My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Naturally it was on a Friday evening making it impossible to find help. I left messages at several local companies To no avail. Thankfully Reliable Air called back Saturday morning and by that afternoon the technician (Alex) arrived. Alex went through the process of troubleshooting it while keeping me informed along the way. As a retired engineer, everything he checked, made perfect sense. Alex finally came to the conclusion of what was needed, and made it a priority to get it repaired as quickly as he could. After checking with others, having similar work completed, their price was right on target. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

Alex their technician is always so kind and knowledgeable. The office staff explains the plan for the day and they review and give an estimate on site and complete the work in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for new units and maintenance/repairs.

Geoff saved the day!!! When a clogged toilet turned into raw sewage backing up into the tub, toilet, & KITCHEN SINK, we had no idea how to fix the problem ourselves. We called a couple companies but decided on Reliable Air. It was late at night when I called, but they still answered. We scheduled Geoff to come out in the morning, but he still gave us some advice on how to mitigate the sewage situation in the meantime. 9 am sharp, Geoff, a master plumber, showed up and immediately got to work. He was fast and efficient, but incredibly thorough, approaching the clog from multiple angles and not quitting until he yielded some positive results. We cannot thank him and Reliable Air enough. He was extremely professional and polite and wasted no time in solving our plumbing problems. Add to that, the very reasonable price for his work- we couldnt have asked for a better experience with a plumber! We will be calling Geoff for all our future plumbing needs! 🚽💩

My HVAC went out this am and I had out of towners on their way ,,, Cheryl quickly responded to my “emergency” , sent Trayden to come out to assess. Trayden quickly put my fears to rest and fixed the problem immediately I can’t recommend Reliable Air and Plumbing enough.

We had a wonderful experience at Reliable Air! Yes, we had to replace our water heater, but a new one was very reasonably priced. Geoff was very knowledgeable and professional and wasn’t pushy at all. He installed it right away and answered all the questions we had. We’ve also had great service with our air conditioner/heater being serviced and felt very comfortable and felt they went above and beyond to fix it.

For around 5 years, Ive been using Reliable Air for fall/spring inspections of my air conditioner. They have always been on time and are very thorough. It is nice piece of mind knowing that my air conditioner is operating as it should.I also recently used their plumbing services to fix a shower/bath faucet and work on a kitchen sink. Geoff was who they sent out. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable with his job and was always on time.

I had the best experience one could hope for with your technician Geoff. I’ve had several assessments and quotes from other companies that couldn’t rival what you all offered as far competitive pricing and the level of customer service provided. He repaired several leaks, changed out and thoroughly sealed my faucets. Typically, hiring a honest/knowledgeable contractor is usually one of the toughest things to do, but with Geoff’s knowledge alone paired with his cleanliness and friendliness, I will be sure to call you all for any future plumbing needs. I’m telling everyone I know, “Call Reliable Air, ask for Geoff!”

Trayden was terrific. On day 1, he came to replace our thermostat and our system, unfortunately, would not accept the thermostat he brought (because our system was installed in a way where there was not sufficient access to do so). Before I could call him back today to find out when he would be returning with the replacement thermostat that was compatible with our system, Trayden called me! That rarely ever happens with service men/women! Trayden’s follow-up was awesome! And he was one of the most knowledgeable servicemen we have had with Reliable Air. We appreciate you sending Trayden to help us out.

Reliable Air has always been rock solid. We use them for our home and business servicing. We used a small cut-rate company to install a Trane and they really jacked it up. So after nearly 2 years of dealing with them to no avail, Reliable Air came and got it working right. I also had them replace our 2nd unit and they did fantastic. They earned all our business. Hats off to Julius and Ismael (sp?). Those guys were awesome! Great company!

AC went out drain pan filled with water called Reliable Air. They sent the service manager himself. Tom was extremely professional, he came in diagnosed the issue didnt charge an arm and a leg, fixed the issue and we were back to cooling in no time. Like the name says Reliable!!! Highly recommend 10/10. The owner Cheryl was very sweet and personally helped us in every way possible.

Reliable Air handles my HVAC service for years and I was advised that they added plumbing services as well and in 2023 I scheduled a maintenance appt with their plumber, Goeff.First of all, extremely courteous and thorough. His review of my plumbing was excellent and accurate.Fast forward to 2/21/24 when my hot water decides to go bye bye! I was scheduled for March 1st, but called and spoke with Cheryl if I could schedule sooner and would come on 2/23 after his scheduled appointments. Goeff called to see if he could come over earlier, which was no problem. Surveyed my issue, explained step by step my issue, which was a full replacement of the water heater. Within 2 hours of my request of an earlier appointment, Goeff was able remove and haul off my old unit, get and install anew unit and made more accessible in its storage unit. Showed me where the temperature adjustment knob was located and clean up the space as if there was no major repair done. Offered financing if needed and that there were competitively priced.I appreciate his service immensely and Reliable Air and Plumbing have earned their moniker ❣️
