What a great experience! When my AC went out Justin came out the same day and had the parts with him to fix it. He also advised on a couple of easy things with the cost saving option to do them myself (which I appreciated!) And Im most thrilled that he fixed some other HVAC airflow issues which my home warranty repairmen a while back were clueless about, so Ive been living with it being cold downstairs and hot upstairs. :( Life is GOOD now and way more comfortable! Justins very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Does not upsell - and his prices are totally reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Stautz Mechanical!

I was referred to Justin by his brother while I’ve known for a few years in Auatin. But after squaring a rental property in Taylor, the first guests experienced problems, that day, actually within 4 hours of calling Justin was able to stabilize system and get it functioning, then within 2 days, system is functioning to the best of its abilities with our intense heat. Great communication skills. Super friendly.🤘

These folks are amazing. My A/C stopped working over a holiday weekend....we all know how that goes. I called and Justin showed up the very next day, early (7:30ish), diagnosed the problem, got the part, and installed. All fixed in one day, so important in the Texas heat. Cannot overstate how quick, professional and friendly the service was from Stautz Mechanical. I recommend them to anyone/everyone that asks about quality HVAC service/install. 6 stars, not 5!!

I had my entire HVAC system replaced by Stautz, everyone was friendly and very accommodating with my requests. They did not try to upsell me, or push another unit.They came in, did the work, cleaned up and went over the unit with me to make sure all my questions had been answered.I will recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I had such a great experience with Stautz Mechanical. Justin was kind and patient and never rushed explaining what needed to be done. The HVAC company that installed my AC wanted to overcharge me to fix something they installed incorrectly. Justin was fair and showed up right away when he knew I was without air. I will be using them from now on!

FINALLY an honest company! after the nightmare of trying to deal with the companies that our home warranty sent out, then a ridiculously high and predatory quote from a big name local company, I am so so happy we found Stautz. They came out same day and repaired the system the previous company told us was beyond saving (and would cost 20k) to replace. highly recommend Justin and his team!

After another company (who will go unnamed because of a gentlemen’s agreement while giving me a full refund) came out and replaced a transformer, then a control board at a cost of $986.00, left saying that I needed a new fan motor and quoted me an additional $1,400 to replace a $156 blower motor I called Stautz Mechanical.Justin Stautz promptly returned my call and came out and quickly diagnosed my unit as having a bad control board. The same board the previous said company just installed days prior. Justin determined that the part they installed was defective; and was integral in aiding me into getting a refund from the other company; who had a hard time accepting that in reality, bad new parts do exist.Justin swiftly obtained a new control board and installed it for us in a timely manner and got us back up and running.His prices are competitive and I can tell he’s an honest businessman who knows that reputation is built and maintained by the way he treats his customers.Highly recommend and will use again.
