    After visiting Home Depot and requesting a water softener install, Sweetwater Home Services reached out to me the very next day. Shantae was extremely helpful, requested pictures so that she could get me a quote on the install, and was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. She had me scheduled for an install within 2 days. And I also appreciated the fact that they were not pushy and trying to discourage me from installing the water softener of my choice. On the install day Bryan G. arrived with his crew and we discussed options and what the best looking install would be. He was patient and made sure I understood what was happening. They completed the install and clean up in under 2 hours. The entire team was great! I will definitely recommend Sweetwater to my friends and neighbors.     Sweetwater Home Services replaced our gas hot water heater. They did an excellent job. And when the batteries that Protect against an overflow went out, we didn’t know what to do.We called them, they picked up on the first ring even though it was very close to 5pm, and they connected us with a person who knew exactly what the problem could be.It was resolved in five minutes.Sweetwater has such excellent customer service!     I cant say enough good things about my experience with purchasing a water heater from Sweetwater home services. My old water heater sprung a leak last year and I waswanting to get it replaced as soon as possible. Im definitely not a fan of taking cold showers. I was delighted to find out that Sweetwater was installing water heaters. Ive been a loyal customer with this company for many years. They have always provided great service. I lucked out and was able to get on their schedule very quickly. They sell quality products and the pricing was better than any of the other providers I contacted. The installers did a great job. The process was seamless and it motivated me to replace old water heaters in a couple of rental properties before they became a problem. I highly recommend this company for your water heater, reverse osmosis and soft water needs.

    Update 10/4/24Richard reached out to me via a phone call to explain to me that there was a miscommunication error at the root of this issue and apologized for the inconvenience and ensured that I received what I was promised. Considering that the technician was very knowledgeable and Richard was very professional and genuine, I am updating my review.Home Depot offers some mail in water testing and this plumbing company will call you to offer an in home test. Leticia called me two or three times and I called back and she said normally the free test also comes with a $20 Home Depot GC but that because they were going to schedule me in on such short notice (same day at 8pm) that they would double the GC to $40 and I would receive it in my email (confirmed the spelling and all). Well the technician was very nice and informative, came and left and after about a week I noticed that I never received anything from them to my email. I have called multiple times to the same number and even left voicemails twice to inquire about the GC and no one has bothered to reach out. It’s very distasteful to be very persistent about setting up a potential sale of a water softener and then disappearing after promising a gift card and not following through.

Michael was focused and prompt, without ever being overbearing or pushing us to a hasty decision; his interest was solely in giving us what we needed to know for such an important purchase.     We are very happy that after having multiple consults with different water treatment companies we decided to go with Sweetwater. Jeff A. is very pleasant and respectful. He spent a lot of time with us, testing our water and explaining why water treatment systems are very important. He also explained how their system works and all the next steps that would follow if we decided to go with them. He addressed all of our concerns. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and that made us feel at ease. It’s very obvious that he loves he job and is passionate about it. His follow up with us has been great. Jeff welcomed us to the Sweetwater family after our system was installed and even told us to add his number to our contact list for any future questions or concerns.Bryan G. is also great. The day of our system installation he addressed all of our concerns very patiently and gave us a great recommendation for the kind of kitchen faucet we wanted but weren’t aware of it existing. He was very respectful and sharp, paying attention to details. He was organized and we enjoyed his presence and personality.

    It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Jeff and Travis at Sweetwater Home Services on our master bathroom remodel. Jeff set us up and pointed us to key remodel resources to define our project and negotiated the contract. Competitively, the price was easily the best and also allowed us maximum flexibility to identify specific must-have items both before the project began and during.Travis was our primary contractor. Starting from a rough idea and pictures of other bathrooms, he worked through every detail. He was always extremely polite and receptive to our feedback. He put in a new second open linen closet to add space lost by our floating concept vanity which included properly relocating AC behind the wall. When we got a crazy quote from our first electrician he handled it in 24 hour and had a new person out the next day to do all the work right in our budget range.He expanded the vanity area to fit our new larger vanity relocating walls to do so even though it was a small difference and a lot of extra work on his part to make it perfect. We moved the window and resized it and added a pony wall as well for separation of the walk in shower and it came off fantastic. Travis identified a tile worker for the shower area and he successfully blended our 3 types of tile selection perfectly. Travis worked through everything step by step and the quality of the workmanship are right up there with the best Ive seen.Making a big purchase like this is always a step that can cause some anxiety and self doubt about your choices. But I have no doubt Sweetwater was the right choice for our remodel. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

    This is my SECOND review since April when they installed my water softener. They came out to install a new garbage disposal and were very particular about everything being done correctly. Another great job and I do appreciate a company who actually wants things to be done right, not just quickly but correctly.NOW THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW - I bought a water softener from Home Depot and they gave me Sweetwater Home Services info for the installation. I called and spoke Shauntae and got some info and did some checking around and ended up calling back to sent up a install time. Shauntae was always there when I called and knew her stuff and was very nice and efficient. Today was the install and Ed came to do the work (he was even early, how often does that happen) and let me tell you he was the best person for the job. I am a retired home builder and had a Texas State Building Inspectors License, so I know about these things. Ed explained everything I needed to know about the softener and I just cannot tell you how good he is at his job. I felt so lucky when it was all over. Both Shauntae and Ed are the best at their jobs. One last thing, when I first did my checking around I was getting other prices for installation and Sweetwater was not only perfect installers but had the best price!

    Mr. Gonzales came out to our home and tested our water for us. We were blown away by how informative the session was. While thoroughly answering our questions and concerns throughout the session, he was also friendly. He let us know that his own family uses and stands by the products as well. We have our installation scheduled only a few days away & we are stoked. What we thought was a demonstration for a $40 gift card ended up being so much more. I would recommend this demonstration to anyone who cares to learn what is in the water they drink or use daily!

    Mr. Ruiz demostrate and explain it in great detail. He was able to explain it in english and spanish. Testing my water system it appears it have alot of calcium, with the water system testing it does shows the big diffrance. I was surprise about the benefits of the water system.

    Caleb came and did a demonstration for me of water testing. Granted I was seeking clean water but Caleb never tried to sell me on the product for making a sale purposes. He sold me on the product on facts alone. Within 2 hours of the softener being added to my home, everything he said about how the quality of most things would improve, did such as how my water won’t take as long to heat up on hot. That happened. My hair is softer than it’s ever been. I cleaned my shower again and it got rid of all the scale that I couldn’t get rid of prior and left my shower shining! I’m thrilled!     We purchased a new home in May of 2022 and have had countless service providers (landscape, pest, fencing, cabinetry etc) come and no one came close to Justin. He was great and because I hate 3 hour presentations, he obliged me 45 minutes. The technicians came out and hooked up the new water filtration system and boy, I could tell a difference right away. Let me tell you about Jeff Asmussen; this beautiful soul was nothing but the best. Jeff was not a salesman; he was prepared to educate us on the importance of having good water. The presentation was flawless and kept my attention. I was sold after the skin test. Jeff was extremely friendly and thoughtful; he offered to install a new faucet for me free of charge. Once we decided we would purchase the system, Jeff continued to educate us about the water. We were given six large boxes of free household supplies, which would be considerable savings. The installation was done the next day; these guys were quick, neat, and very polite. Jeff followed up with a phone call after the installation, providing more instruction. Wow! Great Customer Service!

    Alfie vecchionacce was absolutely amazing!!! The science experiments he did in front of us amazed us!! He literally answered every single question we had and was so full of knowledge.     Long Story short, Sweet Water Home Services had a no call no show, I will not forget so I will not mark it a 5 star, what I will say is that the company was extremely quick to correct the error, I got a call from one of the leads and it was sorted out. They were at my house promptly the next day. The technician who arrived to re-install my water softener was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Some companys mess up and run away from the problem Sweet Water charges headfirst when the customer has had a bad experience.     Mr. Carlos, of Sweetwater Home Services was very professional from the courtesy call and throughout the visit. He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I will recommend this company to keep my water softener running good. Let me tell you for $18.00 a month it is worth it. There is a lot more to it than just changing out filters, he checked the regen system, cleared out a lot of the data that was logged, checked the water pressure, reset our water pressure on the system, checked our reverse osmosis water systems water pressure, changed out 2 of the 3 filters, etc. So there was a lot that was done. I can say without reservation that this project was the most pleasant, seamless and problem free remodels I have ever experienced. The Sweetwater representative Jeff Asmussen was an absolute pleasure to work with. The actual on sight liaison was Travis. Travis personally oversaw every step of the project and we were totally comfortable with his presence in our home.     I had an awesome experience with Randy, not once but twice. He is my type of sales person. Not pushy, all facts, leaves it up to us to make an educated decision based on his facts that he provides that isnt a sales pitch. The 1st time Randy demonstrated a water test he showed up a little early and we were having a water test done already by a competitor. That competitor was pushy, all about sales and their sale expired THAT DAY ! I HAD to purchase THAT DAY! So off we sent him. Randy waited outside patiently, entered our home and explained his product with all facts, no sales, no numbers just details of what i wanted to hear. We scheduled the services but unfortunately the installers didnt come through, TWICE because of the flu. I was a bit frustrated, but we remembered the details Randy provided us with and how valuable this investment would be, so we searched again. To our surprise- Randy knocked on our door again. Best part is he remembered us, every detail we went over and our side conversations because he established a great rapport with us. That made it easier to just say where do we sign and how soon can we get this installed. He apologized for his installers not coming through, but assured us to take his word that this experience was going to be better and if worse thing he would come with a shovel and install himself! I DEFINITELY recommend Randy walker to get the information you need and do business with him ! I have a great rapport with him that i do not feel as if Im bothering him to ask questions and get clarifications. Thank you Randy !     Sweetwater is a great company for the water treatment system. I’ve been getting white buildups for years and searched for a company to replace my water softener. Jeff came out to test my residential water and he was extremely thorough in explaining every test. I ended up installing the entire water treatment system and happy with the result so far. Water in Round Rock is so hard and definitely need a good water treatment system. Installation was timely with excellent quality. The only problem was, I did not expect it because the company in which we scheduled an inspection pitched it as a free water test and said nothing more. No details, no explanation. Just a free water test. How could I say no? I figured there was going to be a pitch after the test but not everything Trevor showed us. Thats not his nor this companys fault. I had to tell him I couldnt sign up right away and felt terrible for wasting his time. But I am sold on this product and theyll be hearing from me down the road.
