The power supply to my compressor was fried!Mike came out on the Sunday before Labor Day and took great care! He showed me what was damaged. Warned me about the aluminum wiring in my house. I have used this company on multiple homes and had them repair/replace more than 1 AC system! I can’t say enough about Chris the sales manager (I originally met him as a technician... it is incredible to find someone in sales and service who you TRUST) and recently Nate (also on the sales team) came to my house and was very professional and knowledgeable... I was impressed. My technician Mike was also friendly, fast and efficient! Tara, answers the phone and handles the appointments, is phenomenal. A company is only as good as its employees and stick with this company because of the employees listed above!

I cannot say enough good things about my technician, Mike. He was unbelievably thorough and honest. As a first-time homeowner, his attention to detail and willingness to explain everything to me were both so appreciated. He was very helpful and polite, and he checked in with me to let me know what he was doing at each step in the process - even with pictures! He was patient with my two barking dogs. He cleaned up after he was finished, too! Service was affordable, and I’m looking into the maintenance agreement for next time.

Out of 3 companies in Shreveport, Service Experts was the only one I called that works on apartments/condos. Lane figured out what was wrong with my A/C and repaired it within an hour. I loved working with this company. John Stephens was our technician who came out at first and then Chris Love followed by Joshua Liles. John followed the whole project cradle to grave and Chris and josh were absolutely great. We had our entire heater replaced, some duct work replaced, and a line to our A.C. unit replaced. They did amazing work and I can definitely tell the difference from my previous situation. I look forward to working with them in the future for general upkeep. All men were professional, respectful, and left my home surprisingly clean. I really appreciate the time they spent on the repairs we needed and that they left my home like I left it. 5/5 stars and will recommend to others.

I had problems with my central AC/Heating system. I called another company a week ago but it took all day for them to come out and it was too expensive. I called Service Experts today(Sunday) and someone came within 30 minutes. Technican Mike Lopez was so kind and explained things so that I had a better understanding. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. The cost was reasonably affordable🎯. He even entertained my grandchildren while doing so😂☺☺. He distributed such amazing customer service and had the best personality. He made this experience easy and painless.

After a storm my AC stopped working completely. I had called another company and waited for around 6 hours with no response from their technician and then decided to call Service Experts. I heard from my technician, Mike Lopez, in probably 30 minutes, and he was at my home another 30 minutes later. He was very thorough with his work, very professional, and was able to get my AC working again in no time. He did a great job, and this company was good to call if youre in need of an immediate fix.

Top of the line I would like to thank service experts for the caring and service that they provided to me and my family. Andrew was great and very professional and explained our options to us and was able to help us reach a decision about what we needed. Not only were the technicians Brandon, Jeremy, and Lane professional they we also friendly. They walked us through the experience every step of the way. We had a lot of good laughs throughout the day and really enjoyed the time it took for them to do the job right. When they were done with the install they made sure that everything was cleaned and even removed the old unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a very professional company to make your home or office cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Thanks again Brandon, Jeremy, and Lane. When it was time to replace our almost 20 year old AC unit, we called Service Experts because of their excellent reputation. We were not disappointed. Chris and Andrew came out and spent several hours evaluating our house and advised the best unit for our needs. Brandon, Lane, and Terry did an excellent job with our install. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. We have been enjoying a comfortable and efficient AC system for a couple of weeks now. I would not hesitate to recommend Service Experts for your AC needs.

For added peace of mind in knowing that my a/c & heating equipment is working properly, I take part in their Service Experts PLUS Membership which, for a reasonable monthly fee, provides semi-annual checks of my equipment by a very well qualified service technician. John Stephens visited my home recently to perform the scheduled service and he was great... prompt, professional, and polite. I plan to continue using Service Experts for many years to come.

Somewhere around 2:30pm on Sunday, September 6, 2020, which was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, the outside ac fan stopped turning at my Mom’s house. My brother and our wives were there visiting for the holiday. Not knowing an ac company to call on a Sunday afternoon, since my brother and I live out of town, I searched Google and looked for good reviews and 24-hour emergency service. Honestly, I called another company first, but I got voicemail. I did not leave a message but called the next company in order of average reviewer rating, which was Service Experts. My call was answered by a call service, which was good with me. At least I could be confident that someone knew my call existed and I would not be left crossing my fingers that someone would check voicemail on a holiday weekend. The call service rep took my information, told me the name of the technician on call (Mike) and that he would call me when he was about 30 minutes away. Given that it was a Sunday, the rep could not tell me when Mike would call, only that it would be that day. About 30 or 40 minutes later, Mike called me and said he was on his way. To be honest, I was told that there were two calls ahead of me, but neither answered Mike’s call. So, we were fortunate that we were pushed to the head of the line. Another point I want to make is that my Mom was not a service plan member with Expert Service. As I understand it, being a service plan member makes emergency service calls a higher priority over non-service plan members. Mike arrived 20 or so minutes after he called; he just happened to live on the same side of town as my Mom. I am a handyman of sorts and suspected the problem was a capacitor, but I could not be certain. I knew that if the problem were the capacitor, Mike would probably have one on his truck. If it were the fan motor, I knew it would not be fixed that day. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Fortunately for us, Mike discovered a faulty capacitor and, yes, he had a replacement one on his truck. In a few minutes, he had the new capacitor installed and the ac was back in operation. The time from when we noticed the problem and the unit was fixed was somewhere around 2.5 or 3 hours. We were so impressed with Mike that he was the deciding factor for opting into a service agreement with Service Experts. The unit is more than 10 years old and Mom is in her seventies and lives alone, so we felt that a company with such a great tech as Mike and such fast service was worthy of our trust. I believe we have an ac company for Mom now. Highly recommend Service Experts.

We are very favorably impressed with Chris, Andrew, Brandon, Lane and Jeremy. Chris has serviced our Heating/AC for 3 years and has always been courteous, thorough and professional. He recommended that we contact Andrew to consider resizing our ducting. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of our system and in explaining various options without pressuring us. We chose to replace the furnace and all the duct work. Brandon was the team leader along with his assistants Lane and Jeremy. All of them were very courteous and professional and did their work with minimal disruption to our activities while being careful not to leave anything dirty or in disarray. Brandon did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the specific work they were doing and about their progress. They arrived on time both days and finished ahead of schedule. Job well done!

Very knowledgeable, very personable, checked all of my equipment thoroughly, cleaned all my equipment, and went over all of of my units with me, made some recommendations without any high pressure sells tactics, and answered all of my questions. A real professional! I have used Service Experts for a few years now and have never had any complaints. All of their staff members have been very personable and respectful of my home. They are quick to respond when i have had a problem with my a/c units in the past and have had them all repaired and back running in just a few hours. I was impressed with the level of diagnostics run to prepare the full project scope and code update requirements, then the handoff meeting between the diagnostic team and the install team was very professional and detailed. Initially my experience with this company started out a bit on the rocky side where I had scheduled an appointment, which was confirmed, and I took off work for the appointment time and no one showed up or called to let me know they would not be there due to weather. So, I was a bit frustrated. I received a call the next day apologizing for the failed communication, and a technician was promptly sent to my residence. Lane Snowden was the responding technician. This morning, Bill Ricks got my furnace ready for the cooler weather that is--hopefully--just around the corner. Bill is an excellent, knowledgeable technician and I recommend him highly. I would like to mention that this is not the first time Bill Ricks has been to my house and serviced my heating and air-conditioning system. Bill is trustworthy and always does a great job here. I have taken a few weeks to write this because I wanted to see if everything really was as good as it seemed the first day that Brandon Cook and Lane Snowden put in our new A/C System. Well I have to say it is even better. When Brandon and Lane came to my house to put in the new system they had to start early at 6:30 AM (They did call to set up the time with me) because when the contractor that will not be named Federal Construction built the new roof around the cheap A/C system that was put in when the house was reconstructed. These Experts had to remove wood in the attic and pt in new braces just so they could take the old system out and put the new system in. Brandon was great, he had to build a whole new intake box because the unnamed contractor took a 20 X 25 Hole and put a 10 inch round intake hose reducing the air capacity and causing the cheap system that they put in to work harder than it should have. Brandon and Lane were great. They never stopped working except for lunch, and they were at he house from 6:30 AM to 9 PM. They did a fantastic job. Because of what they did a room in the back part of my house that was always hot is now just as cool as the rest of the house. Both of the Experts were very polite and kind, Lane was obviously learning the job, but he was so eager and good that he appeared to have been employed for many years. Brandon was fantastic once the system was in he showed us all of the bells and whistles. Lane made it so Brandon did not have to stop what he was doing for any reason. Lane made sure that Brandon had everything he needed and kept everything clean so when the job was done, it was really done. The cost was very fair. I am quite please. I had been doing business with American Air but when I paid them this year to do their check up and they said the system was fine then it broke down a week later, I knew it was time to change providers. Larry on the morning show of 95.7 FM the River always talked about how good Service Experts are. Well I have to say there really is a reason the call themselves experts. They really are experts, and now they are my A/C Experts. Thank You for a Great Job

The day our unit was to be replaced Andrew came to our home to make sure the installers knew what was to be done and what issue they may encounter and how to proceed. Our installers were Brendon Cook and Lane Snowden. Our installation was supposed to take five days because we were replacing two units with one larger unit and several rooms needed new duct work. The installers arrived early and left late so that the work could be done in the time frame we had agreed too. I was impressed with the installers professional attitude towards not only me but with each other. At the end of the day it was not unusual to see Ricky, Chris or Terry, other installers, come from their job to help our installers. Because of this team work attitude our job was completed in three days!As I said no one ever looks forward to having their ac/heating units replaced but if you do Service Experts of Shreveport are the people you want to call.

Excellent Company to do business with! Our experience with Service Experts began with our visit to their location on Jewella Ave. We met with Andrew and explained our problems. He discussed several products with us and followed up with a site visit. We chose a Lennox product and several days later our install began. Our job was a custom installation with new furnace moved to the attic, 100% new ductwork and new heat pump outside. Lane, Zach, Jeremy and Jamari showed up to work....and work they did!!! They worked long days and were such professional, pleasant and courteous men. Lane involved us in each stage of the install to insure our satisfaction with placement of equipment, etc. They placed floor protection in areas where they were working and left our home and driveway clean each day.
