My home had been hit by lighting the night before, Fire Department advised me NOT to reset any breakers until Id had the breakers and box checked by a electrician. When I called at 7:40 in the morning. A friendly polite voice told me that she would get my info to a technician. Less than 20 minutes later, she called be back and told me Joseph would be at my home within an hour, It was less than that.Joseph, checked the box and the breakers and started the reset process one by one. I had power and lights, electrical after a lighting strike was good.Joseph even went into my attic to inspect wiring close the strike area. Not only did he check the wiring he also took pictures of the damage to the roof truss and radiant barrier on the roof decking. ( the only other people that went into my attic was fire department) had he not taken the time to take those pictures I would have never known about the damage to the attic area of the homeIm so grateful to Joseph and Esther for the friendliness and fast service that morning. They were both kind and professional

Unfortunately, I had to order an item that was missing from the box of the product I had purchased to be installed, hence the need for a professional electrician.
