Had our annual service and the blower cleaned by Devin. Hes been our tech previously, and I always have a good experience with him. He is efficient, polite, and great at answering my many questions. I also like that they now have technician tracking so you know exactly when to expect your tech. Convenient when you need to lock up dogs or move things around last minute.

We have been consistently impressed with the service we get from The Coolest Air. They’re always punctual and send a text notification when they are on the way, they update you as they work letting you know how things are going, and they send a detailed invoice with photos of the equipment, before, during, and after service. They also are great about showing up last minute to fix issues, like when our AC went out one summer night a few years ago and it was supposed to be 100+ the next day, they showed up at 8am the next day and fixed it. Highly recommend them for reliable, friendly service!

YES! I will definitely be using this company for my services from now on. Professional, courteous and on time. The technician was very communicative and knowledgeable about his business got problems fixed up in about an hour and a half. As for costs, well nobody is all that cheap anymore, it was reasonable.

He seemed knowledgeable and explained everything he did. I really appreciate that he had shoe covers when entering our home, too. Its a small detail but it means a lot. Daniel was so cool, knowledgeable and friendly! He came out to check my system, specifically airflow, and he answered all my questions (and didn’t make me feel silly) and gave great recommendations. I never once felt like he was inconvenienced by being here checking things out nor pressured to make one decision or another (which is the experience I’ve had with other HVAC companies). ***update***Aaron and his boss pretty much held my hand all day to get my very old unit replaced, (came with house purchase) when I say all day - ALL day. This meant a lot to us. so thank youLet me preface that my home warranty sent EMS and they were horrible (to do diagnostic) and we have done no repairs but something that previous home owner did put it out of warranty. After reading the reviews on EMS 1.6 stars, I looked up and found The Coolest Air. 5 Star reviews. I immediately called Tammy who after hearing me babble about what we just went through, was phenomenal. She got a tech out within 2 hours. Aaron was so nice, respectful and detail oriented with a sense of humor. After the 2nd opinion we forwarded to home warranty who denied again. The cost was more that we expected but had to be done. Worked with AnaLisa and Tammy and she got Aaron back out same day to make repairs. Although it hit our pocket real hard (as we just knew it was covered under warranty with the most expensive plan) we were more calm in knowing TCA would take care of us. WE felt relieved with the awesome customer service and response time. WE will definitely be using them as 1st time home buyers for a long time.

Financing was easy, the warranty is great.Cliff does a great job with communicating, following through, and planning out custom jobs. He also works with the customers schedule, not like a lot of other companies that wont even schedule a visit past 5pm. I cant recommend enough.

Last spring, we were faced with the difficult decision to replace our AC and furnace. Several local companies worked on our AC and furnace over the years and really did not feel comfortable entrusting any of them with this job. A friend recommend Cliff. He responded to our complex AC/ furnace replacement request right away and was incredibly professional, understanding, and informative. We felt he advised us very well. He was able to schedule all the work within less than 2 weeks. His two installers were the most professional and nicest workers we have ever had at our home. They even stayed until 10 pm to make sure the AC was up and running before they left. Cliff made sure all was well. I can highly recommend his business.

Excellent and thorough job done by these guys, very pleasant and explained all the issues related to the AC problem. They came promptly when our A/C went out in June. The problem was fixed quickly. Pics are taken of all the equipment as they are working. Estimates are given for any future work that they see looming on the horizon so sticker shock is not happening. Even came back when we had a question with no hassle. Would strongly recommend this company!

Thanks to the amazing people who work for this company my A/C system is back to working the way it should. My appointment time was at 6 am and the technicians were here about 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time. I was having a cup of coffee on the front porch waiting for them. Cliff and I spoke about what was on the high priority medium priority and low priority. I took care of the High and Medium priority being on a fixed income and he said we could do the low priority at a later date. That’s the way a good business person should handle his customers. I found a company I can trust with all my A/C needs.

Cliff arrived at my house introduced himself and asked me to explain the problem. He immediately started checking everything and explaining everything as he went. Cliff identified the problem that I was low on coolent. He explained the gadgets on the meter and what it should be reading. While we waited for it to fill he also gave me some home maintenance tips. Top Class service! I was really worried about who to call to help me fix my AC system! I called The Coolest Air and they were super helpful. They told me that had a someone in the area that could come check out system out immediately. So thankful cause Texas heat NO JOKE! Cliff showed up and was just super helpful turns out it was actually a real simple fix and he had my AC working again in no time super fast. He was real helpful in what to look out for and showed me a few air filters o didn’t even know I had that really needed to be changed. Thankx again Cliff my house is nice a cool again. He was great! Super professional and also quite personable. Honest guy. He had some bad news for me regarding my AC (Not his fault! It was installed poorly when the house was built.) and he took care of the next day. Hes reasonably priced, especially considering the very personal care he gave us. Best part was that he said his repair should lower my electric bill because the unit was running inefficiently, and he was right! My wife is very pleased at our smaller electric bill. I would recommend him to anyone. Five stars!

Our AC stopped working around 10pm. Called at 8am and left a message and Cliff called me back about 20 minutes later. After a quick but thorough diagnosis a new compressor was needed. Since the part wasnt available locally, Cliff drove 2 hours to secure a replacement. Very professional and knowledgeable service. He kept me informed about what was needed to get my unit back into service and the associated costs. It would have been easy to just simply order a replacement part and move onto the next customer. With days reaching 100°+ I appreciate the additional effort to repair our unit. I would definitely recommend The Coolest Air to friends and family.

These guys were amazing from start to finish, from the owner Cliff to his techs. Alex, they were all friendly , helpful, honest and wonderfully priced. They all worked extremely hard to get what was suppose to be a cleaning that turned into a whole new unit done in a matter of days even when they had a busy schedule. They gave us a portable unit to use for the weekend so it wouldn’t be as hot. Cliff, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I had my AC blower wheel breakdown and he came over twice with no service call fee to help me. The first time was to diagnose the problem and the second time was to let me borrow a cooling unit until the AC can be fixed. We have had them come out 3 diffeent times. 1 time to fix our ac another time to preform routine maintenance on our ac and another time to preforme routine water maintenance for us.Alex, came to fix the ac and was amazing. My son wanted to watch and Aaron didnt mind and was teaching him about the diffrent parts and what theu do! Never had someone not get annoyed with children so this was awsome.Daniel came out today and did the routine maintenance on our water heater. He was awsome as well. Was pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable, and also was very clean and neat.This is the only company I will be using as every single time someone has come out for us we have alway felt taken care of. My first experience with The Coolest Air was right in the middle of last summer. My AC was blowing air and because it was too hot outside, I didnt notice immediately that my AC unit was just blowing air.I googled AC repair and of course tons of companies popped up and I dont know what caused me to click on this company. I didnt compare ratings or prices with other companies, something just told me to try them out.They were able to see me the same day and based on the eta they gave me, I decided to run an errand. A week later (yesterday) we noticed the downstairs was hot and not blowing air out. I called thinking maybe it’s because of the new part 🤷‍♀️.
