SNG AIR is the best. Truly amazing! Steve and his team are top notch and true professionals. They fix a lot of mistakes from a previous company’s install for me. I tell you what I wish I knew of SNG before that issue. If you want work done right the first time, timely and quality of work and explains everything to the customer and professional then you need to give Steve and his crew a call at SNG. SNG Air was called to fix the horrible mess of another HVAC company/technician that Homeshield originally sent out.SNG Air is a great HVAC company.Steve and his helper are professional, efficient, and truly care about their customers. From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was smooth and hassle-free.They went above and beyond to ensure our AC system was running perfectly, and their pricing was very reasonable.I highly recommend SNG Air to anyone in need of quality heating and cooling services. If you have had a bad experience with any AC/Heat company it’s time you tried SNG. I have had two experiences with them and it has been awesome. (They were contracted through my warranty company and if yall don’t know a lot of the time the repair company will lose money working with home warranty) The owner really cares about your families comfort and will do what ever to make sure you get taken care of. In our case it was coming after church on a Sunday, when they are closed and sacrificing time with his family, to make sure he installed the part he was waiting on asap just like he promised and kept me updated almost daily. The reason he did so was because another company the warranty hired really dropped the ball and he wanted to make sure my family was comfortable as fast as possible. Would give 10 stars if it was possible. Very impressive.

Steve was very professional as well as his employees. He went out of his way late at night to help get my A/C working which is definitely appreciated in this Texas heat. Last summer he fixed my outside unit and cleaned out my return inside. He got it completed in a timely manner and at an affordable price. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Steve,Will,Chris are amazing - they went out of the way to serve the customers. I have American Home Shield, Steve fought with them to get me brand new HVAC. When AHS sent ac unit instead of heat pump Steve immediately contacted and have them resent the right one next day. He even offered me to replace AC if it was 100 Degrees and then replace with heat-pump at his own expense. Dont fall for the tv ads. Go with public talk thats why Steves SNG AIR gets 5 stars . I wish i had known about this company couple of years back when other branded companies robbed me. Highly recommend this company - Kudos to Steve, Chris and Will - all nice people serving Abilene at their best.

We had a home warranty call for our new home. Josh came out same day,diagnosed the issue and had the part on his truck (this is important because we live about 30 minutes from town). He fixed the problem and was so professional! I will be recommending SNG Air from now on. As a Realtor it’s important for me to have reliable vendors and SNG Air will be added to my list to refer my clients to!

Steve the owner and SNG represents something that is rare these days which is customer service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers . Making sure the job is done right with no shortcuts and takes the time to explain the process and educate you on what he is doing . Very knowledgeable. Top notch service. These guys responded fast, communicated well with us too keep us informed about appointment times/ statuses of repair, etc, and they truly provided excellent customer service. It was unfortunate that our heater went out during some of the coldest days of winter and it needed a part that was not in stock (they checked multiple locations), they were trying to get it over-nighted and in the mean time, to make sure our house didn’t get too cold, they bought us space heaters to use until they were able to fix—luckily, it was the next day. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough and we’re so grateful they were able to get the repair taken care of in a timely manner. I’ll definitely give SNG a call if we ever have any other heating/air issues in the future (but hopefully not anytime soon ;)).

I would recommend Mr. Steve Garret to any friend and family member having trouble with their existing heat or ac unit. He traveled out of town from Abilene to Haskel to my grandmas recently purchased house to inspect, test, and install a completely new Bryant ac/heating unit with a 10-year warranty! Theres over 200 ac businesses in/around Abilene, SNG AIR will outdo and perform a better service than any competitor for a better price.
