    Patrick and his 2 other workers was simply amazing. On monday we set up an appointment for wednesday but was able to get us in earlier than the intended date. Not only were they quick but also resolved a major fire hazard on our 26 yr old disconnect (which they replaced for us). They do have other services listed on their website. The price for this was lower then those other companies doing the same work. I highly recommend these guys including Patrick L.

    Id give more stars if I could! We did not have t have a go to HVAC company and needed to get help quickly! One of our heating systems was not working and we are having company to arrive in 2 days for Thanksgiving! PATRICK lived up to all of his 5 starreviews!     We called Reliable HVAC after one of the AC units in our home failed. Patrick came out that afternoon, gave us several different replacement options, ordered the new equipment and had it installed as soon as it arrived. Everything was back up and running within a few days of calling them. When they were finished, we couldnā€™t even tell they had been there, aside from our house being 20 degrees cooler. Weā€™ve used a lot of HVAC companies over the years. Glad to have finally found one that we would use again!

    Im new to Travelers Rest and agonized about not knowing who to call. These guys had glowing reviews on our neighborhood FB page. I called at 10 AM on Saturday.     I placed a call and response was immediate. If it were not for Patrickā€™s attention to detail things could have gone horribly in my home . My furnace fan had caught fire and tripped my breaker switch which in turn didnā€™t allow my a/c unit to continue to run. Thankfully he was able to diagnose and repair the issue with no problem.     Mr. Lowery is always professional and very responsive to his customers needs. I did not realize my air conditioner was not working as I am cold natured. I was told there was an issue by an inspector. I notified Mr Lowery at Reliable and he was out the same day. Of course he found the issue which happened to be a mouse got into the box on the outside of the house and chewed the wires. Mr Lowery has it fixed in no time. As long as I live in this area, I will be a Reliable customer.

He patient sat in my crawl space (26 degrees) over 1 hour, troubleshooting to properly diagnose the problem. Once identified, he called to advise of the issue and gave helpful tips to avoid future issues. He promised a return call within one hour with a quote. He delivered.     They installed 2 York systems since mine went out at 28Ā°. They came out for a quote the same day I called, they were very nice, neat, professional, prompt & communicatie. They kept me informed every step of the way. Patrick installed my units as soon as possible after I gave him the OK (the day after Thanksgiving). They used drop cloths on the steps/carpet so as not to track in dirt. After installation Patrick answered all my question about the systems & gave me my instruction booklets which most installers trash them. I will be using them from now on for routine maintenance!

    Back in January when the Blizzard froze over the United States. My mothers heating was not working. I called Patrick ((The Owner)) and he drove almost an hour to her house to check the system and recognize what the issue was and defrosted the system. Her heat was on and backbrunning within 2hrs. He didnt even want to charge me because my mother is disabled. But I made him take some money anyway for just being a kind hearted Brother. Its WHO HE IS.     Our a/c was not blowing cold air. The owner was able to come out within a few hours. He was very professional. He began checking out the unit and explaining what he was doing. When he found the problem, he showed it to me and explained why it was not working. He repaired the a/c and also checked a few more things on it. In about 1 hour, we had cold air. If we have any future problems with our a/c, I will definitely call Reliable HVAC again.

    Wow!!!!! These guys are fantastic. They are efficient and dependable. They came out to my home and were courteous enough to remove their shoes before entering. For us itā€™s the little kindnesses that count. We didnā€™t have to keep checking with them about the parts they ordered. As soon as they got the parts, they came back and finished the job.     Vents in both of the kids rooms werenā€™t getting enough pressure, the ducts were improperly installed in the 1st place, they tan new ducts and adjusted damper yo get even airflow throughout the house, very very happy with their service, very polite, professional, and a bargain.
