    Safe Air Conditioning is the best! Most of us have been misled by an HVAC company; I have found Safe Air to be completely honest. And they are punctual. Everyone I have referred them to agrees. Wouldnt use anyone else. All the techs are professional, knowledgeable and nice. Including Ray, who added me at the last minute, to his already long day.

    I highly recommend Safe Air. They are very professional. When our heating stopped working last winter, they came out promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and replaced a faulty part. Seems like other places just want to sell you a whole new system so often. Safe Air does quality work at a fair price.

    Hector was awesome! Very knowledgeable! Answered all my questions, had great suggestions, and was able to get the job done efficiently and cost effectively.     Exceptional service!Had a quote from 1 company last year for $1200 with no guarantee it would fix the problem, neighbor recommended Safe air, was a fraction of the price and no issues, our units are over 20 years old and today we did have service on them but there was no upsell to replace the units, I’ve actually asked them to send me a quote for new units!David is a fabulous technician!!Highly recommend Safe Air!

    Hector was able to drop in and check on my AC late on a Saturday night in the middle of the June 2023 heat advisory.....a time where I know AC companies are in ultra high demand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to help me. I had some parts that will eventually need replacing, but he did not pressure me into purchasing today. Great help and great service. Will use next time and I highly recommend Hector and Safe Air.

    Our A/C suddenly stopped working. We called Safe Air Conditioning and John was there in 2 hours. He evaluated our unit and gave us an honest, upfront opinion. He gave us a repair that fixed the issue for the short term. But also recommended a long term solution (he was not pushy, just honest). We agreed on a repair and price (also a very fair price). He competed the repair in a timely manner and was professional. When it’s time for the long term solution we will definitely call Safe Air Conditioning for the job. 5/5.

    My AC broke down and was desperately trying to find a good technician. I called and immediately got a response.     First time using SAFE AIR and I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy exhibited by Jonathan our Service Tech who did a great job. Our AC unit went out at 9 pm on Wednesday night and Jonathan had it back up and running by 5 pm on Thursday. He was very courteous to my wife and very knowledgeable about our AC system and after doing the necessary repairs gave it a thorough checking and offered me some tips on how to keep it in top shape. I highly recommend SAFE AIR!

    Jonathan saved our lives today!!! Our air conditioning stopped blowing cool over the weekend and I had no idea why. By the time the weekend was over, our home was 85 degrees. My daughter was burning up the night before. I started by putting in a service request to my home warranty. I waited until Monday to call them but the initial contractor was booked until next month. Then after a random search through nextdoor and thumbtack, I came across Safe Air and decided to give them a call. At first I thought there was no way they could see me on such short notice but Hector made sure to make time for Jonathan to come by. Jonathan was a true pro, kind and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem was with our capacitor, explained why it happened and was able to repair the issue within half an hour. Immediately, I could start the feel cool air again before he even walked back in my house. The price for parts and labor were very fair. They also set me up with a two year warranty in case it goes out again. All I have to do now is submit the invoice back to my warranty for a reimbursement. I cannot thank Safe Air enough!!!

    Very impressed by Safe Air and more importantly Hector. Very professional and polite technicians. Did a great job installing a new AC/Heat unit with minimal disruption and took care to not track anything into the house. I have called Hector several times with questions since the installation and he always responds quickly and with patience of all my questions. I had the unit installed in May of this year and just now had issues with it tripping the breaker. It turned out to not be any fault of Safe Air, but still they were out as quickly as possible. When the issue was not fixed the first day they were out, Hector came out himself and resolved the issue! Again, not due to Safe Air, but he still fixed the problem at no cost! I have had so many issues with small business contractors, but Hector gives me hope there are still individual contractors out there who value quality work and customer service! Could not be more please with my experience with Safe Air and would highly recommend them!

    Absolute professionals, courteous service, they fixed my broken down, old A/C at an affordable price and they also speak Spanish!     Safe Air Conditioning saved me on a Sunday. The AC went out. The technician showed up, troubleshot the issue. I ended up purchasing a new exterior unit. On Monday evening the unit was replaced and by Tuesday my home was cool and comfortable. I highly recommend this local company to everyone.     Awesome team and great company! Very professional! Hector and his team came and finished interior and exterior unit same day with phenomenal job! It was outstanding, nice friendly and honest! I especially thanks to Hector and Samuel all his work had been done for me! Plus during that time we renovate our house they work very clean and organize they did not damage while they bring in the unit in house. I definitely recommend everyone.     This company is great! I called and spoke to Hector about needing a second opinion on my A/C unit. I told him I recently had another company come out to our business and I was provided a quote that I felt was high. Hector was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a technician named Samuel that came out and looked at our unit. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed and explained to me exactly what I needed. The other company was trying to charge me for a control panel that I did not need. Samuel explained to me that nothing was wrong with my control panel. This company saved me money. They were honest and upfront with everything. I will definitely recommend this company!

    Im glad I called Safe. My AC was not blowing cold air so I called Safe and they were able to dispatch a tech the same day. Hector was the one who answered phone. Techs name was Jonathan and he was awesome and explained my older unit how it works. Going forward they will be my go to for any HVAC issues

    Awesome company! Out same day. Nice, friendly, and honest. They could have very easily tried to up-sell, but they didnt at all.     Had them out to service my AC units. Paid over $700 for servicing. Of that, I paid $210/pound of Freon installed. Tech was supposed to send me pics of before and after but didnt. My bedrooms are still 81F after spending that money. Would like to get a quote from them on new steps from here.

    During the height of summer at 108 degrees, my outside AC Unit Fan stopped working. I called Safe Air on Saturday and Hector was able to come out within 3 hours and diagnosed my problem as a blown Capacitor. I was so glad it wasnt something bigger. He carefully explained basic maintenance and checked my refrigerant and outside coils. The repair was less than an hour! Hector is an honest mechanic. I highly recommend. He even waived his trip/diagnosis charge once the repair was done.

    I was working in my yard and accidentally cut the electric cord to my air conditioner. It was late in the evening, after business hours but extremely hot so I was desperate for a quick resolution. I called about 10 different companies with no luck.     I had a major ac issue. Line clogged and leaking causing floor boards to pop and come up. It is an old unit. Hector, who I think is a manager or owner said, he was going to see if a tech could come out. They could not. So, he called back and came himself about 30 miles away.     Hector is very helpful and the price quotation is very detail. After comparing the quotes from 6 companies, we decide to go with Trane and Safe Air Conditioning. I also got quotes from another two Trane authorized dealers, but their price all around $11k ~$13K. Hector was able to quote me below $10K with the same Trane system. Since Safe Air Conditioning also doing the commercial AC system, we trust their ability to do the residential as well. We recommended Hector and Safe Air Conditioning.

    Jonathan was the technician, he is an awesome gentleman, he explained what was wrong with my AC and helped me understand the problem. Showed the defective capacitor with low readings, and then replaced that with new one. Tested the output, also offered some tips on how to extend the life of an unit. He went an extra mile and cleaned the unit with water hose.Pricing was fair, $200 for the new capacitor and $60 for service fee.

    In the course of a month I had problems with my air conditioning, I consulted with 2 companies and they all have me different versions about the problem of my air. The first one told me that I needed to change the condenser and the coil and the second that I have to change everything new.
