Led by Josh 7 men with an average time with the company of over 10 years removed a huge ancient furnace and an outside AC unit. They then installed a state of the art system and replaced all duct work. IN ONE DAY. Eric their outstanding service manager made a follow up call the next day and even replaced an unrelated breaker switch for the hot water heater. That team worked so well together, they barely talked among themselves. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone. The system works flawlessly

Just wanted to share my excellent experience with Sutton. When it comes to AC & Heat, they are hands down the best option out there! We had a few other companies try to fix our Mini Splits, but they couldnt get it right. Then we found Sutton, they are highly recommended within the commercial market! They sent over their technician, Eric, who was absolutely amazing. He quickly sorted out the issue with our machine and took the time to explain everything to us in a way that made us feel confident about how our system works. A few weeks later, when we had another issue, at no fault to Eric and he came back to fix it in no time.After dealing with multiple companies over the years, Sutton has truly been a breath of fresh air. Well definitely be using them for all our HVAC needs from now on and would highly recommend them to anyone. Dont be swayed by their ratings; they provide top-notch service. Great job! My old unit was going out and the summer heat was reaching 100. I call them and they came right out and put a whole new up to date unit in the very next day. Very professional. Cold and quiet. Love It!

Best experience ever! I was without AC at my office for a couple of days and Kylar and his guys came in here and got the new unit hooked up and working within a DAY! Mark went and picked up my portable AC units from Raeburn and they hooked them up in my office for me and did everything for us. They were all so kind and worked their butts off to get it done immediately. They will definitely get my recommendation every time!
