He communicates when he is en route to our appointments, arrives on time, respects my property, and focuses on the task-at-hand. I chose to purchase the bi-annual inspection plan after my 1st year using his services. Walter has never tried to sell me on unnecessary services, and I appreciate that.

They not only did what others could not at a affordable price but Walter also explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it in a manner I could understand. I recently took advantage of the winter maintenance checkup and everything is still in tip top condition. I highly recommend Superiair for all your heating and AC needs.

We have a large adoptive family with several children that are differently abled. Our heater/air conditioner had gone out just as a cold front is moving in. Our system was at least 15 years old and there was no nursing it back to health this time. They came in today, in the pouring rain. They worked hard all day to insure we had a working heater. They were professional and kind. We highly recommend using them.
