Yesterday I had the extreme pleasure to have Travis come out and fix my AC unit. Travis was extremely professional and was quick to diagnose the issue with my unit. He fixed the problem and gave me tips on how to take care of the unit going forward. If I could give Travis 100 stars I would. Starr and Travis will be the only company I use now going forward.

Very professional, they got the job done when others said it couldn’t be done. I won’t use anyone else or recommend anyone else. So I realize I can’t leave multiple reviews but these guys are the best hands down, they service my work along with my home. Multiple times I have gone quotes from other companies and I always pick Starr because they are reasonable and dependable.

They were quick to respond and set up an appointment to check on my a/c that was making a weird noise and smell. The technician was on time and professional. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I will be using them again for any other issues or just for regular maintenance.

Mr. Jimenez your review was not accurate if only the public knew that you live in Victoria Texas and my technician changed out a coil for you only a week later you had a drain problem on a Saturday we were not open so you called a unlicensed air conditioning contractor fromHouston and you paid him $350 and when I asked you for a receipt to reimburse you ,you came up with a Walmart receipt with your name on it and absolutely no business name, you didnt even use a licensed contractor and you got a guy to drive all the way from Houston to Victoria on a Saturday so you claim sorry MrIm calling you out on this, Dont ever call my company again ever

It has been a long, long , long time since I have done business with a company that is HONEST, accommodating to THE CUSTOMER, goes over and beyond to HELP without charging an ARM and LEG! STARR CONTRACTING reminds me of how it use to be when PEOPLE helped PEOPLE because it is THE RIGHT THING TO DO!!! They help to restore ones faith in their fellow human beings!
