    We just came back from a long roadtrip last night to find our home was hot inside. A/C was not blowing cold. We contacted Steadfast in the morning (Sunday) and they were able to send someone out same day. We even received text notifications updating us when the tech was on the way with live tracking of where he was, I haven’t seen that before. Already a good sign, I love seeing companies utilizing technology to give better experiences for their customers. James (tech) was very friendly and knowledgeable, he immediately was able to diagnose the issue and replace the capacitor. A/C is now blowing cold and we will be sleeping good tonight. I would highly recommend anyone I know to Steadfast AC Repair.

    A huge thank you to owner James for his quality of work on fixing our unit. We had an after hours call and he showed up in under an hour, identified the issue, and gave us two options for repair. Ultimately, we chose to replace our condenser with a new one. He was able to squeeze us in the following day. He was sincere, supportive, authentic, and service and price were top notch and very reasonable! You have a customer for life and will be recommending to others! Highly recommend!

    Tech was so helpful and HONEST! I always feel a little stressed when we have to have a tech come out for any reason because weve had people take advantage of us. This tech actually could have lied to us and done work we didnt need and we wouldnt have known. Instead, he was honest and saved us SO much money. We are loyal customers now!

    I really wanted just to come on and give a shout out to steadfast ac service. I reached out to them Sunday before the snow. First of all most would not have answered the call on a Sunday. Not only did they answer right away, but they came out within two hours on a Sunday. Second the only James actually was the one to come out. He was very thorough. It end up coming back on after he was checking it out. He explained he really didnt do anything to make it come on. So he told me he would probably will have to come back. His opinion was that its was a board. So. Sure enough week later it did go out again. Next day had someone out here to look order the part we are now up and running once again. Thank you guys for quick response, professional knowledge, and everyone being so friendly from the person that answered the phone to all of the techs that came out. Definitely will be calling them again. Added bonus they are very reasonably priced.

    Very happy with the service I received. They came out same day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it on the spot. Luckily it wasnt anything major. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what was needed now and what I needed to watch for since my system is pretty old and outdated. They treated me like family and I appreciate the quality service!

    Called early on a Saturday morning. Said they would be here between 10 and 12 and they arrived at 10:20. James went to work immediately and was done within 30 minutes.     SF came by as we were once again having furnace issues. A month ago they installed a new controller then a few weeks later they installed a new igniter. Apparently the igniter was not compatible with the board as it was not OEM compliant! Thistime they quickly found their error and corrected it within an hour. So far so good! Good service.

    I cannot speak highly enough about James with Steadfast AC! He was highly recommended by many people in my neighborhood, and he far exceeded every expectation! After Beryl, our generator came on but our AC units were not running. I called Steadfast in desperation, and James answered right away. Not only did he try to troubleshoot with me over the phone so that we could figure something out immediately, but he was at our house by 4 pm to inspect our units. Within minutes, he figured out the problem and had us back up and running. I have never worked with an AC company as attentive as Steadfast. James genuinely cares about his clients, and we are thrilled to work with him in the future!

    In a bind and Steadfast was able to respond within a few hours vs waiting on my Home Warranty contractor who had scheduled us 5 days out. Armando was great. We chose a stepwise approach vs replacing a bunch of parts unnecessarily which is smart and cost effective. Capacitor was definitely bad but possibly a fan unit board or thermostat may be contributor to outside unit not turning off. Working fine now but know these may be items to address in future. Confident they will get here quickly if needed.

    I am a relatively new customer to Steadfast, however my experience with them in an emergency situation has me sold. Had an issue with my ac going out, James was quick to take my call (on a weekend) and was at my location in l30 min and had my AC up and running within an hour. No junk fees, no added/hidden costs. upfront, honest and quick. AMAZING Service. I have since moved all my business to Steadfast and every experience after that has also been a 10/10.

    I am not big on writing reviews normally but when a business goes above and beyond expectations I feel compelled to take the time to do so. I called Steadfast AC service at about 10am explaining my furnace was not working, James scheduled an appointment between 12 & 2 and I was pleasantly surprised when he text that he would be early. James was professional and explained exactly what he was doing while trying to diagnose the problem. He went above and beyond what anyone would expect out of a technician. Not only did he repair the furnace but also checked and adjusted the gas pressure, recalibrated all speeds and temps just to be sure it was not only running but running at maximum efficiency. He Replaced the motor and the control panel, I had already researched what average pricing would be on these types of repairs and again to my surprise this company even exceeded my expectations on fair pricing. I cant recommend Steadfast AC enough, I hope I dont need to many more repairs on my heating and cooling system but if I do Steadfast AC has earned my business going forward.

    James is genuinely a great guy. During our first meeting he showed superior knowledge of the A/C industry and was patient, kind, and fair. All the buttons were pushed to earn them a 5 ***** rating. And here is where that 5th star was earned. There was a mistake made on which address I needed service (no ones fault).     I cannot say enough about Steadfast. We have lived in our house for over three years with AC issues. After many visits from our warranty company and still no real resolution, Steadfast came out. Once to uncover a problem the warranty company made but ultimately to finally diagnose our issue. I can say that after all this time, we finally have an AC unit that keeps our house cool during these hot temperatures.

    Steadfast went above and beyond to come all the way to southwest Houston from Tomball no questions asked . And did not charged me for a service fee to come out and diagnose my unit .     Armando was the best. We had called him out a couple of times in the past couple of months. He came out once after hours because he knew we only had one unit and no AC. Was able to repair but said it was an old unit. Last week it went out again. Called him back out to get the system replaced. He gave us a very fair price. They worked us into his schedule since again no AC we were only without for 2 days instead of 3. Very grateful for all that they did to get us up and running. We now have a new unit and the house is nice and cool in the Texas Heat. Highly Recommend.
