Dalton possesses excellent customer service skills and ensures the job is done right. His have expertise was on display when there was an issue with one of the two HVAC units delivered. After the units were installed the west HVAC unit wasnt cooling correctly. The HVAC was DOA, Dalton contacted the manufacturer to have the parts expedited. We had a few other quotes and realized Savoy services had the best overall deal to include customer service, subcontractors, maintenance plan, etc. Highly recommend for anyone needing HVAC services.

In the middle of July, they came out to address my AC issue and left me in a cooler, happier home. They took their time and were thorough, ensuring everything was done right. The technician spoke to on my level, which made communication easy. They confirmed the appointment and arrival status via text, sent me the digital payment link, and took pictures of the parts replaced/repaired so I could share them with my husband. Dalton J Savoy Jr was my technician and according to his business card also the owner. He was friendly, knowledgable, and took no time to diagnose my issue. There was a high pitched headache inducing noice coming from my furnace and he had it diagnosed in no time. Response time was very fast and there is any type of communication that works best for you: email, FaceTime, text, phone call. Value for the service was excellent and I would recommend him to my friends and colleges alike. Pricing is reasonable.

Wow, what a great service experience. We were able to get prompt service with a smile. The rate was very fair and we were not asked to spend money on things that were not necessary. If you’re looking for affordable, professional, and reliable HVAC maintenance and repair services, check out Savoy Services! He’s provided maintenance service for my HVAC system over the past 2 years and his customer service and professionalism are outstanding. I initially called him out for a repair that would have cost me a few hundred. After looking over the system and identifying the issue, he informed me that the part replacement was covered under warranty, so I was able to get it replaced at no cost. He had my business and trust after that. In addition, Dalton always explains the health of my HVAC system and if any part or work needs to be done to keep it in good health. Check him out!

Ive used Savoy Services on two separate occasions and both service call were above and beyond most other home service calls Ive experienced in the past. Last summer (2022) my AC Unit just stop working one day after my home warranty company fixed it. I called savoy services for a new set of eyes, and not another home warranty rep. Within 30 minutes of evaluating my AC unit the Savoy Services technician explained the problem in normal terms and fixed it. I really appreciate it when a technician is able to explain things is in simple terms. It really make me feel involved in the process when paying the bill. Fast forward to this year(2023), my son is in the process of buying a home. The home inspection report had some items I was not comfortable with. I called Savoy Services about the issues I had with the inspection report and need ask if they could evaluate the AC unit. After Savoy Services evaluated the unit he provided his expert opinion on the AC unit as well as providing two options. A cost estimate to replace two main parts of the existing AC unit. and a complete replacement cost estimate. The explanations were very reasonable and easy to understand. If youve had a uncomfortable experience with AC technicians and feel youve been taking advantage of. I strongly recommend calling Savoy Services. The notifications of service call updates are helpful with late appointments. On both occasions I was able to run arrands and meet the tech at the house. without wasting a whole day waiting on the repairmen. Good Stuff!Update 6-21-2024, Savoy services is the best! My outside unit had issues and Savoy Services was able to fix the unit at a much better cost than my home warranty company.

Dalton came out to do a tune up and make sure our system was working properly. The condenser was full of grass clippings, so he clean that for us. Then he found a hole in the unit, so we got that sealed up ASAP. Also suggested some items that we need to address for optimal performance. Highly recommend whether you are in need of a simple tune up like me or in need of a major repair!

The fan on one of our outdoor AC systems started to make a sound loud enough for us to hear inside and for our neighbors tonotice. I called Savoy Services on Friday evening. Dalton replied quickly and was on site in about 45 mins. He fixed the cause of the sound, completed a thorough check of our system, and advised on how to best set the system for the winter. He never tried to upsell or add services we didn’t want or need. We will definitely be calling Savoy for our HVAC needs.
