He explained his service expectations and wanted to know if his Technician lived up to it. My answer was absolutely! Who provides that level of follow-up service anymore. There were 2 different options, he carefully spelled out the cost of both and was very honest about directing us (his opinion) to do the least cost option- he was prudent and professional. Brian and his team are the extremely responsive and efficient. The best repair company I have ever called in my 12 years of restaurant experience! They were able to fix our ice block machines and walk-in freezer the same day we called, and then when the walk-in freezer malfunctioned again they came back out just as quickly to diagnose the issue and we have not had issues with it since.

Brian recently FIXED our walk-in cooler! After weeks of being given the runaround with a different Commercial Refrigeration company, we did a quick Google search and came upon Rush Refrigeration. Our only regret was that we did not call him sooner! As a retail florist, having ample cooler space is vital to our business, especially when we have several events happening in one weekend. We called Brian on a Friday afternoon, left a message, and heard back from him very quickly. He was about 2+ hours away from us working at another site but assured us he would get us up and running as soon as possible. A few hours later, he was at our shop, diagnosing and FIXING our problem quickly and professionally. He walked us through everything he was doing and easily located and made the proper repair. Brian is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We highly recommend Rush Refrigeration and will definitely be using him again for our future refrigeration needs.

Yesterday my commercial freezer was down, and could not find anyone able to service me until I googled and called Rush Refrigeration and spoke with a gentleman named Brian. I told him out situation at our cafe and he responded immediately to help resolve the situation that was ongoing. Not only did he show up, but diagnosed the situation and resolved it immediately. He also adjusted the invoice and did not charge me for his truck charge, all he wanted was an honest review left after his service had been completed. Overall very exceptional and punctual, labor I felt was a lot more higher in cost than other companies, which is why I didnt give the five stars. But he withheld with complete professionalism, adequate time frame of showing up and completing . I would definitely recommend Brian as this type of industry I know from experience with my husband working in for over 20 years can be overwhelming and in constant competition that its so hard to find someone who is honest and reliable. Brian definitely met our expectations and we will be continuing to further keep our business with Rush Refrigeration.

I have a Flower Shoppe and my walk-in cooler had froze up. Called another company and they told me since my unit was so old I really needed a new one cause they had found some leaks & would probably be coming back again to fix more. I have a bar in downtown and busy weekend was coming up and my cooler that we keep Jell-O shots in went out. I text a bunch of friends to see if anyone knew someone that could fix it before the weekend and one friend referred Rush Refrigeration. Apparently whoever installed my AC when the house was built didnt even install it properly so he fixed everything up for me. He gives amazing customer service and his skills are on point. I had 3 mini split air conditioners with heat that had issues and were repaired by two others companies. Rush installed a brand new air conditioning unit at our business, Skydive Galveston, down on the island. He was very detailed in getting the BTUs correct for best efficiency and cooling and making sure we could run the correct voltage and amperage the system required. He also placed the unit so that it would be protected from the elements, both the salt air with the prevailing winds and potential storms. Rush knows what HVAC requirements businesses have, and we will be calling him again next time we need him.

I had a issue with A/C that was installed by another company recently. Rush Refrigeration came over found why leak started, fixed the reason for the leak starting (refrigeration lines were not properly mounted allowing movement of copper lines). Rush installed new lines mounted properly recharged system. System now works flawlessly and more efficient. Would highly recommend!
