We called Texas Air after having the units checked out by our regular company. They didnt find any problem in two calls, and gave us a work-around. Texas Air came out and found two separate problems in two visit. The third visit was to install the second failed part. David was great. He explained what the problem was, got the parts and fixed the problem. Works great again, Thanks. -

I had been dealing with a home warranty company for 2 weeks trying to get my air conditioner working. I called Texas Air Authorities and within an hour someone was here to assess the problem. A couple hours later they were back and fixed the problem. Best same day service Ive ever had! -

Simply excellent!Two words describe this company… “Honest“ and “competent”.Called on Thursday to have my two AC units serviced. Gave me an appointment for Friday. Called me on Friday to say that they would be coming early. Quoted me $79 per unit to service. Sent David out who worked for over 1 1/2 hours. To my amazement, the bill was $79 for each unit as promised. I could not ask for better service And for a more competent technician. I will have this company service my other home as well. -

David came out on short notice on a Saturday and was a great help to our AC problems. He was quick to diagnose the problem and had the supplies on hand to fix it right there. He also gave a quick check on the rest of the AC unit as well.Was on time, professional, and extremely easy to talk to. Definitely recommend these guys. -

Made an appointment to have an a/c checkup before the summer heat comes. David came out, did a thorough check of the system and went over everything with me. Set up an air quality monitor in my home while he was there and showed me the results. Very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend! -

It hasn’t even been 2hrs since the technician (David) has left. I could tell the difference when I walked in my home. My wife was please with the honesty, effective and the fact he wasn’t trying to sell anything we didn’t ask for. He explained the “what” and the “how” to my wife and she understood. It’s been a blessing because you really don’t know who you can trust to do decent and honest work. He didn’t persuade us on a new hVac unit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE -

Just updating my review on these guys. I have used them for the last 4 years now. They have installed new coils, fixed various problems each year. The last issue was one of my blower motors. They came out the same day I called and got me fixed up! -

Texas Air Authorities are simply the best and have come to the rescue on multiple occasions. Each time they have been very prompt to respond and dispatch a skilled professional.This morning I had a water leak from my A/C drain in my second story attic. After I called Texas Air Authorities, they were on site in less than 2 hours. They quickly identified the issue and it was resolved before lunch. This prompt service allowed the water restoration company quicker access to the source of the leak to minimize the overall damage.Thank you Texas Air Authorities for being quick to take action. -

We were gone on vacation and came back to a terrible smell in the house. I determined that one vent had been intruded by an animal (who had then died). When I called, they responded promptly and provided an estimate. At the same time they promoted a product called Global Plasma Solutions (GPS 2400) to rid us of the odor. Their website says: “Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) is the pioneer in needlepoint bi-polar ionization cold plasma technology. The GPS-2400 is a carbon fiber brush, needlepoint, bi-polar ionization generator rated up to 2,400 CFM or 6 tons nominal capacity. With TWELVE patents granted, and numerous other patents pending, GPS is the uncontested market innovator creating disruptive technology in numerous markets.” It is said to: “Kills Mold, Bacteria & Virus, Reduces VOCs & Odors, Reduces Particles, Reduces Allergens, Works in Air & on Surfaces, and is 0.00PPM Ozone free”. It is not inexpensive but did seem to rid us of the odors while we waited for the new duct.Four men arrived to install the duct and completed the job in good time, especially considering it had to run through some very tight spaces due to the complex design of our home. Their demeanor and friendliness was terrific. I would definitely have them back or recommend them to a friend. The administrative staff is also responsive and cooperative.While they were here I asked for their annual AC unit cost and it was slightly less than the company I currently use, so I will be looking to them annually. -
