I have been selling Real Estate for 42 years and have used many HVAC companies. I saw a review on Nextdoor from someone who used Frank at SCP and she was very pleased with his service. So, I called him when my minisplit was icing up. He came out and was super honest with me explaining how freon and pressures work with each other and that my unit was originally installed improperly. Frank was very polite and honest and told me I didnt need any parts but rahter a proper re-install with a little freon to give the right PSI the system needed. 3 hours later, the system works great & looks so much better and I was very pleased with the amount he charged. I will be referring him out to all my fellow Realtors and clients!

Well, its another hot TX summer and we have 3 systems and one really old unit. Ive been nervous that itd be time to replace.I had Frank come out to take a look and he was able to take a look and analyze the situation.He never tried to sell me up. Was very honest and explained everything to allay my anxiety. And now the AC unit is running tip top. The house is cooler and the wife is happier.Thank you Frank! I highly recommend and would use again.

I found Frank at Church. He was responsive and prompt, a plus right there. He found a burned wire going into my unit, which no other HVAC person has ever found, and repaired it. He is personable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to have around. His price was cheaper than my old HVAC company, to boot. Highly recommended. God bless you and your family, Frank.

Frank got our AC going during the hot part of the summer. He came on short notice. He installed temporary parts to get the AC working for that night. He came back the next day with the correct parts. He was very professional and did a great job. Can’t thank him enough.

Frank is a rockstar. He has revived our old failing AC unit a few times saving us from 100+ degree heat. He has even done work on our business units to cool the server room when they stopped working in the middle of the night. It’s wonderful having a local AC wizard who I can depend on, is trustworthy, and affordable, to save me day or night. I highly recommend Frank.
