My whole experience with them was top notch. They came in to give us a quote and THOROUGHLY looked at every aspect of our HVAC unit. We could hear them walking all along the ducts, which no other company had done. We had 2 quotes before we contacted Salazar Heat and Air. They both told us our ducts were in great condition and wouldn’t need to be replaced. Salazar came in and said absolutely not. They are ripped open and one is completely crushed!!! We were shocked TWO other companies didn’t care enough to truly look. The owner, Javier, was so down to earth and just a guy who really knows what he’s doing. He’s not just out to make an extra buck. Once installation began, they showed us every issue with the units and ducts as they removed the old ones from the attic. They had it done in the time frame they originally told us. They also cleaned up every thing, even asked to borrow my broom and swept my floors! Before they left, the recommended what regular maintenance it will need as well as tips and tricks to keep it up and running for years to come. We have zero complaints and HIGHLY recommend this company!

Javier and Michael did more for us in 2 weeks than 2 other companies did for us in 3 months. Our AC went out at the beginning of August and we contacted a company we thought we could trust but they gave us the run around, lied about our warranty and lied about ordering us a new part so they could upcharge us. The second company did absolutely nothing. A friend recommended Javier and he was so helpful and informative throughout the process. Where the other 2 companies lacked communication, Javier made up for it. He checked our warranty and we still have it, got the part ordered and fixed, no run around no hassle. Salazar Heat & Air is very transparent, helpful and reliable.
