We have lived in Frisco, TX since 2001 and I can truly say that Stuart HVAC is the first a/c service I would highly recommend to my friends. Stuart is honest, punctual, knowledgeable and a true professional. Stuart takes the time to explain the repairs, photographs the problem area, and finds the most cost efficient solutions for the homeowner. He actually placed several phone calls without prompting and found that a part which required replacement was still under warranty, ordered the new part and saved us hundreds of dollars. Stuart goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction which is very rare these days.

Decided to replace a aged furnace before the heat sets in. Used the BBB request a quote and discovered Stuart HVAC. Recieved an excellent bid for the work and set an appointment with Stuart and looked over the existing unit and added on some work to improve the new unit. All in all a very good experience. Over a week without heat, someone recommended Stuart HVAC and gave me his phone number. Stuart just left with my furnace working again. Oh, this is also a Saturday evening too. It did not take long for him to find the problem and have our furnace up and running. I have an HVAC friend who I can call now and also recommend to everyone else.

Did HVAC inspection on three units. Repaired one unit to get it started. Replaced on unit. Tune up one unit. Stuart is very knowledge about HVAC units and tries to repair versus replacement. Extraordinary customer relations. Also scheduled adding new insulation. His work is reliable. We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

5 STAR SERVICE! I called in a panic hoping I could get same day help because my furnace went out. They answered my call and was able to send a technician out within an hour for FREE! He told me what part I needed and advised that the nearest store was currently closed due to weather. He went above and beyond to have his partner go buy the part in Allen so that they could provide service as quickly as possible. He kept following up when the part was on its way to him and when he was on his way to me. He performed the work in less than 30 minutes my Heat was back. They even called the next day to follow up and make sure the service was exceptional. This is my first home and I found this company by reading the reviews and I felt like I had to pay it forward to the next customer doing the same thing. The pricing was reasonable and I did not feel overpriced either. Thank you soooo much for your help! My whole family and friends who were without heat also appreciate it now!

I had my ac replaced by another company and there was a leak in my evaporator. They were going to charge me $99 just to come out an $99 an hour after that while parts was still under warranty. I called Stuart hvac and they came out and took the evaporator to the manufacture and brought back a new one. They only charged me for the labor. My system uses the new freon and Stuart had to recharge my unit which took 10 lbs of freon and he only charged me for 1/2 of that because he said I was a new customer and he would very much like to keep me as a customer for any future hvac service I may need. I was very pleased with the service Stuart hvac provided. They are honest, professional and clean. Most contractors leave a mess and dont bother cleaning up, Stuart stayed late just to vacuum my carpet below the attic access, I told him not to worry about it but he insisted on allowing him to clean up (which i think it was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived)

Stuart is the man!Called a ton of companies to fix the hack job duct work in my new home, and nobody was as easy to work with or as affordable as Stuart.Called him and he came out same day to evaluate, communicated with me every step of the way, and got the job done.I had some expensive ideas and Stuart had much more cost effective ideas of his own.I’m really glad to have found a go to company to call if things ever go wrong again.
