    My husband and I have been using TemperaturePro for years for our heating/AC maintenance. Today we had Moe O come out and service both heating and AC. I got a text before he arrived letting me know he was on his way and I could track his location to see an accurate ETA. Moe said there was a clogged spot that affects the AC and he cleared that out and said everything is good with the heater. Always impressed with the service and communication that we get from TemperaturePro!

He left me a complete review of my system with explanation of possible deficiencies in the system due to poor installation (not by TemperaturePro).     I can’t say enough about this company and the technicians that service my properties. Eric Franco and Moe Obaid have done repairs for me that I do not get called back from my renters the system failing.     We had a follow-up visit (just a maintenance check) from TemperaturePro today and they were awesome! Mo and Ethan were kind, did their jobs efficiently and effectively, and were so kind as to clean up after they finished and leave our house better than they found it!Our first visit was a wonderful experience as well — I realized I never left a review… John was our technician that came to our rescue when our heat went out last winter.     We were referred to TemperaturePro from our neighbors. Our techs were John & Brandon. Both were great! John was our first tech. He was able to diagnose our problem immediately after 3-4 tries with our home warranty company. Unfortunately, we had another separate issue arise later same day/evening and Brandon came out to service our unit again the next day around 4pm. Amazing turnaround and both were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this company if you are having unit issues or have an older home. We are very pleased with their service so far and will plan to join their membership program.

    Great experience all around. We had a complete new HVAC unit installed; moved the location from main floor to attic; had new return air vents installed; and replaced all the old duct work and vent grills. Mark and Doyle were fast and knowledgeable in assessing the situation and getting a plan for the work. They gave us a range of options and didnt pressure us on any choices. Moe and Ethan were absolutely stellar in executing the plan. They were polite and helpful, efficient, tidy, and extremely knowledgeable. (They even laughed at our jokes!) Moe was able to answer all our questions throughout and provide honest advice on what couldnt be done given the constraints of our older house and what could be done instead. They did the work in exactly the time frame estimated (three days). We would definitely recommend them.

    Mark was great and took the time to walk through options for replacement of my A/C system. Very professional!Update: Install went well and the team onsite was very professional.We found after the install we had black debris and insulation blowing out of every vent in the house (and I mean EVERY vent), which led to massive clean up for the next 48 hours as we have a small dog who likes to eat everything on the floor. Vents in the closet led to clothes being covered in debris. Not something as a customer I want to have to do is clean up.We did contact the company and was told this is normal.My recommendation to this company is find a way to effectively ensure there is no debris after the filter and/or use some sort of mesh vent covers that you can leave on and provide guidance to the customer on removing after X days or until debris is not longer visible.Outside of this minor issue we would use them again and would recommend them to friends, coworkers, and family in the area.

    We had Chad come out to inspect both units in a house my wife and I were looking to buy. They came on short notice, had a picture of who they wanted to see, looked over the inspection report and came to the house right on time. Chad explained what he was looking at and why, and helped fill in the gaps on how it works and how to make the most of the system. The inspection was some of the best money ever spent. I will definitely go with them when it comes time to upgrade the unit!Edit Dec7:Last week we got the new units put in and that prices was just as painless and easy. We ordered the unit after an in home cost estimate. They came a week later (our best time) and installed the unit over a few hours. The installation went great and no issues with the ac unit. The workers were very polite and respectful.

    Technician was very responsive and listened to my explanation of events that lead us to a system failure. He then took appropriate action to fix not only that situation, but checked the rest of the system to ensure he did not have to be called right back out for something that was missed. I have full confidence in the work that was done. I felt so confident with his work and the whole experience that I started up their Total Comfort Maintenance (TCM) plan they have even though my unit is only 5 years old. That will at least give me a discounted price and more comfort knowing my system will get tech eyes on it at least twice a year.

    Chad has been a blessing to my family and I through stuck gas valves and fried capacitors and through no heat and no cool situations. He works hard and I believe he cares about our system and our well being. He advises on necessary maintenance and updates, but keeps decisions open to us on how we proceed with a longer term or shorter term vision. The company phoneline could use some work for off hours, but they are have still been responsive for emergencies. He diagnosed the issue pretty quickly .This was the same issue which my home warranty(choice warranty) had sent me some third party vendor who had completely given me false details about my AC unit and was trapping me to buy a new unit from them .     My home wouldnt cool...Chad came out to assist. Im grateful he was honest. For some reason the thermostat was reading heat...I promise you I checked that it was set to cool before calling anyone out. However, I believe the air handler was shut off outside because the fan wasnt coming on. Anyhow, Chad got our system back to cooling. Update:John had to come out two days later. The true credit goes to him. John went through all the wires and found the real problem. As a courtesy for my inconvenience and air....he prioritized my needs and got me air in no time apologized and told me thank you for trusting temperature pro.

It sounds silly saying this out loud as one would expect personalism, but Ive had poor experiences with some contractors in the past. Temperature Pro kept it professional the entire timeAt the end of the day, there are hundreds of contractors who can fix the AC, but how they treat customers is what makes the difference.     Great customer service. The new AC unit in my business died and the original installer (who is NOT affiliated with TemperaturePro Dallas-Richardson) refused to answer my calls let alone fix his shoddy work. Doyle and Jason were polite and professional and even got the manufacturer to honor the warranty even though we were a few months past the warranty term. I also appreciated the arrival time notifications which included a photo so Id know exactly who to expect. Excellent follow-up from the owner Mark, as well. These guys are legit. I hope my residential AC doesnt fail anytime soon, but if it does I have them on speed dial.

    We had a new HVAC system put in a few months ago. They were on time, quick, and efficient. Yesterday it wasnt cooling and we called for an appointment.     We had our system go down in the middle of the night, so the next morning I called Temperature Pro. John showed up at my house within just a few hours and got right to work to assess the issue. Not only did he quickly assess the problem, he walked me through step-by-step on what was happening, as well as showed me potential items to be on the lookout for down the road. I thought that the pricing was reasonable, and he even made a pvc repair for us in the attic on his own dime. I had some additional a/c questions about duct work, as we may be doing a remodel soon. John had their designer, Mark, come out and do a free quote on what a new system would cost, also giving me advice on what to look for in the future. That is how business should be done, and I will be using them for projects down the road. Definitely give these guys a call if you are in an HVAC bind.

    John was by far the best HVAC technician we’ve had. He went above and beyond in every way. He checked and improved things no other company has ever done for us. He helped explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand and trust.     This company is a top notch locally owned business. Were in the middle of a heat wave and my ACs condenser stopped working last night. I called them after 9, expecting that I would have to wait till the morning to get someone to come out look at it but that was not the case. I received a call back and they sent a technician within an hour. They emailed me his name so I would know who to expect and when he got here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part he needed to fix it.     Ive been working with a old HVAC that has a freon leak in it. John (very cool guy) came by yesterday and knew exactly what to do.     Im a diligent shopper and sensitive to impartial or zealous salespeople. John Lussmyer is the best HVAC technician Ive worked with and Ive worked with a few. He was very systematic in his trouble shooting of my A/C and provided me multiple options and candid advice, including offering to setup a sales meeting to explore replacing the unit (he established early that his job was not to sell and that he wouldnt be selling but simply providing info and allowing me to determine the path forward). My A/C unit is very old and every one of the 4 other companies that visited with me to provide quotes presupposed replacing the unit for varying prices. John walked me through every step of his process, taking me to HVAC school, even allowing me to record each step, and not only did he quote a replacement range (remember hes not the sales guy), but the trouble shooting revealed a temporary solution for a fraction of the cost that none of the other 4 companies came close to offering (they did little or no diagnosis).
