Had to call air conditioning company on Sunday because ac stopped working.Called them and they were there within a hour. Ckecked ac and found ac needed replaced.Sam came out the same day and set us up with financial help so we could get us a new ac.He helped us install a window unit as temp ac.They came on Tuesday and installed new Ac , Inside unit and thermostat it only took them 5 hours .Sam also figured out a electric issue we were having at no charge.I was very impressed with how professional they were.They treated us like family.Helped remove window unit.I have been needing a good ac company I can trust for a long time.I will use them from now on.I highly recommend them.Great Job Sam

Sam was great to work with! He came out to us when our AC wasn’t working and it was over 100 degrees. We had called a few other places but they were booked up. Pricing is reasonable and he explains what he does as well as takes pictures to help with future things/ or repairs. Highly recommend working with this company.

I am not a review writer, but in this case I feel like I would not be doing my due diligence if I did not spread the word about this phenomenal company. We will NEVER use another company when it comes to anything AC related! Sam is hands down the BEST!!! We had an emergency job at 9:30 P.M. on a Saturday night, we called, he answered and within an hour he was at our door. He stayed until our AC was blowing cold which was about 1:45 A.M. With Sunday being Fathers Day and having a family of his own, he selflessly took care of us and our kiddos! The price was beyond reasonable, and we are beyond grateful! Use Southern Air Solutions and I promise you will not be disappointed! This company clearly takes pride in their work and it is 100% about customer satisfaction! Our AC had gone out and our house got up to 86 in the summer time, which as you know in Texas summers is a no go! I checked out different AC companies and knew from the reviews to contact Southern Air Solutions. After speaking on the phone, Sam was out to our house within a few hours and diagnosed the issue within about 15 minutes. He was thorough and even did a report before and after fixing the issue. He replaced our thermostat and cleaned the coils in our attic heat exchanger. He explained the process for those of us who are not experienced with AC and was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. He also acknowledged that my husband was in the Marine Corps and gave a Veterans discount. Any future issues we will definitely be calling Sam and Southern Air Solutions. We highly recommend working with them for any AC and heating needs you have!

Our A/C went out on a Friday. I first called another reputable service company recommended to me by a friend. They came out Friday afternoon and presented several replacement options. We decided to get a second opinion and found SAS on Google. We spoke with Sam late Friday night and he came out first thing Saturday morning. He was very professional and explained options clearly and honestly. We decided to work with SAS for our new unit over the first company based on pricing, professionalism, and better understanding of our existing system. We are very happy that we did. My wife is 8 months pregnant and Sam broke us into his schedule to complete the new installation Sunday morning. He and his crew were very friendly and wore masks and shoe covers when in the house. The job went smoothly and our AC was up and running by lunch! He provided a report of the AC performance with a detailed invoice and identified which filters were in need of change-out. He also checked our second AC unit and ensured it was running properly and added some refrigerant. He came back for a follow-up visit a week later to make sure the new unit was running well and the smaller old unit was still holding pressure with added refrigerant. Overall it was great working with Sam and we will plan to work with him for our AC needs in the future.

Sam was phenomenal! Moved into a new home (new to us) on Monday, my husband had issues installing a new thermostat on Wednesday. Called Sam and he was at our house within the hour. He found the fuse that was blown and we were back up and running. The next day Imelda hit and flooded our home. We had friends over pulling up floors and cutting out drywall and the downstairs AC stopped working. Sam happened to be in the area with his wife and came to our house within 5 minutes and went to work diagnosing the issue. In all the craziness someone must have bumped the thermostat and dislodged it from the wall. Sam quickly figured that out and again we were back up and running!!!! He really took care of us and we are so grateful to have found him! Thank you Sam!!! You are our AC guy for life!

Professional, straightforward, and honest. Called Sam out to diagnose our system, was informative through the process and very knowledgeable. Super fast, courteous in the home, and upstanding character. He got our AC fixed up and blowing cold within an hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company. Extremely grateful for Sams help and good character🙏🏻Update:Furthermore a little while later we had to call Sam back out to repair our system, he was here as soon as possible and the repair took no time. I don’t post public reviews on any company that I have personally dealt with. But Sam and his crew came out to my place on 15 October 2020, they arrived very prompt with guns blazing ready to do what they do. Sam has been out to my place on a few occasions to perform minor maintenance/repairs, and has always been professional, very informative and helpful with any questions we ask him. He also came by in the dark of night when I called him a few days ago about my capacitor not working, he replaced the capacitor and sent me the invoice via email for payment online since I wasn’t home at the time he came out. This time he and his crew came out to replace my 24 plus year old trane ac unit both inside and outside, which thankfully he recommended just a few days prior. Let me just say when they were done with the install, you could hardly tell they were even here to begin with, let alone installed a whole ac system. If anyone is looking for a solid company for ac needs installs or repairs, Sam at southern air solutions is the guy. Very professional group of folks, southern air solutions should be proud of this crew. Solid!!!

I called Sam today needing someone to take a look at an ac that just stopped working. John came with in 30 min of getting off the phone with Sam. John was extremely knowledgeable and informative and thorough. I have had 3 other companies come out telling me the unit was bad and needed to be replaced. John replaced a fuse and bam unit is working! John not only was a great guy but he saved me a ton of money.

Sam Responded immediately when I called, was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly, and also able to give me contact information for a fire protection company that also responded within minutes to get our AC back up and running. Sam, a service guy was the only person to stop and render aid to myself and others as we sat on the side of the road, broke down. Sam not only stopped, but literally crawled under our vehicle to see if he could see what was broken. He was kind, respectful and overall an awesome guy! Sam really helped us out! Our ac died on a Sunday, they came out within an hour to check it, but it was dead. Though we’re were not able to get the new unit installed same day (it was a Sunday y’all, all the supply places were closed), they helped us put a window unit in our living room, it was ours but they did offer to have one of theirs if we didn’t have one. They were able to install on Tuesday. They came at 1pm and finished at 6:30. And he took out the window unit and carried it back to our HE-shed for us before they left.We expected a much higher estimate but they were much lower than expected. Sam setup the financing on Sunday thru Wells Fargo so we got that taken care of first and out of the way. Easy, fast, professional & personable.

SAS is not aware of all the details I put in this review nor did they make any comments about any other company.(SAS It’s NOT affiliated with Choise. Home Warranty)!!This is all about my experience.You can’t tell me God doesn’t work in mysterious ways! I’ve had three other A/c people out here.(at the end of last year) they were all representatives of Choise. Home Warranty. And yes that’s a bad thing!!! You have to know Home Warrenty people come out armed with whatever the home warranty says is wrong. They all told me my coils had corrosion on them and were leaking therefore I need new coil’s (two of them quoted me a price to replace those coils in the 20 year old air-conditioning from between $16-$1800 )(private quote )And or a new air-conditioning unit. (Whether they actually open the inside unit or not) I’m 68 on very fixed income Thus this is the reason for this review.Sam from Southern Air Solutions ✅ showed up at my house one hour after I called him. He thoroughly checked out my air-conditioning inside and out. He discovered the fan on the outside unit was running backwards due to the last repair man had it wired WRONG!(THANKSTO ROY PATTON OF TEXAS TROPHY AIR in Porter Tx)(repair person from Choise. Home Warranty) The unit was also over charged with Freon(that could be because Mr Patton/And one other person came out and said it was low on Freon but Choise. Home Warranty won’t pay for it because the coils. ?But they could put it in off the record for $80 pop.)Which yes I opted to do that because I’m a nurse and don’t know anything about air-conditioning. They both said it would maybe give me 3 to 6 months before I have to replace things. Mr. Patton was out here twice to work on the outside unit the first time it lasted two days the second time it didn’t even last one. I’m not sure what he told Choise. Home Warranty but they refuse to work on the whole unit at all until I replace it.Sam from Southern air solutions✅ Not only checked the units rewired out side he also cleaned the coils inside and out. Sam just save me about $4200 and I’m still flabbergasted at how Low the charge was today. I’m very happy to find a person and a company that does not take advantage of people. Thank you Sam from Southern Air Solutions ✅ definitely my go to AC people from now on!!To top it all off Sam return to my house today and fixed the drain pipe on my inside unit so it could be cleaned out and wouldn’t drip in my floor anymore.What a lifesaver he is I’ve had that problem for years nobody addressed it.I feel so blessed to found Southern air solutions✅ and Sam!!!!!!!🙏🏻😊

Southern air solutions is by far the best company I have ever had work on my a/c unit. They were fast they came out on a Sunday cause no one else comes out on a Sunday. They cared enough to come especially because I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and they weren’t going to leave me high and dry. I recommend Southern air solutions 150% if you don’t use them you used the wrong people and throwing your money away. I can’t thank souther air solutions enough. And the owner even offered if they couldn’t fix it he would give me a brand new window unit. Best company ever.

Its taken me awhile to write this review but better late than never. In August of 2019 my 81-yr old mothers AC went out around 7PM in New Caney. I live in Austin and she was looking for my help to get it fixed. I Googled best AC repair in New Caney and Southern Air came up. I got the number over to her and she called. What happened next was awesome. Not only did Southern Air squeeze her into a completely full schedule, they came miles and miles out of their way to arrive at 11PM and worked to get her up and running that night. They worked into the night and finished in the early AM. My mom called me that night to let me know that cold air was blowing and that the men that came out were Christian based and helpful and kind beyond words. I have referred 2 others to SAS with similar feedback. Use these guys...you wont be sorry!

Southern Air Solutions also does smaller construction projects. We had them build out our home theater and they did an excellent job.They built a raised platform for the theater seating and installed Rockwool insulation to absorb sound.They installed the home theater equipment and calibrated it for an optimized sound experience.The project looks beautiful, the quality of the construction and installation is excellent, and the sound and experience could not be better.
