    Aldo has been helping us for several years now. His work ethic is old school…hardworking and honest. He expects the exact same from his employees. He does not believe in taking short cuts and WILL NOT do unnecessary repairs just to charge more.     I have been working with Aldo, Liz, and Reliance Air for the past few years, and it has been nothing but a great experience! They not only help coordinate repairs with Tenants of our Rental Property portfolio, but also help our Buyer Clients with detailed Inspections during their Option Period, and our Sellers to give accurate assessments of what repairs are actually necessary. They communicate very well, very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and great to work with!

    I cant say enough good things about Reliance! Aldo and team are true professionals and it was a pleasure working with them.     Reliance Air just replaced my whole system. I had told him that I needed a replacement, but he still came in and tried to see if we could save the old one. Alas, it was too far gone. They were able to replace it and were very easy to work with. They even cleaned up all of the insulation bits from my attic. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that has such integrity and authenticity. They made sure my warranty papers were sent to me and will come and check the system annually so that it lasts as long as possible. Thanks Aldo & Liz!

    Yesterday we woke up to a cold house as the heat didn’t come on during the night. I texted Aldo around 6:45 AM, explained our problem, and asked to be placed on the schedule for a service call. Twenty minutes later Aldo confirmed he would be at our place at 08:00 AM. Aldo is a true professional, immediately identified the problem and corrected it. By 09:00 AM the house was nicely warming up. I can recommend Aldo for all your HVAC needs, and I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues in the past. Everyone has always been extremely happy with the service. I will not call anyone else. You can rely on Reliance Air!

    One of the best men i have ever met. Kind and compassionate. Truly cares about helping people get the best AC they can. He is great at the regular AC stuff but also the intricate, and rare things such as humidity levels. He took care of our mold problems. And he has the best technology available to diagnose even the hardest issues.This man is honest and hard working. The BEST in the Houston area.

    I have been using Reliance Air for over 2 years and could not be happier. Aldo runs a fine operation and his staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I had an issue with my A/C in the heat of summer. Aldo came out on a Friday evening got it running but a part needed to be replaced. He came back Saturday morning, part in hand and fixed me up. I definitely encourage anyone looking for a reliable, honest a/c company to give them a call.
