Texoma Air pros have been absolutely great. Recently purchased a house they found a hole in the heat exchanger were prompt to find out the part was under warranty and installed it as soon as it came in. This was all during recent extreme cold snap. Had some follow up concerns and they were More than happy to send someone over to help and get me sorted. Cant say enough about these guys really appreciate them. -

Great experience. Tanner arrived at my house in about 2 hours. Had my heat back on in about an hour. Very professional. Explained what the problem was and even got the part covered by warranty. -

I cannot say enough good about these guys and gals. From the 1st phone call all the way till the service was done, they have been nothing but honest and upfront about what was wrong and what it was going to take to take care of the problem all the way to the end where the bill comes. You will not go wrong using this company. Very responsive and works you in at earliest convenience. Professional crew. I would definitely use them 100 times over again. Do not let your warranty service direct you to someone else cause you could be waiting days on the other from Gainesville. Thanks Texoma Air for being prompt and fixing my and cleaning coils!!! -
