I hired Sullins construction for what was supposed to be a very small job. As things went on of course, the job became bigger and bigger. Because of things I wanted to do. Brett and his crews did an excellent Job. The work is all absolutely beautiful, The workers were all really nice, professional, and worked hard. I would highly recommend Sullins construction to anyone who is looking for honest, will price, good work.

It was a small job converting a closet into a half bath but Bret got started right away. All the subs were great!Good coordination, communication. It looks wonderful! There were plumbing challenges because the house was built in 1944 but the plumber worked it all out in short order!

We had a pipe burst damaging one of our rooms and Brett was recommended by one of our friends. He was quick to come out and was very honest in his assessment and timeline. We had a couple of shady contractors come out before him and over promise and under deliver. Brett and his crew did their best to save us money with the project and came in under budget and faster than we expected. He followed up regularly to check on the progress and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. We are very satisfied with the work and look forward to partnering with him for the rest of our home. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Complete remodel of 2 bathrooms. Easy to work with. Great communication; listens to wants, makes suggestions, respects budget, knows how to add value to home. Crew professional and respectful of property. Contractor inspects crews work as job progresses and makes fixes if needed. Highly recommend and will definitely use again! Made experience enjoyable. Sullins is much appreciated!
