    We are extremely happy with R&R Services. This business was recommended to us several years ago and we are very glad we contacted them. They have done superior work at several houses we own including our home. We trust their work and feel their fees are reasonable.We had a problem with a duplex we own and rent out. One plumber recommended we dig up the yard AND the driveway in order to solve the problem. A second estimate was not much better. Fortunately, we had Ron look at it and he saved us thousands of dollars without having to dig up either the yard or driveway.R&R also installs, repairs and replaces water softeners. They expertly replaced ours after it was ruined in the big freeze during February 2021.Additionally, Mac at the R&R Services office provides outstanding customer service which is above and beyond what I would have expected. He is friendly, efficient and skilled.

    I have had issues with my AC running efficiently for the last 2-3 summers now. A contractor did some minor duct work, charged me a fortune and said the only solution was a mini split for another $8,000. I had Jon Wayne out and while the tech has yet to show me his findings & recommendations, he stated that I needed repairs that R&R assured me that I dont.This team is AMAZING! Professional, honest and 100% focused on making their customers happy while NOT overcharging them. I got an estimate with extremely economical recommendations...a fraction of what Ive been quoted in the past for options I didnt even need. For the first time since I bought my house in 2019, the temperature is consistent in all areas of the house! I seriously couldnt be happier. I HIGHLY recommend R&R! Customer for life :-)

    Incredible speed and great service! Mike just finished fixing my A/C (failed capacitor) in 100 degree heat. It took only 40 minutes from my first call to the office until the problem was completely repaired, despite being after hours. From the initial call to the office, to Trent (dispatcher?) and Mike (technician), everyone was professional and helpful. Definitely recommend R&R! Support our local businesses!

    Cannot speak enough good on this company! We had a technician come out through our warranty company that purposefully messed with our AC unit in order to make more money and try to charge us $2000 to fix what he intentionally broke. Our house got up to 82 degrees in the dead heat of summer and it was awful!!!! I got on google and found R&R and WOW!!!! They are amazing! Prompt, highly professional and explained our AC system to us. We are so happy we called them and will use them for any future AC or plumbing issues as they do both. Rudy the technician was amazing as well!!! Use this company for all your AC repair needs!!!!!!

    R&R has provided an exceptional experience from start to present! We wound up with a dead compressor in the worst part of summer, and when Trent showed up, he was absolutely thorough and transparent about what was going on with the unit. He made sure that not only was I clear on what was broken and potentially why, but also what our options were for the most expeditious resolution. They were back as soon as feasible and the installers worked through some challenges with the house to get our unit running with friendly professionalism. I dont recommend many things/services because experiences will always vary, but these folks are one of the rare exceptions in which I would actually refer someone to use them. Outstanding.

    I contacted R&R and spoke to Rudy ref my a/c and a part I needed. Rudy was very friendly, professional and very prompt. He told me he can order the part and install it the next day. He showed up the next morning as planned, took his time and made sure everything was working before he left. His prices are decent and I would use their services again in the future. Great job Rudy!

    My water heater unexpectedly went out on a Sunday. I called a few plumbing company and got automated answering services, but then I called R and R Services and spoke to their dispatcher and was immediately transferred over to their Master Plumber, Ron. Who was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through a troubleshoot, before having to eat a technician charge and then when we needed more help he lined up and sent over his on call tech, Bobby, who quickly identified the problem and lined up the repair for the next day. Their GM, Trent, followed up and even helped on the install. Impeccable customer service all the way around.

    Rudy did a great job and he was fast and professional. It was nice to have a service man that had the parts on him that was needed. Felt it was affordable And when your AC goes out in this kind of heat it was so nice to get a quick response and they were able to get out here pretty quickly.     Able to come out on a Sunday morning after my AC had not been working for 5 days. My AC unit made a fool out of me because it started working the moment the technician showed up but he checked it for me anyway and did perform some maintenance on it that was definitely useful as it was a more thorough service than what I had done myself which was cleaning out the drain lines. He was able to flush it more thoroughly than I did myself. I now have AC and Im happy!

    Chris was the service tech that took care of my spring maintenance check on my air conditioner. He appeared to be ahead of scheduled and called to see if it would be okay for him to come early. I was thrilled about that! He was not only friendly but also knowledgeable and answered all my questions.     Had our Semi Annual service completed. Bobby was our technician who incidentally installed our system. All of their Techs are very professional and detail oriented. He did a wonderful job and did not rush. People have said we spent too much money on our system but the bottom line is you get what you pay for. Since having our Trane system installed our electricity bill has been lower than our water bill. That is definitely worth it.

    Trent was absolutely amazing. My home got up to 87 and every single company I was calling was telling me Thursday and on a last minute call, Trent made it a priority to get my home taken care of and cooled off tonight.     Mr. Ron, Anthony, and Mr. Bobby have been a pleasure to work with on all our plumbing needs on our older home/renovation! They get here when they say they will, stay until the job is done, and get the job done RIGHT and at a fair price.     I am a property manager and had a rental property a/c go out on a Saturday afternoon. R&R not only answered the phone, but sent a technician out within an hour. Rudy was amazing at diagnosing the problem, but got the part and repaired it the same evening. Very professional and efficient.

    I had a company I usually used for years come to give me an estimate to fix my a.c. for my house a couple of years ago and they said the whole system needed replacement at $ 8.500.00 for the unit alone, l called R&R services and the guy was so honest he said everything just needed cleaning and I have to tell you my entire system is under my house and it was the hottest time of the summer and he worked very hard to get the job done right, now years later its still running great and has saved me thousand on my energy bill l will use this company as long as I live.
