    Excellent service, rapid callback and they even had someone come to my house the same day. Apparently, I had a power surge at my home and one of the things that broke was the A/C. I called the next day of the event, a different AC company that someone recommended. They concluded that I needed to buy some new parts for the AC that would cost me over 2K, and it may not even resolve the problem. That was just to start with (already 3 days without AC). I needed a second opinion since we are talking about a lot of money. I called Terrys A/C company, and they had someone at my house the same day. They concluded something completely differ from the other company. They showed us exactly what it was, and they had the AC running the next day. Both Hector and Terry did an amazing job. Special thanks to them for their professionalism and accuracy. I totally recommend this company to anyone.

    Terry’s A/C & Heating is amazing. I have had nothing but issues with my HVAC system as part of a new construction. Builder uses AirTron for all warranty work, and to say they don’t know what they are doing is an understatement. Rob with Terry’s has stepped in & fixed all of their mistakes as well as educated me on what he’s doing. He’s also incredibly fair in his pricing & does everything he can to ensure he’s taking care of his customers without trying to sell them on things they don’t need. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

    We had our air conditioner, go out on Thursday night, around 7 PM or so, and so I texted the owner, and bless his heart, he got back to me, and we tried to troubleshoot it, and figured out what it probably was - and so bright and early the next morning, once again, the technician (Hector) showed up on time, as always, and proceeded to attend to our air-conditioning unit.Also as usual, he was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous, and did a great job at a fair price.This is why we have been customers of Terry‘s ever since we moved back here, approximately 15 years ago. It’s a great company, owned by great people, with great personnel. Much appreciated.

    Its always a pleasure to find businesses that are conscientious about customer service and satisfaction. I keep my AC on a twice a year maintenance agreement but have struggled to find a company that was honest and works hard to earn your trust and business. A pastor friend recommended Terrys AC & Heating after I told him of the nightmare stories of the two previous companies Ive contracted with.I received a text from Terrys AC telling me that HECTOR, the technician was on his way and he arrived right on time. He performed a diagnostics test on the AC and then washed the entire unit. Next he went into the attic to check the air handler. The entire process was over an hour which gave me confidence that work was actually being done. The previous companies were normally on sight for less than a half hour and always had additional work that needed to be done. In January I was told I needed almost $4,000 to correct various issues which I declined. Hector checked everything and said there are no issues! Hector was a really good guy and very informative about each aspect of his evaluation.Thank you Hector and Terrys AC and Heating, your knowhow and expertise has made my life easier.Robert Ashley

    We had one of our A/C units go out on us. Terrys A/C and HTG was able to come out the same day (during the COVID-19 scare) to take a look at the issue, and give me a complete description of what was going on. My unit was over 30 years old and had reached a point where it was best to replace it. Although they did give me both options (try and fix, or replace). Kenny from Terrys A/C was great. He explained everything in plain English, avoiding all the industry specific terms. At the end of the day we had to get a new unit. Terrys had the ability to offer me an easy way to finance a new unit on their website. They didnt push top of the line, or items that I didnt need. We settled on a middle of the road unit which covered our needs, and had a long life. I was able to get approved that same day, and they installed the unit the next morning. Turn around time was unexpectedly fast. They were very professional, and Kenny did a great job selling without pressure. I hope he stays with the company, hes an asset and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Terrys A/C to anyone who needs A/C or Heating work.

I scheduled service for routine inspection & maintenance, having no problems with my units in the past.     Terrys AC is absolutely amazing! Honest, thorough and always prompt to return a call. Recently, when selling my home, the buyer s inspector claimed that there were major issues with my unit and they wanted me to split the cost of a new $12,000 unit. I called Rob Terry and explained to him what was going on. He not only stood behind my unit and the services he had performed on it over the years, but he took the time to write a lengthy letter detailing that the unit was actually in tip top condition. After reading his detailed letter, the buyer agreed that the unit had been serviced correctly and was in great condition. I will continue to use Terry A/C & Heating in my new home and will recommend them to anyone who will listen. 5 huge stars!!

    We had one of our outdoor units fail that cooled the upstairs. We had company staying at our house and it was hot upstairs to sleep. I called the home warranty company to fix it but after four days their AC service vendor still had not solved our problem and they would not answer my calls. I called Terry’s AC from a referral. Rob was able to source a replacement fan motor that same day and he came over and installed it that evening. Our guests could now sleep comfortably upstairs. In the future, I will call Terry’s for all of my HVAC needs.

    We have been using Terrys services for many years (25+) and they have always been reliable and easy to work with. Our systems were both at the end of their working life and we decided to replace both the heater and air conditioner. They did NOT disappoint. The work was done efficiently and well.     I was selling my home and had issues with the buyers inspector. He claimed we needed to replace the whole system. We called Terrys & they promptly came out to inspect. We didnt replace the system and sold the house to the same person. Terrys a/c was on-time, mindful of safety, and very courteous & clean. They fully explained every step and I never felt uncomfortable or skeptical about what he explained. Before doing any work they informed/ showed me why it needed to be done. I never had to take their word, they actually showed me. The 12 year old system was 3 lbs low on freon. That indicated a leak but how severe it leaked wasnt known. Robert had a solution. They also added some dye to the system and came back in 3 days to check for leaks. Nothing was noticeable and the system was maintaining correct pressure. Robert also sent me a full digital report that I was able to use in my negotiation with potential buyer. Not a handwritten, faked numbers report but what seems like something that could be used in court if necessary. Thats how in-depth and official his report was. The pricing was fair and I never felt like they fixed something that wasnt broken. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. They made the process easy and most importantly I was comfortable with everything they did. I dont always get that feeling when dealing with home repair companies. Some are better than others and Terrys A/C is one of them. Honesty and integrity is hard to find but both technicians that were at my house seemed to have both in spades. Id use them again and do recommend them to others. Thanks to Robert and his assistant

They responded quickly, didnt overdiagnose and require expensive replacements, and ultimately resolved the issue by finding a very small, hairline crack on a small component. I was impressed by the attention to detail, which resolved the issue for much less than alternatives, and I appreciated their sensitivity to addressing the problem with as little expense as possible.     We had two visits from them, the first was the service call where they came out to identify what our problem was - Mr.Kenny was on time, professional, excellent with my mother, patient, and very very knowledgeable. He was very straight forward and clear on what was wrong and what we should do - he also explained, very patiently what our different options were & costs. We had to replace the out door unit and the box in the attic (I cant remember the name). It took a day and a half to get the machines and took 2 (TWO) hours to replace them. That crew was amazing. Early, fast, clean etc etc. Everybody here was amazing. Afterwards Mr.Rob walked us through everything they did and answered all our questions. He also replaced a burnt out thermostat for us. I really cant recommend them more, Ive already passed on their info to a friend.Other things to note - they carry Carrier, and helped with registration of what we got with them( the warranty).Really recommend.

    Rob was absolutely amazing. We had him go inspect a 3 story condo that had extensive visible mold present on the 3rd level. We didnt realize we should have brought him in prior to having mold remediation performed so he could more easily do his inspection to help determine what was causing the growth. That didnt slow him down any. Once we described the layout of the home over the phone he already knew the issue. Rob went out the next morning to inspect the damage. He confirmed his original thought was what was causing the growth. They could explain better, but basically the dwelling was requiring one unit to do the work of what at least 2 units should be doing. He was amazing at explaining everything to us. He talked in layman terms that made it easy for us to fully understand what we going on. After my experience I reached out to a few contractors I work with to provide them his information. HIGHLY recommend Terrys AC to anyone that has HVAC system issues.

    They repaired by Carrier A/C unit summer of 2020. It was a very hot summer in Houston, Texas. I called them and set appointment. I had fans going in my house. They came out next day and assessed the problem, ordered the parts that afternoon and came back out the next day to take apart the unit and put back together that same day, with the new part. The cost was also very reasonable. I was impressed and will certainly use them again.....hope I dont have another breakdown anytime soon. They said they warranty their work, I believe for 10 years. Came out same day, inspected the system and repaired some duct work. answered all my questions and only charged me time and material for the work.     Kenny did an outstanding job for us. We were selling my Dads house and had no knowledge of his air conditioning and heating systems in the house. Kenny inspected both systems and took the time to write a history on each unit complete with copies of the past invoices. Kenny was thorough, polite, and took CDC precautions regarding the COVID virus. He was honest in his assessment. I can see why my Dad kept his business card!

    Rob and Kenny were amazing. Our heating broke down when it hit 30s and they were very thorough in their assessment and testing. Eventually the problem was isolated (not common at all) and we got the heating back on.

    They have performed preventive maintenance for over 10 years, repairs as needed and recently replaced my AC unit with a heat pump. I have always felt I was treated fairly and was given options on what could be done. Generally the best option was repair, which was quite a bit cheaper than replacement. Highly recommended!

    I’ve used the Terry’s for over 25 years- first Dad now Son (Rob). They always cut you a square deal & stand by their work. For instance, my 2 year old outside unit recently bit the dust, likely due to lightning strike. Rob figured out how to get it replaced at very minimal cost! Yea Rob! He also nursed my wife’s home unit along for many years when she was in school & could not afford replacement, which was needed. Anyway, these guys are trustworthy & technically adept, you won’t go wrong by calling Rob.UPDATE- remodeling our house! Creative deducting of our existing system saved us like 10 grand from avoiding adding a second system! I’m using money saved on Coronavirus supplies- namely vodka to use as hand sanitizer! And just like Rob repurposed my existing ducts I might repurpose that!😀Update: woke up house cold, heater inop. Called Robb, went to lunch. Came home, house warm, bill on my email. Ez peazy. Thanks Rob!Update no change same great service. You might give Rob a tip so he can get his beard trimmed :)

    No one has explained better and given me greater confidence about my system than Rob. Ever since Kirk Voital sold out, I have had terrible time finding anyone that had any significant knowledge about my Carrier equipment (it is only 9 years old) untilI was introduced to Rob Terry. You pay top dollar but he fixes problems immediately and does not have to come back several times because he did not have a part or needed to check or research for the right answer.

Terry came by last and diagnosed the real problem, clog in the sink and a cut off switch needed to be installed. 2 years later and the AC is still going.
