Since this was a home that hadn’t been lived in in awhile and was almost foreclosed on, it was a trickier inspection than most and our inspector took an extra 30 minutes gathering and reporting all the findings, so we were impressed with that.

I really appreciate the help of super inspector and their timeliness. They communicated right away with availability and showed up on time. Paul did a great job. He was friendly and thorough. I do construction and have delt with many home inspectors. He was willing to listen to my concerns and input on he property and document everything. He did not overplay any issues and gave me a comprehensive detailed report on issues we found around the home. I was impressed with some of the inspection tools he brought for a standard inspection. Most companies dont do half of what they provided. Their price was reasonable and I didnt feel like I overpaid. I would definitely recommend and use super inspector again in the future.
