    We had a scare last night and noticed our thermostat kept creeping up in the 80’s. Our neighbors recommended Shirley Air because of Darren and said they would take care of us. They came out on a Sunday evening around 9:30pm and fixed our problem. We were very fortnate that it was something small, but also thankful we didn’t have to relocate for the evening with our 4 dogs. Highly recommend them for your emergencies.

    Very highly satisfied with Shirley Air. After numerous calls to numerous companies with either a no show or no response, someone recommended we call Shirley Air. Their customer service representative was very professional and put us in touch with dispatch right away. They scheduled our maintenance call and worked us in to the schedule the same week. Marcus showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Two years later, we are still using Shirley Air and appreciate the excellent customer service we have continued to receive.

    My ac unit had been out for a couple of years. I called a known company in the dfw area and they told me 9000 dollars!!!! I called Mr Shirley and he said he could beat that. He sent someone out to give me an estimate and it was a third of what the other place gave me. The replaced my complete system for 3500 dollars!!!! It was such a relief and a blessing that I found Shirley air!!!!!

    My issue was not an emergency, but rather a “I don’t think our AC is running properly.” When I called, they were very courteous and professional. We made an appointment for two days later, technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Our AC was fixed/repaired for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this company.

    I called Shirley Air and the owner answered the phone at 10 p.m. on a day that was 104°. He was so gracious and helpful. Thank God I have a window unit that I was able to use for the night. By 3 p.m. the next day (less than 24 hrs later) the technician arrived at my house and got my A/C fixed and running. Shirley Air is a top notch company with top notch employees. They will be who I call on from now on. Darren and Chris are top-notch gentlemen.

    Shirley Air sent someone out to diagnose our issue and start repair late in the day due to the nature of our problem. Then sent out another guy a couple of days later to finish the repair.     Hello I am Frank and the maintenance man at Living Word Church. I contacted this company for a estimate to replace a heating and AC unit. The Staff were very professional. The owner himself came to our church did the evaluation and estimate. He was truthful and straight forward , to the point while presenting clear understanding to solve our problem.     About a year ago I had a flood from a second story attic a/c unit. Shirley diagnosed the issues, cleaned the unit and got it operational at NO CHARGE on the promise that I would replace the units after the repair work to my home was completed. Fast forward 10 months and I replaced the unit after the other work was completed. Was given very fair price, unbelievable service and am totally satisfied that I made the right choice. This is a company that truly cares about their customers! you cant go wrong selecting Shirley Air for any A/C repair or replacement!

    This company is incredible. I moved into an old 1925 house and got their maintance contract, and they have kept my old AC running. They also replaced all my ducts from a racoon getting in my attic. Their techs are very knowledgeable. I am so blown away that I called shortly after their closing and Darren came out and checked my AC as I noticed the temp went up inside and he was so nice to stop by and check everything for me. I have never seen an AC service work this way and wanted to leave a review as they go above and beyond the call of duty.     I was referred to Shirley Air, by a neighbor. The tech that came over called me prior to his arriving. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and gloves. He inspected our indoor unit and told us what the issue was. Explained how to prevent the issue from happen again. He changed out the air filters, lowered the temperature and the checked the outside unit. We were good on freon, but were missing caps for freon plug. Tech then installed caps as a preventative measure. I highly recommend Shirley Air and we will use them for regular maintenance. Excellent service, good price and friendly!

    I typically dont get a chance to provide reviews on business services, but Shirley Air and their technician Stranton deserve a big kudos. We are a small business in DFW, with multiple locations, and in the 12+ years we have never had any good experience whatsoever with multiple commercial HVAC companies. They almost always misdiagnose the issue, overcharge, throw parts at the problem in the hopes it gets fixed. Im happy to say that when Shirley Air came out, they were on time, took the time to check everything, found the issue, explained it in detail and with the utmost confidence, and repaired it the same day. The technician was super professional. We will be using Shirley Air from here on out. Thanks.

    When our air conditioning went out at 6pm on Friday night and we couldnt find anyone who could come before Monday I imagined us being without air conditioning for the whole HOT weekend. I called a neighbor and they recommended Shirley Air saying they had used them for their business and personally. When contacted they said they were headed to Northlake but could swing by and check it out. He did, put in a new fan motor and was gone in an hour. We are So THANKFUL. We are enjoying air con and would recommend him to any one, he was polite, professional and reasonable priced.

    The technician was friendly and easy to talk to. After trying for 15-2.0 minutes to reach the top section of the duct, he found that our dryer duct was broken behind the walls. He took several pictures and showed me where the broken area was and recommended to have it fixed. I liked the way this technician communicated the issues to me so I trust him, and I will have the company come back and replace the entire dryer’s duct for me.

    So impressed with Shirley Air! We are in the process of renovating a house we need to move into soon, and when the bathroom remodel started we realized we needed to make major changes and fast. They took care of us completely in a super timely fashion. This included removing our old unit from above the shower and installing a new unit in the attic with all new ducts and vents. The guys doing the work were knowledgeable and courteous, and they worked very hard. I should add we chose to call them because the did a great job installing 2 new AC units for us in another home a few years back. Shirley Air answered the phone, then called us back, then showed up 30 min later and fixed it in 5 minutes. The other 3 companies didnt even call us back after initial contact. Not even were there when you need us. Pleasant, charged us fairly, didnt try to sell us anything. We wont use anyone else but Shirley for emergency air issues.
