Tim and Collin with Smarter Home Air were awesome. My units are 20 years old. This summer one of them stopped working completely, and Tim was able to Revive it! 2 months later, the 2nd unit went out, and although he worked tirelessly to try and save it, it had to be replaced. He and Collin were very honest, and I knew they had my best interest in mind. They presented me with options all along the way, and now I have a great new Quiet system in place, alongside my other unit thats hanging on by a thread (hopefully for another year or two). Take a look at the inside of the old plenum he replaced! Frightening. Tim was so great that Im going to have them come out to change my filters and maintain my HVAC on a schedule, so my new unit doesnt end up looking like my last one. Highly recommend this company!

Tim and the guys at Smarter Home Air are absolute hero’s. We had a Lennox unit that was only 2 years old and the condenser coil AND compressor went out on it. Both parts were under warranty and Tim handled everything with Lennox to get them covered and replaced. All I paid was labor costs. He was diligent, efficient and even made sure we had a window unit to keep things cool while we waited on parts. Can recommend enough!
