I moved into my fathers house after he passed and the heat and AC did not work. I came from out of state and had NO idea who to call here in Texas!! So... of course I went online and checked companies and their reviews! When I came to Stark Services, one review stood out and caught my eye. Someone reported 5 stars and thanked a Lance & Jose for being super honest. That is what I was looking for! I called immediately and was happy when guess who knocked on my door? THE very same Lance & Jose in the review I had read about! I am happy to say that review was 100% accurate! Lance & Jose were both up front, no bs and friendly. I ended up needing a new system and luckily they have an awesome no-brainer leasing program. I cant recommend them enough! Looking forward to using my new AC and Heating unit this year!!!

1/20/2025 - Jason and Kyle came out same day as the issue occurred- thankfully as it was cold. They were kind, direct with what was needed, and efficient with their work. I was not bullied into purchasing anything I wasn’t ready to - which was even more appreciated. Bonus- they became friends with our dog! Thank you Jason and Kyle!2/7/2025 - maintenance check day that was already scheduled. Jason and Kyle returned. Kodiak was happy to his friends again. They checked on things and reassured us all was good. Thankful for their straightforward thoughts and opinions. Glad we signed up.

Lance & Jose are very professional and knowledgeable about their job. We called Stark Services because of great reviews as we needed duct service and to check anything else needs to be done in our unit since we moved in our house. Although we didnt get our unit service due to how it was installed,we do love the honesty and integrity of both of them .Definitely will recommend and will be using them in our future place. Another fantastic visit from the team at Stark - this time Jason and Jose took care of our issue very quickly and efficiently and got us back to normal - perfect timing with the fall weather finally here and the heater needed with family coming over for Thanksgiving this week!I really appreciated how Jason took the time to explain in easy to understand terms the different tests he was performing to identify the issue, then what parts were needed and why, and finally recapping what they fixed and how we can use some advanced settings on our smart thermostat to get even more efficiency out of the setup and save money on energy bills. An all around good experience.

Stark SAVED the day!!!! I had hired another plumbing company to do some work and they started the job, the next day they no showed. Over 20 phone calls placed and they never returned my call. I called Stark and a very nice young man named Brandon Hines came out and completed the necessary work so the other contractors could begin their work, Brandon was Very friendly and kind and most importantly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would like to commend Brandon Hines for being an outstanding representative for Stark.

A few months ago, we had to call Stark Heating and Air for an issue we thought had to do with the AC. Wed already called somebody out, and since the problem persisted, we decided to call in a second opinion.We came to find out that the problem wasnt an AC issue at all - in fact, the previous company hadnt investigated to find the true cause. It was a plumbing issue, and our technicians were sure to take lots of pictures for ample documentation and show us. They also recommended a plumber that came out immediately, and it probably saved us our ceiling from collapsing. We had the pleasure of working with David and (I think - I cant remember the other gentlemans name) Roman. They were incredibly kind and informative, and the service was free.Awhile later, wed decided to put in a return vent to an isolated part of our house. Lance and David arrived earlier this morning, and I knew I would get thorough and meticulous service. They uncovered several other issues, and were happy to spend half an hour with me discussing my options. I will always be impressed by the care these technicians take in not only documenting the issue (so you can see without cohabitating with the insulation), but also breaking down exactly whats happening so you can understand and evaluate your options yourself.100000000/10 service, its always a pleasure to work with them!

Honest good people, Lance came out with Jose and they were just incredibly kind and respectful. I’m always weary of letting people in my house especially when needing this kind of work but they just went above and beyond to help me feel secure and like they truly cared to help me find a solution. We are needing a new thermostat and Lance did a wonderful job at checking off all his t’s on my unit to give me options. Incredible team these two. They will be our go to HVAC service men! I recently had the pleasure of having technicians Jason and Jose come out to perform a routine inspection of my HVAC system, and I couldnt be more impressed with their service. Both techs were extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the inspection in clear terms. Both Jason and Jose were also incredibly polite and friendly, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Now a days is rare to find this type of excellence in customer care.

Called Stark Services to look around my property for any water issues as i have been receiving high water bills the last 2 months. Brandon the service technician that came out on time from the schedule appointment. He did a phenomenal job of diagnosing the issue and provided full details of the source of the problem (city water meter). I highly recommend Brandon to anyone who call Stark Services. I only wish Arlington Water Utilities had employees like Brandons professionalism.

Brandon Hines - Plumber, came to our home at the right time and did a wonderful job in our kitchen sink. He worked on the exterior line for hours to get it clear. I would highly recommend his job. He is a very nice gentleman and worked well on our sink clog.

My husband started making calls around to several A/C repair places to see if someone can come out same day and on a Sunday! After a couple places being overpriced just for the diagnostic fee of $200 or more, Stark was the only A/C place that had the cheapest diagnostic fee of $100 and could come same day!! So they were scheduled to be here between 4 PM and 8pm but they called us at 11:30am seeing if they could come early!! Which we were super excited about, As we went all night without AC because it went out in the middle of the night. Jason and David were our A/c service techs who came out!! Not only were they both very nice friendly, but greeted with a smile!! Even though they were here on a Sunday! They found the problem rather fast as we had our A/C back on in only 30min or less!!! They were very knowledgeable and helpful and even told us about their membership, but we never felt pressured about anything as they were just providing us with knowledge!! (But we did get the membership as me and my husband thought was a very good price) I would say my husband picked a good place and I’m glad we are now members with Stark services for all our future AC and plumbing needs!! I just wanna say thank you to Jason and David again!!!

Tri Eagle energy offers us free maintenance On a unit per year. David, Rodney and Lance came out. They were super respectful and honest. We had just had one of our two ac units replaced this week and they took a look at it. Even though it wasn’t their company who did the work they complemented it and admitted a job well done. They pointed out a few things that their company might have done differently, but all in all had respect for it. I appreciated that transparency. They even answered some questions that I hadn’t gotten answered earlier this week. They looked at our second unit made sure everything was in order and made a few recommendations to get surge protectors in place. Very transparent and I would definitely recommend.

The technicians are always awesome. Theyre personable, polite, and knowledgeable. We had Jason out today, and he went out of his way to go back to their warehouse to bring back a supply of the correct filters - fixing a recurring issue due to the offices mistake in our profile notes.That said, weve had issues pretty much every time theyre scheduled to come out. Be it not bringing extra filters, bringing the wrong filters, coming after the initially stated timeslot (which doesn’t help when youre told a 2 hour timeslot when scheduling that turns out to be a 4 hour timeslot, that can be very easy to overlook, when you get a confirmation text), etc.It seems that every issue weve had so far stems from the people doing the office-end of the job. Including one woman at the national call center giving me attitude because I didnt realize calls are forwarded there on the weekend, and another woman at the local office laughing when I mentioned that were paying extra for the Advantage Program when she tried to push my appointment back almost a month to Christmas Eve when I had to reschedule due to their mistake.To sum it up...5 Stars for the service techs3 Stars for the office1 Star for the national call center

Charles and Dave came today to take care of servicing my air conditioner. They were friendly on arrival and attentive while they checked my unit out. They caught a small issue with the capacitor, and it needed replacement to keep my unit running smooth. Charles took the time to educate me on the capacitors function and how it keeps the outside unit running smoothly. We also had a filter change, and l can immediately tell the difference in air quality in my home! Summer time here in Aubrey, Tx. My airconditoner decided to stop cooling. Brandon Cagel came from Stark Air within 2 hours. He found that the compresser was defective and replaced it within an hour. My house is now cool 76 and not 81. Works great! Brandon was very friendly and knew the air conditioner installed in our house. He went up into the VERY hot attic to check on the unit. No problems up there! I would recommend Stark Air to fix your problems. Now Lance noticed thermostat was located in the back of the house (master bedroom). We sleep good but rest of house is warmer. He suggested we move the thermostat to hall way in center of house. He just finished moving it. we are enjoying the cooler temperature in each room of the house. THANKS Lance..*****

However, we have saved on weekend service calls, and discounts on service have usually been more than the monthly fees. The office personnel is always super helpful and responsive. In todays world, that is rare indeed.The prices always seem a little high to me, but you get what you pay for and Stark will make sure you are satisfied with their work. Weve only had one occasion to have follow-up and they went beyond the expected to ensure our satisfaction. All the technicians are friendly and willing to explain and answer your questions. In my most recent interaction, I only talked to Joshua on the phone, but he was very polite, explained his diagnostics, what he did and his suggested solution. 11/22/24 Raimundo Navarro came out today to replace the leaky outdoor coil (under warranty). He showed up in the arrival time window, completed the job, & tested the system thoroughly before leaving.I appreciate Stark’s service and knowledge. I have been using them since 2021 for several houses.6/2023 David Calles and the crews Stark Services sent out were professional, tidy, and helpful. They 1) performed the 6-month HVAC checkup and 2) cleaned the ducts and grilles, installed UV light system, replaced the capacitor. Thank you all for your hard work!

It ended up being a big job which took a lot of time. They cleaned up their work area and left everything in its place. We’ve been using Stark Services for allof our HVAC needs for the last 20 years or so. They’ve installed each of our last two sets of units (upstairs and downstairs), including improving our upstairs duct flow and attic insulation on the first of these installs many years ago; this greatly improved our upstairs air flow and cooling.Our most recent installs in 2019 included new Lennox, variable speed units along with Lennox’s proprietary iComfort thermostat monitoring interface. We’ve been extremely pleased, both with the Lennox product and the Stark Services service and support. We just had an issue with the blower motor in the downstairs unit, but both Stark and Lennox worked together to solve the issue quickly and efficiently in spite of some parts supply chain issues beyond their control. In particular, Stark Services technician Lance McKinsie knocked it out of the park in getting the solution in place and completing the repair in record time. He’s a true pro who knows his stuff and gets things done properly and on time. Such a joy to work with on this repair!I highly, highly recommend both Lance and Stark. Fantastic work getting our AC working again in the midst of a hot Texas summer! Thanks so much!!

AC stopped Friday so called StarkAir who installed 10+ years ago. Old AC would cost a lot to fix and Lance suggested that we go with new units. We agreed if they could install the next day. And they agreed! Took over 8 hrs to complete. Units work great just have get used to the different way new thermostats work with WiFi. All installers were courteous, respectful of our property and did a great job installing the units. Our thanks go to this team (Lance, Justin, Ray and Yajary) for doing such a great job. Thanks for making our life cooler and we hope we use less electricity so we help the environment.

They did a thorough inspection of both the attic unit and the heat pump. We sat and discussed their findings. They were both professional and personable, and provided me with a range of reasonable options for maintenance and care of the system. I’ve signed up as a member, and look forward to Marcel coming in February to do maintenance on the heat pump. I’ve also scheduled a team to return in April to reassess cleaning our ductwork.
