We did a major home renovation, and when the gc turned out to be shady, Reyes reached out to us to tell us that our system was underdesigned, and couldnt handle the size of the house. We worked with them directly to upgrade everything to the standards we wanted, and we were left with a fantastic system at a reasonable price.Naturally, things have occasionally broken, but Reyes responds immediately even on the weekends. Just today, a Saturday, two years later, we woke up and the heat wasnt working. Within an hour he had a tech at our house, he found the broken valve and went to get a replacement. Still under warranty.They are honest, and fair, and fast, and they deserve your business. -
