a very stressful time in my life, Alfonso and his team came into my home and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I was very impressed with all of the knowledge they shared and amazing work ethic of Alfonso, Nelson, Ulises and Edgar (along with the rest of their team). You can tell they are putting in their best work no matter how hard the job is (bc ours was a doozy). I can’t forget about the sweet ladies who helped with scheduling and ensuring this process seamlessly flowed with my busy life and their busy schedules. 10/10 recommend this company. I cant say enough great things about The Solution Finders! We decided to do an Austin Energy audit and chose The Solution Finders as our HVAC contractor after talking to 6 other companies. From the moment Alfonso stepped into our home to the day everything was done, the level of service was extraordinary. They were the only company to go from room to room and actually ask us how the room felt to us, was it comfortable, how was the airflow compared to what wed like it to be, etc. They measured everything, explained every recommendation thoroughly. Their bid (and invoice) was detailed. Not just a few short line items without explanation. Every other bid we received was basically all vibes, no math so I had no idea what I would actually be paying for. There were no questions with The Solution Finders.Not only did they do much more than the other contractors bid to do, they came in lower priced than most of the competition. Every member of the team was professional and competent. Ill be recommending them to my friends in the neighborhood who are looking at getting the same work done!

We had The Solution Finders install a new unit for our condo. It was brutal due to this most recent cold front, but the professionalism and communication throughout this process made it more bearable.It was a pleasure to work with Edgar, Nelson, Gonzalo, and Mariano for the new installation. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves which is always a treat to experience!I also need to shoutout Alfonso who fulfilled the commitment as explained over the phone and followed through as promised.I highly recommend them for your next project!

Edgar, Francisco, Miguel, and Nelson were awesome today!They installed a brand new HVAC unit and were done in no time. They even quadruple checked everything to make sure it was running properly. Both the indoor and outdoor system look GREAT! They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable and their work is top notch! I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

I dont write reviews but I am making an exception for The Solution Finders. The entire crew members were friendly, professional and willing to teach me the new technology that they had installed. Everything has passed the inspection with flying colors!! No leakage and all of my lightbulbs got replaced. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had an A+ experience with The Solution Finders. We had a full HVAC replacement (furnace and AC), all new ductwork, and blown insulation in the attic. Not only was their price really competitive (we had 5 estimates from all the names you know) but they did amazing work, the guys were super polite and cleaned up fabulously. The best part is that Alfonso and his team coordinated everything with Austin Energy for our rebates and passed the inspection with flying colors. Even the Austin inspector commented on what great work they do and he sees a lot of jobs! I would not hesitate to recommend this team to family and friends, by far one of the best contractors Ive dealt with over the last 25 years!

Alfonso (owner) and his crew were absolutely amazing! They were all very friendly, professional and helpful. We had our new HVAC unit installed in July including new ductwork and so far, we’ve been extremely comfortable. Our new unit was a major upgrade from our previous unit. Alfonso walked us through every step of the installation and then explained very thoroughly how our new system works. He was very patient with me as I love asking a million questions. 😊 Marchely is also very helpful and responsive and a pleasure to work with.I’d like to add that before hiring The Solution Finders, we did get a few bids; however, every bid felt like a sales pitch with a pushy salesperson. Alfonso asked what features were important to us and from there he offered the units that would work best for us and our home. He took his time explaining the units and features and at no point did we feel pressured to make a choice on the spot. I’ll admit that as soon as Alfonso left our home my husband immediately said, “we’re going with him” and made me cancel the last two bids we had scheduled for the following week. Alfonso followed up with us via email that evening with the specs for each of the units we discussed and reminded me to take my time and to reach out should we have additional questions.It has been an absolute pleasure working with Alfonso and his company and definitely a positive experience for our first major home project/upgrade. I highly recommend The Solution Finders, they are honest and trustworthy!

I was provided a reasonable quote, and all the work was completed on schedule just as they said. They were very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions clearly and efficiently. I felt like I could trust them from the start and am very happy I went with them as I did look at a few other estimates before choosing them. My home HVAC is running very efficiently now.

Edgar and Nelson did a great job getting the ductwork checked out and approved by City of Austin for the efficiency! Passed at 5%, better than almost all.Solution Finders worked a long day replacing all ductwork in our 2,000 sq ft home. They also replaced our A/C-Heating system with a great Carrier system, including the outside condenser.Thanks, Solution Providers.
