SFR Pros did a beyond wonderful job with my new HVAC installation. I got quotes from different HVAC companies in Plano and Collin county area but this local contractor had the best price by far. If you are shopping around for the best value on replacing an old air conditioning system, I highly recommend getting a quote from this local company. My house and brand new central AC system is ready for our hot Texas summers!

SFR Pros is a great company for small real estate investors like myself who want to be hands off on my fix and flip investments and properties. I had experiences with other renovation contractors who were not able to handle the entire remodeling project – some only did painting, one contractor did not know how to handle the plumbing and electrical issues. It was a real pain to have to go and find separate contractors for each segment of the renovation and it greatly slowed down my time to market (and financing costs). The guys at SFR Pros can handle it all as one property had a very bad foundation issue and old roof that were able to handle with ease. It was very refreshing and I highly recommend this company!

I have known the team at SFR Pros for over 5 years and they are a terrific GC. I used them for hundreds of home renovations with a previous company and they were always my first choice for any challenging designs and re-models for interiors and exterior projects. I would and still do choose them over other contractors for these projects due to the consistent communication, teamwork and quality they deliver. Ron Ramos is hands down the best Project Manager Ive had the pleasure of working with in my 25+ years of renovations. He is fair, honest, communicative and straightforward. You cannot ask for better than that when dealing with a Contractor or GC.

Thank you SFR Pros! I have an inherited house from a family member in Dallas that I needed to renovate after years of neglect. I wanted to continue to use the property as a rental home but it needed updating and some medium sized repairs (like a new air conditioning system, fresh coat of paint, new carpets). I was referred to SFR Pros as they specialize and work with real estate investors in DFW. I live outside of Texas so I needed to find a trusted local contractor who could handle the whole renovation project, not just bits and pieces of it. I wanted and needed to be hands off (I don’t know anything about construction). I felt very comfortable with this team from the start and especially as they were referred by another local Dallas home buyer that I trust. The home remodeling project was completed a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. And most importantly, the house is now leased. I have new rental tenants moving in soon so the property will have actual cash flow! Highly recommend!

SFR Pros is my go to renovation company in Dallas Fort Worth. This team is experienced in the SFR investing space so they understand the different needs of their customer base to build a long-term rental portfolio. I send any clients that are institutional funds like private equity REITs or hedge funds looking to build or expand their SFR portfolio to this local contractor. I know they also provide construction services to smaller real estate investors who are just getting started and need more of a guiding hand. I have seen with my own eyes how Patrick at SFR Pros will tell a potential buyer to NOT buy this wholesale deal at XYZ house in Dallas because the pricing of the deal is wrong. To me, this is highly refreshing and raises my trust. The most notable skill is these guys already work for all the top institutions and blue chip REITS in Texas so there is basically no property situation they have not seen. I have sent over to them some really run down houses that they were able to turn around and renovate.

I highly recommend SFR Pros for anybody looking for a home renovation contractor in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I am a real estate investor but originally hired them as general contractors for my current personal home renovation in Plano TX which was a very large project. I bought the house as a fixer upper so they did a full gut kitchen remodel and all three bathroom renovations. I have used their contractor services to renovate two fix and flip investment properties over the past couple of years. I am definitely happy with the quality of work but even more impressed with how fast they got all the projects done. Thank you SFR Pros!

I have hired SFR Pros for three different fixer upper houses in the Dallas market and am very happy with the results of the investments (made money!) and the quality of work that their team provided. I purchased two houses as quick fix and flip investments and also remodeled one to keep as a long-term rental property in Richardson. SFR Pros will be my go to residential renovation contractor for all future real estate deals because they offer the best balance of value pricing and quality on remodeling jobs focused on investors. I think what separates them from the typical contractor is they know what real estate investors need to get a return on investment for the investment properties side of the real estate world. Most contractors dont know this at all. I highly recommend anybody who is looking to find an investor friendly contractor to give SFR Pros a call.
