    My water heater went out while the temperature was well below freezing. Unfortunately, the water heater is located in an upstairs crawl space that is very difficult to access. I called Reliance. Gregory came to my house very promptly to evaluate what had to be done. As I expected, the 15 year old water heater had to be replaced. Early the next morning Gregory and Rayden were at my door ready to install a new the water heater. They did a great job. Very efficient. Very professional. The whole process could not have gone any better. Great service.

    Skyler came to Arista due to a major plumbing issue that left our residents in a building without water a day before a major holiday. He stayed many hours to ensure our tennants had water and we are extremely pleased with his hard work. Reliance Mechanical is a wonderful company that employs knowledgeable experts you can trust. From home owners to commercial we highly recommend. Thank you Skyler for making sure we had water for our wonderful tennants.

    Sent a tech out to the house, replaced a fuse, fuse didnt hold initially, supervisor came by (Chris) and found a short in the thermostat, repaired and replaced all sorts of circuitry, explained everything to me as he went along, a real pleasure to work with, had the unit up and running in no time, I do recommend this company, Ive used them for heating and air/and plumbing, very professional and bent over backwards to make it right at no additional charge, cant say enough about there dedication to the customer and quality of their work, if you need it done and you want it done right and affordable ...these are the guys to call.     Great company with awesome owners and managers. They hired me to do insulation. I had never done this type of work before. I am a residential framer by trade. This type of work really wasnt for me but they treated me very well as an employee while I was there.You can always tell how good a company is by how well they treat their employees. This is a really good business.I highly recommend that you use this company and their services. They will take really good care of you as a customer!Shout out to Jeremy Snelgrove (supervisor in the insulation division). Jeremy, you were awesome to work with. You taught me very well! I learned a lot from you!

    The only company I will use for plumbing or AC repair. Top notch service with weekend and after hours availability. They have gotten us out of several jams.

    I operate the Twice The Ice locations in Bowie and Cass County. One of my locations in Texarkana had a major breakdown. The problem was actually diagnosed by another refrigeration company in the area. However they were too busy and under staffed to complete the job.I began looking for another refrigeration service company to try and finish the job. It was very hot and most refrigeration companies were booked with waiting lists. My machine was out of service for my customers, so for me it was an emergency. A friend told me to check Reliance out, her brother worked there.I found their website and quickly found a link to request a service call online. The first question on the service call form was Is this an emergency. It went on to say if you are experiencing an emergency let us know and we will try to get to you ASAP. Within just a few minutes I was contacted by Dustin.Dustin and I talked for just a few minutes and he immediately understood that my situation was an emergency for me. He said they could handle the job, but they were busy. He said he would start immediately trying to work out the logistics to get someone over to my business ASAP and would keep me posted on progress. I explained a couple of on site issues that would make the job a little more difficult and he said he would go over and look at the site as soon as we got off the phone, and he did.I could go on with more details of how Reliance went above and beyond to get my machine running again as soon as possible. There were other hurdles that no one saw ahead of time that they took in stride. They made sure I was aware of the changes but managed them just the same.In short Reliance took a job that was started by another refrigeration company and finished it. Reliance took a job that I considered an emergency to my business and made that emergency their own!!Thank you so much just doesnt seem to cover it.

    My ac went out on Saturday before last, I called Reliance, their tech, Chris, stayed in touch with us until he was on his way to our house. He did all that could be done to get us back up and running until he came across a problem that couldn’t be repaired. Chris explained to my daughter and I what he found but left the decision up to me. There was a deadly potential if he turned it back on. My whole heat and ac had to be replaced. I got a quote from Reliance, they brought the new system on Tuesday morning. I have the utmost respect for this Company and their staff, especially Chris Clark.
