Derek with Rosenberg Air did a fabulous job. We moved into a new house and the heater wasn’t working in one of the units. He patiently explained the diagnostics and how my new units work. The heater wasn’t working on two of the floors. We are now all good with the heat, but more importantly… Derek also did a great job explaining the benefits of an annual plan. So, we purchased the annual service contract for all four units. Thank you, Derek, for your help and kindness.

Joel was very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend to service my central air and heat . I don’t feel like he was rushing , he explained everything , very cordial and professional! I was impressed with his expertise! He didn’t put any pressure in regards to possibly replacing my old system . He sent me the different options for replacement . Im having trouble posting the review on Google but Dam did a fantastic job today. He was knowledgeable and professional. We just moved into the house and we could not even locate our second floor heating unit. He found it, explained the filter changes and the status of our system. Our AC unit had been making some odd noises on and off, we called Rosenberg, and Rudy came out, he diagnosed our issue quickly and let us know our options. 6 Jan 2024- I called them on Saturday to check my heating. They were out that same morning and fixed the problem at no cost to me. Wonderful service 👌Update on 5 May 2023.Had a problem and the AC stopped working. Called this company at almost 10 pm on a Friday night. Thought it would be a hot night without AC.... Much to my surprise, they sent a repair technician out that same night and had me up and running again within two hours. He fixed the problem and also finely tuned the system for better performance. Absolutely amazing support! Thank you Derrick Rogers and thank you Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.Install Review...I have owned 10 homes and seen many HVAC companies... This is by far the best company Ive ever seen. I talked to about 8 companies here in the local San Antonio area before signing with Rosenberg for a communicating heat pump. So glad I did. The team who was led by Pablo and included Mike Lee and Gabriel, were very professional, thorough, and neat. They diagnosed the problem and addressed that issue to help protect the new work. They also did some basic clean up under my home which I greatly appreciated. They were courteous and communicated with me throughout the process. Kudos to Felix and his assistant Michael.The team arrived on time and Felix readily went over the troubleshooting processes after listening to what I stated the plumbing problem was. Both respected the house rules of donning the face mask and booties while in the house.Despite being a free inspection, Felix was very thorough in his inspection to determine where the leak was actually coming from. He patiently went over his findings and sent me a copy so I could get with my insurance company to see what is covered and my tentative cost.I would higly recommend Rosenberg Plumbing to do any minor or major plumbing around either residential or commercial. One thing which stood out besides being very knowledgeable and able to apply it, was his honesty in the assessment. Johnny Torrez was very thorough and careful with his explanations. He patiently took us through all of our options and did not attempt to direct us one way or the other. Rosenberg supplies him with great technology tools which he uses quite skillfully. It was a pleasant and informative experience. The installers were efficient and attentive to detail. They explained their work and freely answered questions.They were extremely polite and unobtrusive. As pleasant an experience as could be expected under the circumstances. They’d be welcome back any time.Update: 13 Feb 24. Our rebate from CPS did not arrive as promised, and CPS referred me back to Rosenberg for assistance. The staff at Rosenberg contacted CPS, determined the issue, got it resolved with CPS, and our rebate arrived shortly thereafter. What great follow-up!Update 27 June 24 We had our first performance issue with our new system, and Rosenberg handled it wonderfully. The system was working well for most of the day, but it was not keeping up as afternoon moved in to evening. At one point, the AC ran for 5 hours straight without shutting down. I reached a scheduler who was very empathetic, she scheduled a service team for 90 minutes away, and the techs arrived as promised. They quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs, which involved some welding. In all, it took 4 hours from call to completion. Not bad at all. Somebody at Rosenberg has established a “culture “ of excellent customer service, and it showed again for us today.Update 29 October 24 Our first heating system checkup in advance of the winter heating season (will there really be a winter this year?). Michael, friendly as ever, was very thorough and explained everything. We’re so pleased with Rosenberg that we signed up for another year of their seasonal checkups.

Rudy found there was nothing at all wrong with my furnace except a bad switch which works when one of the furnace removable doors is on. It wasnt clicking back all the way in like it was supposed to. A piece of tape holding the switch totally in fixed it. I will, however, replace the switch myself. Its probably a 10 minute job once I have the replacement switch, which Ill pick up tomorrow. Theres a parts store only a couple miles from my house.Thanks, Rudy. An HONEST, upstanding guy.

He thoroughly looked at all different aspects and found a defective water softener. He got my water pressure corrected at no cost and quoted the cost to get the permanent fix done. We interviewed 5 A/C companies before making our decision to hire Rosenberg. Our next door neighbor recommended them highly but we wanted to see what other companies were offering. I can assure you we made the right decision. Johnny Torrez worked with us tirelessly on 2 separate appointments to find us the best HVAC system for our home. He was very professional and gave us a detailed proposal that we could view on our computer showing model numbers, capacities, and prices of each part of the system including discounts and CPS rebates. NOT like the other companies who only offered scribbled out notes on yellow legal paper, hardly legible with no model numbers. Johnny also found us excellent No Interest 0% financing to soften the blow of this untimely event of our HVAC system failing at the highest heat of the summer at 110°. Within 2 days he had his crew here to install the new system but immediately brought us 2 portable 10000 btu units at no charge to cool us off a bit till the crew got here. When the crew showed up on Friday, they were right on time. Juan worked outside installing the Condenser unit and his helper Nathan worked inside installing the A-Coil and Furnace. They put down long slip proof cloth tarps on the floor to keep from scratching anything and worked straight through the day to get us cooled off again. They were both professional and courteous and answered all our questions as they went along. When they left, it was as clean as when they got here. We thank Rosenberg for an awesome job and would highly recommended them. We give them 5 stars but would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Hope this review helps anyone in need of a new HVAC system.

Was told my capacitor was too low and I was going to have it replaced but was quoted $460+ to replace compressor & fan capacitors, switch. I was not financially ready and so I declined the $460 fix. I asked how much to replace the capacitor, and they said $200+. Great service but too expensive.I’d have given a 5-star if their pricing for the capacitor would be more reasonable. Note a similar capacitor sold at ACE hardware is only $40+. But I understand Rosenberg needs to be pay their tech for labor too….but I was not financially ready to pay $200 for them to replace a capacitor when I could get one at AceHardware for $40.Overall great experience though. Good company

We were on same level as I began to deliberate Rosenberg winning the bid out of 3 total. His proposal was very detailed on 4 options so no surprises for either party going forward. Rosenberg’s approach and professionalism was way above the other contractors submitting a bid! The choice therefore was easy.Then Sharmare Richardson and Tomas Doria were the technicians who installed a brand new Standard AC unit and coil. Excellent care of our home in the process and worked as a model of efficiency and effectiveness. It was quite clear that both are well trained, knowledgeable professionals and that gives the client a sense of assurance that they are getting a quality product. After all regardless of brand the quality of the equipment can only be realized with a great installation! We got that today!Andrew was out today for our 6 month check up and I must say it was the best most thorough maintenance visit I have had by ANY other HVAC firm in San Antonio!!!! He checked and took care of every potential trouble spot on our 6 month old American Standard system. One might expect this on a 10 year plus system but it was new in March 24. Choosing Rosenberg was the right decision! I called at 8 AM because my ac kept turning off for hours at a time, and I had a technician in my home by 11:30 AM. They helped me understand the issue, talked me through maintenance on my ac unit, fixed the problem, proved to me that the issues was fixed, and even brought to my attention an issue with our roof! Derrick was so helpful. I was worried it was going to cost me a lot to fix the issue, but it was incredibly reasonably priced. Derrick was friendly, obviously very knowledgeable, and never made me feel silly for not knowing basic ac information (I’m a new homeowner). I was so impressed with the service that I bought the annual membership. I’ll probably call Rosenberg for my plumbing needs as well just because of how impressed I was. Unfortunately, I had to have my AC Coil replaced today. Rosenberg sent a Super Crew to properly install the replacement coil as well as installing a new primary pan. The attic is fairly tight but Gabriel Escobar and Pablo Acosta did an outstanding job. Johnny Torrez was the Sales person I initially met to review and analyze my situation. I have never used Rosenberg before, but will be using them from now on. I highly recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort to anybody who is interested in replacing a HVAC system.I also had Rosenberg blow insulation in my attic. My home was built in 1979 and really did not have enough insulation to begin with. Jason Gonzalez and his crew form Rosenberg came and installed an additional 10 - 11 inches if new insulation to the existing 4 inches I have. They were thorough, efficient, and hey were respectful of my yard, garden and property. I personally examined the work and everything was completed as expected.Rosenberg Plumbing & Air came to do their 6 month service on my system. Andrew Cantu, the technician that came, did a thorough job of cleaning and checking my entire system to make sure it was running efficiently. He also replaced the AprilAir filter for me. I have never used Rosenberg for plumbing work, but since I had such great service with their previous work on my HVAC system, I decided to give them a call. After reaching their 24 hour answering service and explaining my issue, I was contacted by a Rosenberg rep shortly thereafter. They informed me that they would put me on a schedule first thing the next day. Sure enough...I was contacted first thing in the morning informing me that one of their plumbers was en-route. After calling about five companies today Rosenberg was the only one able to come on out and take a look at my AC unit which stopped blowing air. Melanie did a fantastic job explaining everything and pinpointing the issue right away. The compressor kit electrical box was replaced in no time at all, and my air was up and running. I highly recommend Rosenberg air for all your AC issues.

Yet another awesome service visit from the guys at Rosenberg! This time I had Drew and he was just as courteous and proficient as the others.He was doing a pre-winter check on my heater system and thankfully all was in good shape. I feel for these guys because they have to go up in my attic and it is extremely hot up there…but they never grumble. Drew gave me a detailed run down of all he checked and that is very reassuring. Like I told him, I will always promote Rosenberg- quality service, knowledgeable workers who are friendly and thoughtful. Give them a raise, Mr Rosenberg!🤭

You dont want to hear new system, but we knew our 19-year-old AC was in trouble for the last several years. One company told us $30k, another $20k, and Rosenberg did it for under $15. It was the right system for our 3-zone house. AC is working better than ever before (13 years in this house). I saw their reviews online and their customers loved them. Who loves their AC people? Well, I understand now why people said that. They are honest, hardworking, and have competitive pricing. They took the time to explain the problem(s) with my old system, what would work best, and they gave me options to fit within my budget. I am so glad I called them.

Since we bought our house 12 years ago we decided that we needed to have a reliable service to maintain our Heating and A/C working in optimal conditions. We found all this andore with Rosenberg. Their techs are professional and very respectful. The Customer Service is par to none and the scheduling is flexible but consistent. We signed up for their membership program that gives us 2 major check ups a year. ( Before Summer because this is Texas and Before Winter because...this is Texas!!) and we have our system in pristine condition. We only have had one incident in all this time and they took care of it immediately. I highly recommend Rosenberg as your best resource for the Air Conditioning and Heating in your home!!!
