Best plumbing service experience Ive ever had, hands down. Unfortunately my clog turned into a much bigger disaster than I anticipated. Every cast iron pipe under my foundation was crumbling and had to be replaced. Jacob knew exactly what the most efficient and cost-effective solution was going to be for my situation. He worked around my schedule so I didnt have to miss any work other than a half day for the initial visit. He called me with a plan and a quote later that day and was able to have a crew out to do the repairs over the weekend. New pipes were ran around the house, and no part of the inside of my home was affected. I have all new pipes, double cleanouts everywhere, and my yard is as nice as it was before all this. The crew was very respectful, fast, and everyone involved seemed to actually care about the quality of their work and about my satisfaction, which is too rare these days. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. 6 stars!!!

Above and beyond service for this first time customer. Called on the start of a long holiday weekend, spoke directly with the owner, and he was at our house within the hour with everything he needed to fix an emergency plumbing issue. Twenty minutes later we had water again. Honest, friendly, hard-working, quick, and very reasonable. Id highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. Jake came early and fixed our clogged sink (as well as tightening some loose pipes and replacing a pipe that i asked him to look at), cleaned and dried everything within less than 30 minutes. I got a call saying he was on his way, and also a text with his photo. Jake found my problem in about a minute. It turned out to not be what I thought this time, but a clogged drain. He asked his assistant to get a few tools and had it fixed in a few minutes.This was the same tech who installed my water heater 3 years ago and did an excellent job then also.Just FYI, I did not leave a value rating because I did not pay them directly, as I went through warranty company.

We had a great experience with Right Call Solutions! They handled 4 toilets that were filling up frequently and causing high water bill in our house. They replaced the flippers on 3 toilettes, replaced the flushing valves (not sure about all the facts), bolts on 2 toilets and installed 1 brand new toilette for our guest bathroom. 😀👍🏻😎 The staff is polite and respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Chad is professional and has good working knowledge. We enjoyed his service and benefited from his advice. His helper was hardworking, assisting him and working great on his team. The ladies at the call center are very nice and accommodating, when scheduling the appointments. We strongly recommend this company! They did mighty good to us! 😇

They fixed a leak in the plumbing behind the kitchen sink and serviced my AC unit while they were here. I felt very comfortable having them in my house, and will call them back again.

Josh came out and looked at our AC unit which had stopped blowing cold air. He was here 5-10 minutes and said we just needed coolant. He went above that and put a leak guard in just in case we have one, so that if it goes out again they will be able to find the leak fast. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of this company. I will definitely go with them and recommend them to anyone!

Our sinks were backing up in the bathroom and we got in contact with our home insurance agent to call a plumber out. This is the company they gave us, and we have nothing but good things to say about the service. We had to wait the weekend for someone to vine out, but thats to be expected right now as Im sure theyre busy with many calls during coronavirus.The plumber was friendly and honest about what the problem was and what steps he might need to do if the pipes were more complicated than expected. They werent, and the clog was fixed in less than an hour. He even cleared a clog in the shower, even though that wasnt what the call was for.Great job with customer service on the phone and in person.

He was very professional, he answered all the questions I had during the installation, and the quality of the install was excellent. RCS did an excellent job managing expectations for appointment windows. The 30 minute pre-arrival notification that has a photo of who will be performing the service is also great.

Never received a call (either time) until the day of tge appointment even though I was told that I would receive a call. Unable to plan your day because you have no idea What time someone is going to show up until hours before.

One part of the system was on back order and as soon as it came in, the tech came right out and completed the install. Very happy with the finished product and the customer service. Thank you!(first review) It took 4 days for them to call me back (yes, a weekend included), the girl answering the phone was pretty rude, and they wanted $300 x 2 units to clean the coils. Jake called me to notify me that he would be at the house in 20 minutes. He along with the other tech showed up in a timely manner. I explained to him what I thought was the issue with the extremely high water bill and showed him the notes the water company left when they checked the meter. He the n asked to see the toilets and after he and other tech checked both toilets they confirmed that the mechanism inside both toilet tanks needed replacing. They went to work and replaced both with new attachments. He advised me that I would receive an electronic receipt of the repair and could take that with me to the water company to hopefully get the bill adjustment that was stated if I could prove the repairs had been made. Thanks to Jake and assistant for doing the job, taking care of business in a timely manner, and cleaning up afterwards. There was the issue that none of us wore mask. My total oversight because I am accustomed to being the only one around during the day and did not have mine on. I will in the future and have some available for any workers coming in the house.

Jake, the Right Call Solutions technician quickly determined that the pilot light was out and relit the pilot.He then inspected the water heater and related water pipes and found everything to be in proper working order.In less than five minutes from the time Jake arrived he found, corrected the problem and was off to his next service call.We found Jake to be a well trained, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous service technician. Right Call has been to our home a number of times over the past 4-5 years. Their technicians have always done an exceptional job, timely and great service. Today they replaced 2 fifty gallon hot water heaters in our attic and it was 3 floors up, and up a drop down ladder that was very narrow and shaky. They went up and down a white carpeted staircase with the old ones and new ones, without a speck of anything. Amazing. Chase and Trevor are outstanding every visit.

Chris and team were so helpful! I was out of AC with 3 kids and they came to the rescue. Prompt and professional. They looked at my system and the house and saved me so much money!! They were honest and told me I could really use a smaller system than I originally had. So instead of spending more to replace like for like I spent less and was able to get a better system. We had another company lined up to come out to fix a backup from a clogged main line and the other company no-showed on us....at 5:00pm!!! We had a mutual friend tell us to call Jake. All his equipment was tied up or he would have been out same day, however he told us what to do to so we could make it through the night. Then he came out first thing the next morning to get us going again! I highly recommend this company! They do what they say and the bill was beyond reasonable.

Called my home warranty plan and Right Call Solutions came out. I showed them the problem and they were able to fix it within 5-10 mins. They even gave me some professional advice on my bathroom pipe that is leaking as well.

Our upstairs AC unit stopped cooling all of the sudden so we contacted our home warranty company. Right Call Solutions was dispatched. We had to wait a couple of days for an appointment time and then Vincent from Right Call came out. He was at our home outside only for 5 mins and left stating our AC unit was dirty and that was the problem. Never checked any fluids, never looked inside the outside unit and never entered our home to see the AC parts in the attic. Needless to say, our AC still was not cooling. The next day, Zach came out first thing in the am and immediately discovered that our AC unit was very low on coolant. Zach added the coolant and finally got our AC cooling again! Zach was very professional, conscientious and thorough in his work. Unlike Vincent, Zach cares about the customer and his work product shows it. We will use Zach at Right Call again for our future AC needs!

Chris and his crew did a FANTASTIC job repairing a couple breaks in the sewer line. I was told by another company that they would have to break through my floor to make this repair. Chris and his crew were able to tunnel under the house to make the repair. They had to cut through my porch deck but when they were finished you couldn’t tell they had to dig or cut the deck. Please call Right Call Solutions for your plumbing needs. They will not let you down!

Right Call solutions saved our home purchase! We were under contract and during the inspection the inspector found an issue with the HVAC system, the day after the seller said the A/C was not working at all and blamed the inspector. The seller refused to have the issue looked at and rather went and stayed in a hotel. Needless to say, we were on the verge of backing out of the contract assuming the worst. Reluctantly, we decided to have someone look at the HVAC system and began researching to see who we could trust and happened to find this business. We called and they scheduled us in (rather quickly) and set us up for a technician to come out and take a look. We gave the technician a list of things the inspector had pointed out as issues with the system, now this is where Right Call won me over, some businesses will take these and run with them to sell items that may not be necessary. Right Call Solutions did not do this, they took a look and told us some of the issues were not real concerns and found that the A/C issue was just a simple blown fuse caused by an improperly wired thermostat! Right Call kept it honest with us and did not try to charge us an arm and a leg. The technician even took the time to check the rest of the system just to assure us the rest of the system was in great shape even though we did not ask for this! This company saved us our dream home and we will definitely be sticking with them for any of our HVAC or plumbing needs!! Thanks again!

Chance came out to see what was causing a major water leak in the ceiling of my closet. After investigating he found a part was bad in the tub faucet upstairs. He fixed it but it wasn’t to his satisfaction so he took it all apart again and replaced and reworked some other parts and it is not dripping anymore. They also put me in touch with a company to help remediate the water damage left behind. Both guys were friendly, knowledgeable and I would call Right Call again. 👍

Chris came out to our house immediately, identified the leak, accessed the leak carefully (without ancillary damage), and fixed the leak.
