Kevin and SC Air are absolute lifesavers!During this massive cold front that swept across Texas, our heat went out overnight, leaving my family and me in a freezing house. I called Kevin to have him come take a look at our furnace, but because hes so amazing at what he does, his schedule was completely booked for the next couple of days.Instead of leaving us to freeze, Kevin went above and beyond. He texted and called me to troubleshoot the system step by step. Thanks to his expert guidance and patience, I was able to get the heat back on without him even needing to come over.Kevins professionalism, kindness, and dedication to his customers are unmatched. He genuinely cares about helping people, and I can’t thank him enough for his quick and effective help during such a stressful time. SC Air was great! If you need an honest person to come, check out your air conditioning unit or HVAC issues, I highly recommend using them. They were very great to work with, responsive, and educated me on how my unit worked. They also didn’t try to sell me on expensive parts! If anyone has air conditioning issues or a clogged drain line, give them a call!

We could not have asked for faster, better service!We had an overflowing drip pan and Kevin came the next day to unclog it. He even ran to the store and got us new air filters! Talk about customer service!
