Al was the technician sent out after I filed a claim with my home warranty company. He was the best technician I have had in all my time as a homeowner. He was efficient and explained everything he was doing to get my AC units functioning properly. He also provided some valuable self maintenance information to me so that I know what to do to keep my units running optimally to the best of my ability. I would request him by name next time I need service!

We came back from vacation to 87 degrees in the house! Texas HVAC came the next day. David, our repairman, did a thorough inspection with me and it turned out there were multiple coolant leaks from the outside unit and in the attic. The twenty year old unit expired. David quoted us a very generous price on a new unit. He recharged the old unit until the new unit came. Two days later, we are back to normal. Texas HVAC was very sensitive to our needs. Extra kudos to David for delivering as promised! We had no problems working with him and would highly recommend David and Texas HVAC for a superb experience!

Arturo and Zach saved the day! It was starting to be unbearably hot and they came all the way to Corinth on a Friday evening to replace our AC units. The problem was tricky but David did not give up and kept searching until he found the little frayed wire that was ultimately causing my air conditioner problems. He was prompt and professional. Professional and efficient service! The technician (Al from Texas HVAC Repair) arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and repaired our HVAC system with expertise. Al is very knowledgeable and took the time to show me the problem he found. I saw the burnt wires that were causing the problem and and I saw how he replaced the wires, which he left very neat. He was very courteous throughout. Al is a very qualified technician, and I highly recommend him!

We had an AC unit not cooling. Filed a claim through warranty company and AL (Name of Tech) was assigned from Texas HVAC Repair (July 8th 2024). AL called us before arriving and in fact arrived a few minutes before time. Very professional look and demeanor! He identified the issue in just under 10 minutes and advised us that he needs approval from the warranty company. As soon as the approval came through, he completed the job by replacing the condensor fan motor which had gone bad. AL was knowledgeable (educating us at each step), and also had all tools and required parts. He was very thorough in his approach including a visit inside of the house to take vent temps to confirm repair was successful. Special thanks to AL for respecting our home and putting on booties anytime he entered. Great experience! Thank you AL! will surely recommend you.

Adam came out within 24-hours of my submitting my work request to FAHW to assess the A/C. The next day, Joe and Zach came by to replace the leaking coil, recharge the coolant and bring the system up to code. All three were professional and did a great job. My A/C is working so well now I have to push the temperature up or I get chilly. Highly recommend these guys!

This is a class operation. We have had heat in the past weeks exceeding 100 degrees, but everybody I worked with from Dispatch to Technician to Installers were absolutely wonderful and class acts! I imagine in the summer they probably deal with upset people who have no A/C, (like me), but they all were so professional and competent in light of the conditions. I would recommend them without hesitation and with full confidence. I was especially impressed with certain people. Adam the technician took time to show and explain the problem so I could understand. His kindess and time (especially in the summer heat) while he educated me was impressive. He clearly knows a lot and is an exemplary technician with a caring attitude. Eventually we had to have a new unit, and I could not believe how wonderful Alex (Installer) and his team were! Alex also took time to explain things and was clearly trained to be a professional at this and to think of the customer, as I was nervous about an install. His team were prompt, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the work spaces better than when they arrived! All around great service and treated me with respect. HVAC is such an important (and expensive) investment in my house, and I was blessed to end up with their team from my Home Warranty.

These guys were Angels and a blessing my AC Compressor went out while under a Choice Home warranty. Choice denied fixing the compressor. Texas HVAC came to the rescue fixed my AC extremely fast after I hado been waiting in triple digit heat inside my home, waiting on Choice home warranty to only deny my claim. This company was sent out by my home warranty…about the 5th or 6th maybe more over the years. Matt’s attitude, professionalism, and service was a whole new level. Every single time a person has come they say they can’t do anything then because of whatever reason and have to reschedule and this process goes on a week, 2, or 3! Well, this time everything was froze up and he waited and still diagnosed my problem, was very straight forward, without making every excuse in the book! I am a typical “girl” so he explained everything. 🤣😂 He was very honest about the process and what to expect from here. He also had yo climb up and down my stairs about 10 times then in the attic the same amount and was still as nice as he could be. I will request this company and him if possible from now on! I have had nothing but problems until now. Someone has had to come back 2-3 times each time. Don’t look any further call them!

A technician was dispatched by our home warranty service to address an issue with our A/C unit. The technician (Moe) was professional, flexible with my work schedule, and efficient. He identified multiple problems with the unit and was fair with his recommendations. After the first problem was addressed he was thorough and determined that it still wasnt functioning like it should, so instead of leaving he stayed and figured out what else was going on, started the larger repair and came back the next day to fix it. He walked me through what was going on, what was involved in the repair, showed me the difference before and after on the gauges, and how to monitor for future issues. Overall an excellent experience, would recommend them for your HVAC service, and ask for Moe!

Adam has finally fixed my Air Conditioning issue after I gave up an endless battle with American Home Shield and finally hired his company to identify the problem. My AC would run fine in the early summer but would never go below a certain temp and would stop working completely in the hottest part of the summer. Adam at TX HVAC Repair was the only one who took the time to really troubleshoot the problem and work his way to finally identifying that the central control board was bad. He investigated thoroughly and honestly and I was impressed by his expertise. He never tried to upsell me or give me the impression that he was trying to scam me like many other AC companies do! Since working with them my AC works like its supposed to be I trust them to inspect my system yearly. Thank you Adam for your honest and expert work. Originally, my home warranty scheduled tech Mike Jamhour to come out after my AC quit working. He quickly determined that my 25+ year old Trane AC was beyond repair. He was very thorough in his recommendations for a new system as well as why the system would be best for our needs. The home warranty gave us an estimate of 3-4 weeks for a replacement - in July, in Texas! We decided to move forward on our own. Mike encouraged me to get estimates from other companies, to make sure I felt comfortable with his quoted price. The other estimates were a couple THOUSAND more than the one from Texas HVAC. The AC went out on Tuesday. Mike was called out by home warranty on Thursday, and our new unit was installed on SATURDAY! Mike made sure I experienced EXCELLENT customer service throughout the entire process! He gave me his direct number and repeatedly offered his help at ANY time, during and after install. Ricardo and his team were awesome at install. They were very thorough, careful, and respectful. They were extremely appreciative of the lunch and cleaned up beyond my expectations, even taking out my kitchen trash! Best of all, my house went from 85 to less than 74 in less than 2 hours after completion of the install! I could not have asked for a better experience during a very stressful time! I highly recommend Texas HVAC to anyone - you wont be disappointed!

My moms AC unit stopped cooling and the temperature inside her home got up to 94 degrees. Her home warranty company assigned us to Texas HVAC Repair. Sammy called when he was on his way and was even 30 minutes earlier than the start of our window for the service call, which was much appreciated. He did an acid wash to clean up the system and replaced an electrical component that was malfunctioning. When he put Freon in, he discovered there was a leak and so the condenser will have to be replaced, which has already been approved by the home warranty company. But in the meantime, he got the system up and running and cooling the house again, which is a huge relief! He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing so I understood what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company for AC repairs - Sammy was great and made the process painless.

I was referred to Texas HVAC Repair by a friend when my air conditioner stopped working one night at the beginning of summer. I gave them a call and they (Kaled and Meizar) came out within 24 hours. After diagnosing the entire system, they explained how the valves on my compressor had failed. They walked me through all possible repair options, from as basic as just replacing the the compressor to as elaborate as replacing the entire HVAC system. After about an hour of discussing my budget, how long I planned to live in my house, and the state of my HVAC system, we decided that the best repair for me would be to replace the cooling system but keep the furnace. Their price was reasonable. Not the cheapest, but I also didnt want the cheapest. Personally, Im a bang for buck kind of guy, and Im very confident that I got the most bang for my buck with this company. They took the time to inspect my entire system and prescribed a repair that made the most sense for me. Admittedly, I didnt price shop the work, but felt I didnt need to because I could tell I was getting an honest repair -- exactly what I needed and nothing more. Not to mention, I could tell they would do a good job because of their attention to detail. Needless to say, I made the right decision. A couple months later, Im cooling better than ever, and Im very confident its going to stay this way for a long time. I would highly recommend this company. Theyre a couple of honest guys, doing honest work, for an honest price. You cant beat that.

We were working through our home warranty company to fix our AC. The initial contractor was horrible! They misdiagnosed the issue, and we’re extremely unprofessional. Without going into too much detail, the job they did was horrible! After suffering for 2 months without AC in the middle of the summer, we were finally able to get our home warranty company to reassign the contract. By the grace of God, the contract was assigned to Texas HVAC. Not only did they show up to our home in less than 24 hours of accepting the job, they went above and beyond to fix our problem.The technicians that worked on our job (Alex and Meizer) were professional, friendly, straightforward, honest, diligent, knowledgeable, and punctual. Alex and Meizer we’re able to properly diagnose the issue, and fix the horrible mess the previous contractor made all in the same day! I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did and would recommend their services to everyone I know.

A big local service told me I needed a new evaporator coil and duct cleaning and said it was more cost effective to replace my 6-year-old system for many $$$. I decided to go through my home warranty company for repairs and was very fortunate that they sent me to Texas HVAC Repair. Texas HVAC sent me MJ, who immediately noticed that the caps had been removed from the system and the system had been disconnected outside. MJ checked the Freon and functioning of the system and told me that my only problem was a very dirty filter that could not remove the heat from the attic. MJ had the system running perfectly within minutes. MJ was extremely kind, efficient, and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. I am so grateful for MJ’s honesty and know that Texas HVAC Repair is lucky to have him as their employee!

So I called Texas HVAC Customer service and a Lady by name LILY took my call and I explained her my situation and she really helped me and she went out of the way and called Home Choice warranty company and tracked where the new equipment is and called the carrier company and arranged a Pickup by the technician and got the work done in a day.I really appreciate LILY for her work . Its actually not her responsibility to track where the new Air Handler is once they get it they will schedule an appointment to get it fixed. But she worked with My home warranty company and the Carrier company to get this issue resolved.
